Have been eating here for years. Had to wait even though we had a reservation and there were empty tables. Ordered the pasta woozie which I’ve had numerous times. Something was different. I thought it was peppery. I told the server who remarked she could see something throughout the Alfredo sauce. She took it to show the chef. He came over and said it was probably the herbs on the chicken not pepper. Not sure why the would change the recipe for something that’s been on the menu for years. I will not order it again unless I can get it without the herbs

The rolls they give you were hard as a rock! Almost broke my tooth! Then when my food came the server kept bothering me too often but when I was finished eating I had to wait a long time for a box & my check cause he was at the bar watching the Steelers game!! 😡 And there were no vegetables in my veggie scrambler except for mushrooms and green stuff. That’s it!!

We sat at 5:55….. waitress came over about 6:15 for drinks and apps…. Returned 15 minutes later saying she didn’t have what we ordered asked if we approved a substitute (ordered mineral water bottles subbed for regular water)… 10 minutes later our substitute drinks came out… 6:40 she took our order. The app had not come out yet nor our bread and oil… so I inquired about them and she looked puzzled … 6:55 no app no bread no salads… so I inquired about them again especially after observing the kitchen, manager and head chef for the last 20 minutes arguing. Finally she brought us the bread at 7 and topped of our drinks which were simply waters…. I stated if the food came before the salads just scratch them… 7:15 apps came out she claimed they had to remake it then salads came out 7:18 then food about 7:25… but not after returning to the kitchen several times because items were missing from our dinners …. I watched all this from the table as chef argued with her about the plates but she knew they were wrong before even brining them to us… and to top it off my food was a serious salt lick …. I’ve had the chicken Marsala before this time it was melted salt and mushrooms… our salads were warm wilted and honestly I couldn’t eat it.

Had our anniversary dinner at Bravo's last night. It was a wonderful evening with a delicious meal, great service and not overcrowded for a Sunday evening

I eat at Bravo once a week. Sometimes I have it picked up. The food is always excellent. I haven’t eaten in Italy, & I enjoy Bravo as much as eating in Italy. Everytime I receive a discount, I take a friend.

Was not terrible but not the past experience with this location. Salad was bland, pasta overcooked. Service still great though!

This was not Bravo’s best effort. I distinctly ordered a martini up with a twist of lemon. It was brought to me 15 minutes later with olives. The server told us that the bar was backed up, which is a common situation at this location. The server did not offer us grated cheese for our pasta dishes and after we asked for it, she tended to other duties and it took several minutes to receive it. The details of the 50% off pasta promotion that was in effect that day included nothing about there being a limit of one entrée at that price, but we were provided the discount for only one of our two entrées. The portions have noticeably become smaller.
