We are located in the Galleria Mall, Pittsburgh's premiere upscale mall in the heart of the South Hills on Route 19, just 10 minutes from downtown. We are just minutes from Mt. Lebanon boroughs' entertainment & business district. Nearby entertainment includes Allegheny County South Park woodlands, the AMF Bowling Center, the Blade Runners Ice complex & the Flight Trampoline Park.
I ordered veal scallopini with mushrooms & no cheese. The veal was burned so badly that the waitress , before I asked, ordered me a replacement . Disappointing compared to the same dish served by the previous owners!😞
We stopped for dinner and were enjoying the Margeritta Flatbread when the manager stopped by our table. We hadn't seen her for some time. were glad to hear that she was back at the Mt. Lebanon location, full time. We were talking about the new menu items when she told us she'd be right back. When she did return, she brought us two of the new features. The stuffed meatballs and the new zucchini dish. What a nice surprise. Both were delicious. We totally enjoyed our visit.
Utensils had to be replaced due to dried on food particles.
Chicken in pasta bravo tasted like processed chicken!

Shrimp dish was delicious. Chicken caprese was okay. Chicken a bit dry. Margarita pizza awesome. Italian wedding soup THE BEST! Scotty the server was A+. He made sure we were always happy. Brought gelato with candle for my mom’s birthday. Will return for sure! Thank you Bravo.

Most of the food in our party was lukewarm. We were given "old" menus and when we ordered based off the old menu - it came out as the new menu item - which was not the same and when we asked about it the server didn't want to listen and just kept talking over. The item was fixed but all they did was place warm chicken on top of cold salad.
My dish was bland and needed more sauce.
Good food. Above average food and drink prices. Service slow.
I was very happy that they had brought back a favorite to the menu "Romano crusted Chicken" which we enjoyed once again. Would still like to return the flatbreads to the menu that have been missing for a few months. We sat outside on the patioand enjoyed a lovely evening with good food.
The new owners need to add the high quality foods back from the original Bravo , onto their menu that they no longer offer. Flatbreads , “real” calamari not the flat strips they serve, the sauce that was on the fettuccine that came with chicken parmigiana, their current chicken spinach dip pizza is terrible, return the old lunch salads that everyone loved

Joyce. The lasagna was great. The wine that she recommended was also good.
Bartender who waited on us didn't even ask if we wanted bread. No friendly joust OK

Food has gone downhill. Calamari portion is much smaller. No longer give you rings and tentacles. Sauce was to sweet.
The restaurant is conveniently located and lovely inside. It’s clean and was quiet for brunch. The brunch menu only has 3 options however the entire lunch menu is available. The food is nicely displayed. The breakfast potatoes are nicely browned but unfortunately they are raw/hard inside. Our server had a lousy attitude and brought the wrong jelly when reminded. Butter was requested for the toast but when reminded, she was confrontational and replied the toast was already buttered (it was not). Apparently she knew the people two tables away because she kept sitting down at their table.
Service was awful.

Decide and atmosphere were wonderful.
It’s difficult to make reservations for Father’s Day so unfortunately we will dine there again.
After all, it was healthier not to eat the potatoes or butter the toast but that should be the guests choice and not the servers!
The kitchen was running behind on orders, so we waited a long time for our entrees to arrive. When they did, they were lukewarm and my wife's shrimp fra diavlo had precious few shrimp. The waitress was nice and apologetic and we were comped for one of the entrees. We've certainly had better meals here.
I used to love Bravo years ago and recently moved near the Bethel Park location. The service at this location was great, but the menu was cut in half and the prices almost doubled since the last time I visited a Bravo.
Our food was great but realized after we left that we were over charged on our bill.

My family had dinner at Bravo Friday night for my husband's birthday. He had two coupons and decided on using the coupon for a free starter for himself. We ordered and got our drinks. The starter came and I asked for my daughter's food to come as soon as it was ready. She and I did not want any of the starter. Bread came and then my daughter's food. So my husband is eating his starter, my daughter is eating her food and I sit and wait for my salad. It took a long time. It finally came and I had eaten 2 bites of my salad and then my entree came. It was really poor timing and I was upset. My husband's pork chops were fine but my lasagna was dry as if it had been sitting for a while. Not the best dinner that I have had at Bravo. I left feeling disappointed.
It changed! Usually one of my favorite for lunch/dinner the quality of food seems lower and the portion sizes are smaller. Service was poor and slow. We sat outside and it was at least 12 minutes before a waitress acknowledged us. Disappointed in Bravo’s this time.☹️

I've been eating at this Bravo location for almost 4 years now. This is the first time I've had to give a bad review. Our waiter was terrible. We had to ask him several times for straws for out drinks. Then when he took our dinner order he said he didn't have a pen and just tell him and he'd remember. He didn't and he brought me the wrong meal - Chicken Parmesan instead of my order of Chicken Marsala. Then when I got my Chicken Marsala the chicken was very tough and just not good. It didn't seem like it was very fresh chicken.
I am done with Bravo had the worst experience. First ordered on of their new dishes Spaghetti Bolognese. Waited 15 minutes for our salads and right before that was told they were out of the bolognese at 6:15 pm. Had to hurry and order something else. Husband ordered salad no cucumbers started eating it and found cucumbers-they make him sick. waiter said I must have grabbed wrong salad it's on me didn't offer to bring another one. He finally got his salad after I was finished with mine. Dinners were just ok. Asked to talk to the manager and he wasn't very apologetic but he did comp our meals but I would have preferred a nice relaxing dinner instead of all the aggravation. I'm not one to complain because my husband worked in the restaurant industry but this was just a terrible experience. Waiter tried to overcome his bad service by telling us it was only his 3rd week. Nice guy but needs more training kept disappearing.
The service at Bravo is always wonderful. We were appreciative to have one of the private rooms. The only problem is without the brunch menu what I can order is very limited and I’m getting tired of waiting soup and it’s a lot of Dela Casa salad.
Service was very good and also the food was good would tell friends about it.
We appreciated the fact that this restaurant was able to accommodate our party of seven by putting us in a private room.
Took 7 of us on Mother's day. We were seated right on time. I was suprised at how efficient they were, as they were completely filled. Service was prompt, the food was excellent and most importantly they did not make us feel rushed. All in all, an excellent experience.
It was Mother’s Day and I was with my elderly mom and no one said Happy Mothers Day. We did wait little and one of the hostess was a bit short with us. The food was very good.
Very disappointed with the veal. It was beaten to a pulp (to soften it up? then over-breaded, finally with some indistinguishable cheese on top. The pasta was just OK, the wine was good. We'll be back but not for the veal!
