I informed hostess that I had an open table reservation. But She didn’t check me in and reported after that I was a no show. Not only were we there, but she ignored my request (when I made reservation). We weren’t seated in requested location, even though it was available and I requested it again when I checked in. The waiter took 15 minutes to come to our table. He was overly devoted to a nearby table of 5. We had to request bread, water too. Ordered my salmon medium, it was overcooked and burnt. Waiter never came over to see if we needed anything or to see if everything was satisfactory. It wasn’t. But when it came time to pay, he was so polite ... too little too late. Bartender on the other hand was nice, polite and attentive. 5 stars for him.

Lasagna was excellent. Meatballs authentic. One of our party has allergies. Made sure her food met dietary requirements. Rodrigo, our server was attentive even thought it was crowded. He insured the allergy issues we're handled correctly with the chef.

The service provided from the host and server was great! I like how the staff is very helpful making accommodations for our 8 month old baby. The food is always delicious!

Food was great! Waiter served us two incorrect meals. However, it was a different waiter that came by to correct the mistake and apologize. Everything was fine, that just seemed a little off.

I love Bravo andvidit this location often with my family and friends. This visit was not as pleasant as usual. My side order of whole wheat pasta was over cooked and our bread arrived after we were almost done with lunch 😞

Definitely this is not the place that I looking for. Two visits where the first have a bad experience with the ladies at front. They say that the only way for have a table is making a reservation. Interesting in try the menu, I do a reservation for other day . But the experience was not good. With all contact with Italian food before, I don’t find any matches with the dishes tha we ordered
