Our waiter didn’t offer water or bring bread. We were still eating our soup when he brought out our entrees. I was disappointed.

We had a reservation for 7 pm and got seated at 6:45. Food was excellent and food came out very fast. Was good and hot.

You never have enough bartenders working on busy nights. EVERYONE waits for drinks and food to be ordered. You are allowing your customers to keep money they want to spend in their pockets.

Food was fantastic — from the calamari to the tiramisu. Our server John was delightful, attentive, and professional. Will be back!

It was a wonderful date

Our waiter was excellent! Such a hard worker. Robert J was his name. Very prompt and professional, I wish we could get him every time as our waiter.

Great food and service

The mushroom soup was delicious. Great flavor in the chop salad.
Eggplant parmigiana was served with chunky tomato sauce on the pasta.
Delightful dinner in cozy atmosphere.

Waiter was very inattentive. Waited for him to initially come over. Waited for him check on us after bringing the food. Waited for him to ask us for dessert and waited for him to come and ask us if we needed the check.

This visit was on a busy Saturday night; had reservations for me and my date at 7:00, which were made via OpenTable, and all was seamless and perfect there. We arrived 25 minutes early and wound up being seated within 10 minutes, so...early. Which was great. The bar staff and the table folks were terrific, just the right amount of attention. Appetizer came out fast, and was excellent. Both of our entrees were terrific. Dessert was great. One of the wait staff at one point came up to tell my date how fantastic she looked (and she was right, she did). I love the ambiance in this place, nice and open feeling, high ceilings, and perfect lighting. The place was full, everything was still fast and smooth as can be, wonderful service and food. Really a fantastic place for dinner, highly recommended.

Average nothing special across the board

Visted on a snowy Monday evening and the restaurant was not busy. Staff was very accomodating to a few special requests, and all our servers were very friendly. Everyone in our group of 5 enjoyed their meal, a few also had the house salad or the soup. Waited a bit for the table's basket of bread but when it arrived it was hot and delicious.

The restaurant was not that busy considering it was valentine's weekend. Food was great! Our server was terrible. He spoke to us as he was walking away from our table so we didn't hear what he was saying to us, like he had somewhere else to be. We had to ask for our drink refills. We ran out of dipping oil and he brought us more bread and forgot the oil. We had to ask for it again. He was not "present" when he was at our table and was very casual in his demeanor. It was very off putting and not funny at all. We left very disappointed as we have dined there before and had great service. Almost makes it worse. We complained to the host and my husband spoke to the manager.

This is one of the best restaurants in the Brookfield area the food is amazing and the service is outstanding! I haven’t had a thing on the menu that I did not like yet.

Yes it was Valentine’s Day - but we have been here may times with no problems. Our appetizers were 1/4 the usual portion. The lobster bisque 2 small pieces of seafood . Dinner was good and the deserts minus being buried in cocoa powder was also good. Not the usual standard we expect from this restaurant.

Good dining experience. Had a small (12) birthday party for my daughter. Service and food was really good. All of the good came out at the same time. This is one of my “go to restaurants”. Never disappointed.

Foods tasted like it wasn't fresh, had no flavor and overall wasn't worth the price. Wife got sick when we got home from it.
Lobster bisque was really good but about given for price was out of line

We were seated in the small room off the main dining and it was easy to talk to one another without shouting. We both had the filet dinner with chopped salad and the calamari appetizer. All were wonderful and tasted great. The chopped salad comes with a nice italian dressing and does not require cutting.

We have been here several times and will continue. I highly recommend Bravo.

went on new years eve at 6:30 . Would have been a 5 star rating all the way, but the food came out so fast we barely had time for each course. Before we were done with salad soup and bread, the entrees were there and we didn't know what to eat first. You hate to eat your entree before soup and salad. Anyway, we were in and out in 45 minutes. Thank goodness the food was good.

Everything sbout our dining experience was enjoyable! Everyone enjoyed their menu choices, and our server was Great! This is the 3rd year in a row dining at Bravo on New Year's Eve...and we must likely will be back again at the end if this year!

Great place for New Years Eve Dinner. Service was great and the food came out quick!

The food was not good. Chicken Marsala was not flavorful and overcooked. Somehow the beans were both burned and undercooked. Spaghetti Bolognese tasted like spaghetti with ground beef. The sauce did not have a rich flavor as expected from Bolognese. Atmosphere and service were nice.

Good food and service. My only small issue was I requested a booth in the notes and there were booths available when we arrived.

Awesome And friendliness

Our family of 4 dined on Christmas Eve-full house and the servers were very busy, but did a great job. The manager comp'd our drink order without being asked because they took a little longer to arrive--understandable given the crowd, but we appreciated the attention to service. The food was on time and hot. Always a nice atmosphere.

I had put in the comments that we were celebrating a birthday, but they made no acknowledgement of it. Maybe they don't do anything for birthdays?! That was a little disappointing. Otherwise, it was very good.

The food was great! The prices are reasonable.

The restaurant was very crowded due to various holiday celebrations, as a result the service was a bit slow. However, I have dined here at other times and the service has been quite prompt.

I would recommend this place if you like Italian cuisine and good wine.
