BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Metairie
Solidly good food. Out waitress, Katherine, was excellent
Service was very good.
Our server was such a delight, Julio anticipated our needs from our table from beginning to end. We love Bravos and will be back!
There was a glitch with our desserts but the server and manager fixed it and were great. Food was delicious!
Rachel was a great waitress. Friendly, outgoing and worked with us as we requested a special order. We very much enjoyed our meal!
We went for our anniversary, although we had our children with us. We went our first night of arriving in New Orleans. Besides not being greeted when we first walked in, the service and food was excellent. The portions were larger than expected. It was a win for our family.
Rachel, our server, provided excellent service and a lovely personality to our evening. Food was wonderfully prepared, Caesar salad rocked and we saw lots of folks we knew enjoying the same beautiful Saturday dining experience.
We were happy to see the crispy ravioli appetizers back on the menu. Service was good (Thanks Michael)
Consistent meals that are a good price point for this high quality food.
Everyone at the table agreed that the food was outstanding. Our server was very attentive and it was a nice atmosphere. Will definitely make a return visit.
Arrived at 7 pm with a party of five. Was seated immediately but did not see server until I had to ask hostess at 7:14 pm. Server took drink orders and despite no customers seated at bar our drinks did not arrive until I asked for a manager at 7:30 pm. Food order was taken and then we ordered a bottle of wine, which was not brought to the table until we were halfway through our meal. Server had no idea how to open a bottle of wine and needed help. Food was good but service was so poor I won't be back.
It’s was great! Thank you!
We love to go to Bravo's in Metairie. The food is always delicious. The service is always great. Love Bravo's!
We normally enjoy BRAVO and come back fairly regularly. Tonight was an exception. What kind of Italian Restaurant runs out of Bolognese sauce at 7PM on a Tuesday evening? Although what I ended up ordering was tasty it wasn't what I had driven 50 miles for. The service was slow but polite and we were never asked about refills. It wasn't one of their better nights. We'll be back but we are hoping this isn't a trend
We caught them at closing so the experience was different
Bravos is the best!! So good! Perfect location, great FOOD, great Service!! Love it!!
Wonderful food and service.
The food was delicious and we received excellent service. I had special dietary concerns and they were very accommodating.
This place is always providing professional service and delicious food. The vegetable meatball was great and the creme brulee was amazing!!
Food was excellent, service was great. Spacing between tables was very good, did not bump into other diners to visit facilities.
Mother’s Day lunch. Very accommodating and efficient.
Celebrating my sister’s graduation. We had a great experience.
We have eaten at this location for 20 years. Was my favorite restaurant. But between the constant menu changes, and the horrible service, it will be a long time before we go back. It took a hour to get our food from when we sat down. Forgot our salads. Had to flag down another waitress for drink refills. My wife’s win sat on the bar for 15 mins until we asked about it . My 6oz medium filet was burnt and charred on outside and was lucky if it was 3 oz.
Service was excellent! Food was mediocre (at best) and parking was a nightmare! Even if I gave this restaurant 5 stars, I would not recommend because it took me about 30 minutes to park and we had to park about 2 blocks away but there were only 20 people in the restaurant.
Our server didn’t get our order correct, soup and salad served before our appetizer. Our lasagna had less meat and more cheese that it had to be pushed aside to find the pasta. One plus was that the manager apologized and did “comp” the appetizer, only to have it added to the bill anyway ( eventually it was removed). Not the best experience and we’d be hard pressed to go again or to recommend it to others.
This is a place to bring your kids and let them run around and disturb other guests while their trying to enjoy a nice meal. Value was terrible
Hostess should face customers waiting in line!!!! I had to say “excuse me” to get her attention......
Wish I would have read the recent reviews before going to the restaurant.. menu has changed and food was not fresh.
Overall it was very good. The server was slow getting our order. She was swamped because it was Easter, and the appetizer we ordered never came. But the food was DELICIOUS. I had the lasagna which was to die for! Best ever. My husband had the pork chops which was super tender-he loved them! My son had veal Parmesan and he said it was outstanding- best he'd ever had! My daughter chicken fettuccine alfredo with spinach and she cleaned off her plate. She did say it could of used more sauce so maybe order an extra ramiken of sauce if you get this plate. So YES EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!!
Once a great place to eat, now food is cold, service is slow to non existent. Should have known when we walked in and the place was empty. Usually crowded, but no longer. We had to keep piling up the plates and dishes at the end of the table. Thank goodness there was only 5 of us at a 6 place table.
Great service, great food!
Love Bravo because it offers many items for kids and healthy options for me. Our waiter Christopherwas wonderful. Second time we had him at the Metairie Lakeside location.
I was amazed that Bravo is now offering organic meat options as well as meatless meatballs. This is fantastic and the flavor has not been compromised. The food was very flavorful. I think Bravo will become one of my favorites locally.
We arrived and half the placenwas empty so they sat us and a baby in a booth that was very uncomfortable. We left and the tables were still empty. The server really slow. The food very good.
Just a last minute dinner date.
Food was very good, Spaghetti Bolognese was excellent. Service (Sue) was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I do miss the crispy ravioli which was our favorite appetizer and has been taken off the menu. The bread is a treat in itself.
I rec'd email announcing soup and salad combo for $8. Apparently there is fine print because when we got there we were told only ONE person could place that order and get that price. Either have a promotion or don't, but don't hide behind stipulations.
The food was very good/ I ordered something that had come off the menu but they fixed it anyway.\
I took my Aunt for her birthday on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant was not crowded at all. We were greeted promptly. My issue was the length of time it took for 3 meals to come out with a 3/4 empty restaurant. The food was good and hot, but had to have taken 30-40 minutes. Nothing we ordered was that complicated. The waiter was not very attentive. Overall, the food was good, but the service was lacking.
