BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Mason - Deerfield
Swim team group
For an evening when there were few tables occupied we got no attention. Had to track our server down more than once to order, to get our bill, etc.
Food was so-so; chicken was tough and the wine mediocre.
Lots of other Italian restaurants to choose from - it'll be a while before we return
It took more than an 1.5 hrs to get our food and when we did two people still had to wait and all one ordered was soup. We left 3 hrs after our arrival and we did nit sit around and chit chat after dinner. Pork Chop was not cooked well, meat was still semi done. I have always been a Bravos fan since they were at the original place on Montgomery Road not too far from Sans Club. I am not sure i will be returning. I was disappointed and so was my family.
Mother’s Day was a Zoo. Fifteen minute for table. Waitress was terrible or exhausted. Not the norm for sure as I have been there numerous times.
We diner at Bravo frequently but this trip was on Mothers Day. Of course it was packed and of course it was very loud. You have to expect that. But considering the day, our server was better than outstanding. The food was good but the kitchen was slow.
The food was tasty but our food took over one hour plus to get to table. Our waiter was avoiding us and we were without drinks for a long while. We were told our order was coming out by one of the managers but no apology or explanation why it took that long. I would not recommend and would not go there again. Our experience was very negative and a nice family dinner was ruined
The best place, the best food, the best people, Bravo Cucina. I go back frequently.
Yes would recommend - We had Mother’s Day brunch/breakfast - good to have back on menu - excellent food- our server Holly - we requested- talked to assistant manager - and Tim -general manager- we feel it has charm of a neighborhood gathering place for friends-family and business people - AAA-plus for Deerfield Township!
Brunch is back at Bravo and we happy to try it. I had the eggs and bacon, and when I ask for over easy I was told the eggs could only be scrambled. They were good eggs, but I have to say I would really prefer to order. The bacon, which I asked to be crispy fell short of really crisp. The plate came with toast but when I asked for jelly, someone had to run to the store for it.
Service was great, iced tea was very nice. My husband loved the coffee. Overall a great breakfast at a lovely restaurant.
Service was good. It seems like quality has gone down. I ordered an espresso and it was served as a small cup of coffee. Also not sure if there was an issue with the dishwasher but the server tried to hand me back the cutlery used for an appetizer to reuse. Maybe the didn’t have enough clean forks. Very strange
Super experience all the way around!
Great $7.99 soup and salad.
Slow service. Average food. No longer a great place to go with so many better choices nearby.
We had a fantastic visit for happy hour, then to dinner. The food was very, very good -- especially the steak. We had a service issue with getting and paying our check, but the manager followed up with a phone call, to get additional information. I have edited my initial review, after speaking with the concerned manager.
Celebrating a birthday and everything was great. Our server Erick did an awesome job taking care of our needs. Food was awesome!
The waiter we had was accompanied by a trainee, but it didn’t take away from his wonderful service.
Service was slow and inattentive. Food was average Italian.
This is one of our favorite places to visit. Consistently excellent food and service. For a chain operation their pastas are the closest to all of my experiences on 48 business trips to Italy. Al Dente pasta with relatively light sauces, not burden with tomato sauce.
Great meal as usual. Love having Holly as a server.
Bravo is always good food and great service. I love the bread and salad especially.
Overall it was great, we loved the idea of having our own little room since it was a business dinner.
Service was not good at all. Multiple food items had to be sent back due to either being undercooked and/or extreme saltiness. Overall was very disappointing.
I felt bad for waiter because he was overloaded for sure. Had a very positive attitude
Service was slightly slow
Family get together.
Service was horribly slow.
Brought a group of 12 for lunch, and was given a private room. Server was very attentive and food service was excellent. All the appetizers and entrees were served promptly to keep us within our alloted lunch time. Having dined at this Bravo many times, I can say this was the best service and food combination in a while, and I hope to see this continue, as prior experiences have not been as good. Great job team, would highly recommend for a business or family lunch time with this staff and chefs.
We are regulars and always enjoy Bravo’s. I have noticed that the portions are much smaller than they used to be. However, food is delicious.
Great ambiance and service for a large group.
The food, service, atmosphere, and value were excellent and enhanced our family celebration lunch! Thanks!
Bravo was ONCE one of my favorite go-to places. The food quality was poor and the one child's plate ordered, came 15 minutes after the rest of us were served. The bill was almost $300 with tip added. Sadly, we will not be coming back. VERY disappointed!!!!
We enjoyed our dinner as usual. Food was very good. Always a good experience!
SERVICE WAS GREAT OR FIRST VISIT A WEEK AGO BUT THE LAST VISIT LACKED THE KIND OF SERVICE YOU WOULD EXPECT, ALWAYS ASKING FOR SILVERWARE (3 TIMES), MORE WATER, ROLLS LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE REUSED AND NOT WARM
Consistently one of the best values around. I love their four new special pastas!
I've always liked Bravo's, but I feel as though the quality and taste of the food has declined a bit. Not to mention, the prices have increased a bit as well. No longer my go to for lasagna.
The food was delicious and our server Holly was great.
The food is good, but some food selections have been modified. For example, we were told (after the fact) that the chopped salad is not on the menu any longer but still available. I like the chopped salad and would have preferred it over the Caesar salad. Also, the chicken scallopini doesn't come with the feta any longer but for a 75 cent upcharge, you can still get it. Also, something we weren't told at the time of ordering.
It was very good ... our waiter was great !
