BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Mason - Deerfield
I have been dining at various Bravo's for about (10) years and unfortunately my experience at this location was the worst. I even called talked to the manager the next day who promised to call me back to further discuss and never did.
Our waiter was so kind. Was just the best and so funny.
Very nice dinner, good service and food. Place has a very nice feel.
Getting our Drinks took too long. We only had two, would have at least 4 each if we got quicker service. Saw a lot of employees/mgrS? standing at the bar
Ordered drinks and waiter told us it’d be 10 minutes. This is not acceptable. Food was good. Had a 10$ off as Bravo loyalty. Waiter forget to take it off, went back tried again, and it still didn’t work. Came back to table and asked for loyalty number. Tried again still didn’t work and finally got the manager to help.
Valentine's Day dinner with my wife. We were met right away after entering and took us to our reserved table quickly. They quickly took our drink order and brought our water and bread while waiting for our wine. When our wine arrived we put in our food order. My wife had the surf and turf special saying that the lobster was overcooked but the steak was perfect with good taste. I had the sausage Torteloni which was excellent. For dessert my wife had the creme brulee and I the tiramisu which were creamy and delicious. Great experience.
We always have a great experience and meal. However, this past visit was a little different. Your hostess staff really needs training on how to smile and be pleasant to patrons. They are the first you see, and it’s not a nice site. So not friendly. We requested a specific server, and they were a little snippy about it. We requested this server with our reservation. So he was requested in advance. The outstanding server is Marlon, and if we don’t get him whenever we come for dinner, we will ask for a manager or leave. Otherwise, everything else is outstanding!!
The food is overpriced and just average in quality and taste.
Always a good stop.
We frequently visit Bravo. I think they may have been short on waitresses this night. Ordered wine and it didn’t arrive until half way thru my meal after I asked about it. Food was great but warm at best. Service was definitely lacking which is not the norm but disappointed this night.
Great food, great service!
The food and service are good... but just good. It used to be much better.
Birthday dinner for our mother. They took care of 15 of us flawlessly and they even allowed us to bring our cake and put it in the icebox for us until we needed it! Thanks so much for a great night Bravo!!
We were celebrating an engagement and a birthday. I had asked for more private area and they did put us in separate dining area which was perfect. Excellent service.
Service was very slow. Even though the restaurant was empty when we arrived at 5 PM, and we told the waiter that we needed to be done by 6:15, our food still took over 30 minutes to arrive after we placed our order.
Had a nice evening, party of 5. Good service and good food.
Great place for midweek lunch with friends! Lee was a great server, patient and helpful in providing our order properly.
Went for Sunday "Brunch" only the brunch menu was very limited. I did enjoy the pepperoni flatbread instead.
Terrible service. Server spilled my drink twice. Never offered to bring a replacement. Slow to take the bill. Brought 3 rolls for 2 guests...refill she brought one of the first rolls plus 2 more. Friend paid bill with a $100 bill for a $20 ticket. Gave change including 29 singles.
We go to Bravo a lot. This most recent visit was fairly disappointing. Our food took forever to come. Several tables who were seated after us had finished their meals and were leaving before we even got our meal. The quality of the food wasn’t as good as usual. My Italian wedding soup had no meatballs in it. My husband’s green beans were cold. On the upside, our server was excellent. He checked on our table frequently and let us know the reason for the delay in getting our food. I’m hoping they were just having an off night. We will return since it is typically a very good experience.
It was fine. No issues.
When the food is bad, then nothing else matters. You guys have really gone downhill in the past year. The chicken scallopini was tough and had bristle in it. Your new recipes are not good. My wife loves you frozen peach bellinis. But every thing else has just gotten bad.
WE brought our family for a Xmas season dinner. The service was excellent and everyone's dinner
was excellent. We appreciate the brightness, unlike many restaurants, in which, we can hardly see
our meal! Thanks.
Usually love this restaurant but wow... the staff at THIS location that was working New Year’s Eve night really had some bad attitude. It was obvious that there was some gossip going around between the hostesses and waiters and it was so distracting and obnoxious. Almost left before our food came!
The pork chop was outstanding!
We dine here 6-7 times a year, maybe more. But New Years eve, which we have spent the last many years, was not so great.
Salads came out and then two minutes later the entrees. A server, not OUR assigned server informed us they were trying to turn over the tables quickly. Food was lukewarm.
We were freezing as we were placed to close to the door for such a cold and busy night.
The experience was a letdown as usually service and food are great.
Our server was fabulous throughout.
New Year’s Eve
I was disappointed in the Veal, I thought it was a little dry and chewy. Plus we were seated close to the door and all that COLD air turned ME and my spaghetti to ICE.
Bravo was really busy on our visit. Our server was overwhelmed with tables. We didn’t get our salads at all. However Miguel, one of the managers gave us 3 free desserts. I know this is not the norm for this Bravos location.
We were a party of nine, including three children and were so pleased to have a room to ourselves. Service and food were good and we didn’t feel rushed. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the one large room. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Took three grandchildren and we had a good time. The only downer was the last nites of my granddaughter’s food was removed before she wanted, and I was charged for a soft drink that we did not order. But I did not check through the bill before I paid.
As usual, the food is consistently good and a good experience.
We have been to Bravo several times including last year on Christmas Eve and it was fantastic. This year, not so much. I’m not sure where things went wrong but after appetizers our server pretty much disappeared and it was downhill from there. The appetizer plates stayed on the table until the end of the meal, water glasses were never filled and it took forever to refill drink orders. My husband called the manager over towards the end and it still didn’t get much better. He did take a generous amount off the bill and offered dessert on the house but it was still disappointing and the evening was sort of ruined. Oh it was my grandsons birthday as well. Won’t be returning any time soon.
Oh the whoa of an established restaurant that cannot handle a crowd on a busy Christmas Eve. Though we were seated earlier than expected, the remainder of the evening was a disaster. For starters, we were seated at a table not set. We made the mistake of placing our drink order in 2 shifts. The first arrived a half hour after we ordered. Two simple drinks. When more were ordered it took almost as long to arrive. Server said the bar was behind. Funny when we were waiting for our table, drinks ordered at the bar were readily served. Go figure. Appetizers arrived OK. First course came in shifts with a couple orders completely forgotten. Dinner arrived in 3 shifts with my order all wrong. When asked to see a manager if took several requests and 15 minutes for someone to address our concern. I will admit the manager admitted the place wAs a mess and offered several comps. When the bill arrived, I needed to question the total as it did not reflect what would be comped. Our poor young server was beside himself as he was a victim of extremely poor bar service and a kitchen that could bot handle the crowd.
Service was so slow that kept on apologizing and our food was the worst I have ever had there. Been coming there for years. Won't be back!
Perfect place to celebrate!!
It was very good as usual.
Service just was not good. Kitchen was backed up we were told. Waiter was not particularly attentive or friendly. The Bravo in West Chester much better organized.
Our server Holly was fabulous. She made some great recommendations and her attentiveness was excellent. We will definitely ask for her on our next visit.
Consistently very good.
Dinner was great. Fire alarm went off in the middle of dinner.
