   We went on Mother’s Day so maybe it was just an exceptionally bad day, but….our reservation seemed to be more of a “suggestion” than a true reservation. Our server did a great job but had too many tables so service was slow. Food took a long time and quality was inconsistent.

   We love Bravos but tonight was just not the best night. The manager was very kind and took off two of our entrees. The whole vibe at the restaurant just felt a bet chaotic, unkept, and just like it had been slammed with customers and no time to catch up. The bathrooms also needed MAJOR attention! Everything felt a but dirty and dingy which is NOT the normal for Bravos!

   Very busy and had to wait on r food . Food came out barely warm. They did apologize serval times die to the wait.

   We had a great meal. Our server, Mac, was attentive and helpful getting our food allergies handled.

   Made a quick reservation for 6. Seated in a reasonable time. That's where reasonable ended. Dirty table. Took forever for our easier to arrive. Took our drink order. While waiting we had to bring up ordering appetizers. Finally got our drinks. No silverware or napkins. Appetizers well 2 of them showed up. No small plates or offer to get some. 3rd appetizer finally showed up. All 3 were good. Service awful. Ordered our meals and nobody got their salads. They were removed from bill. Bar was not busy but drinks were very very slow to arrive. All of our meals were good. The most refreshing part of our 2 hours was our waiter apologizing for the bad service. Good food with bad service is a bad combination. We won't be back.

    We are regular patrons. Food and service are consistently outstanding. It is one reason we bring guests as we know there won’t be a disappointment.
