BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Livonia
Conveniently located near Twelve Oaks Mall, West Oaks Mall & Laurel Park. The following theaters are also in the area: AMC 20, Phoenix Theaters, Emagine Novi & Farmington Civic.
Service is consistently slow here. Have the habit of bringing oil to the table and the bread isn’t ready so it comes out when the meal arrives. Had to flag down the server several times. Not a great experience.
Service was awful and they were in accommodating when they screwed up a meal
We attempted to do a two part dining experience. Mother’s Day and Birthday. With that we reserved a table for nine. Without going into complete details know that it wasn’t good. The first waitress quite on us after bringing us water and asking if we wanted appetizers. She only took half the orders at the table then left. After we called her back she said she thought we were finished.
Our back up waiter tried really hard to do things right unfortunately he didn’t. He missed everyone’s soup and salad. And a few of the plates came out cold. Needless to say we had to call the manager over who discounted our bill 30%.
To end the evening after receiving our bill we literally had to wait 20 mins for our waiter to pick them back up.
Fantastic service. Not that it’s ever been poor but this time the server knocked it out of the park by being attentive and efficient. Had a reservation and were seated immediately can’t say enough good things about our experience on Mother’s Day.
We decided to dine here for Mother’s Day and the food was fantastic! Our server was great and very attentive. We would definitely dine here again!
Outstanding food taste and preperation. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good tasting meal. My steak was done perfectly not chewy / juicy.
Bravo is usually what you expect, but my Caprase chicken did not have any vine ripened tomatoes or the fresh mozzarella slices...waitress said they no longer put it on chicken. Tip reflected this issue. Must have run out of ingredients.
Great Italian food!
Bravo does a horrible brunch. The food was almost not edible. Would not recommend. Service was very slow. They should stick to Italian.
We, as well as our family, have always been satisfied with our meals. The menu offers an array of choices. The portions are very satisfying and the presentation is very nice.
We have always had wonderful service and have not had to wait long for our meals.
Great service and great food. Everything was simply perfect.
The restaurant was busy but our server, Fatmir, treated us like we were his only customer! Very attentive and professional.
The dinner was great...kudos to the chef...
our salmon was delicious.
Service wasn’t great. Restaurant seemed busy with large parties but short staffed. Waitress barely checked on us & when we needed something, we searched for someone for over 10 minutes to walk by. We took my parents out to eat for my Dad’s birthday & they normally don’t like to go out to eat & while the food was good the service was not great.
Great food and great service!
The staff are so attentive.
Party of 10 for an after graduation lunch. Very good food and Excellent service. Table was ready when we arrived. Six of our guests had never dined here before and all plan to return. I appreciated the extra friendliness of our server and another server, who was not assigned to our table, to our graduate.
Had to be seated where everyone else was a very busy area, because only had a few servers working at 5:00pm. I was told other servers did not start until 5:30pm. We had a very good server, but when I received my Lasagna it was burnt on the bottom. This was not a pleasant experience, and we have dined at Bravo's at least twice a month in the past. I will be thinking before we go back.
Food was good. Service was excellent but had to wait a long time at front of house to be seated. There was no one at the front of the house. Finally a girl who was coming in to start her shift sat us even though it wasn't her time to start.
Not at this time. The service must improve from both the kitchen and the wait staff
Dont know why I keep going back here. The service is consistently amongst the most horrendous in the world.
Very slow service, waitress was too busy with other tables
We were disappointed to see some menu items no longer available like shrimp bruschetta. Pasta Woozie had hardly any sauce on it. Server noticed and brought some. Otherwise service and food was good.
I went on Easter Sunday and foolishly sat in the bar. It took a while to get a server. It took even longer to get my entree. I recognized that it was Easter and there were several large parties, but my patience wore out. After alerting a manager, my entree mystically arrived. However, it was the wrong one!! After yet another wait, the correct entree was served. When my bill came there were two errors on it. Not the best of days for Bravo. The food was good, as always which is the basis for the recommendation.
Always have good food and prices are reasonable. Sadly, they changed the Chicken Caprese recipe . It was fantastic, now it’s just another chicken dish. Seems they have less on the menu ,mint sure I would eat they too often... they should also bring back the old Chicken Caprese recipe amd also the braised beef ravioli. Menu is to small and boring now.
Normally I love Bravo but the busyness of Easter Sunday made the occasion a little more hectic. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our "reservation" before being seated. Haven't been there in awhile and found the food very good but the wine prices atrocious for a non high end type restaurant. Our server was good and very polite but we had to approach a manager to get a different kind of bread instead of the olive-y type they serve.
Easter dinner. Place was
Very little food for the price. Food was lukewarm and was unappealing on the plate. Food has definitely gone downhill.
Lest one answer is misunderstood - noise level was energetic, but appropriate for the occasion and the many families with young children. We did not mind but enjoyed the ambiance!
Our Server was excellent and the new entree's were a pleasant surprise; especially making the chopped salad again.
Awesome! This restaurant was delicious and very good service.
We didn’t have a very large party-table for 6. Everyone really liked their food: pizza, lasagna, chicken, Mediterranean vegetable salad with salmon. I asked for my salmon to be cooked medium & it was! Our waitress wasn’t the most friendly but she was efficient. It didn’t take to long for our food either. Overall, it was a great experience.
Great food and great service. Made my 75th birthday special.
We went as a party for 5 on a Saturday, around 630pm. It was busy as expected, so we were all pretty much expecting slower than normal service, but while we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated for our reservation, it then took 20 minutes to get water, followed by 20 more minutes to get our drinks. 2 pieces of bread were given for 5 people. Had to ask for more which resulted in an additional 30 minute wait. Food finally came out, not too bad, with the exception of the raw meat in the spaghetti bolognese. Had to flag down the waiter, to have him come back after checking with the manager to be told it was salami, not raw pork. Really? Um....we can tell the difference. Didn't bother waiting for a new plate since this was now well over an hour into our dining experience. Never once did a manager come to apologize, and then they tried to charge for the untouched meal, which resulted in having to flag down the waiter yet again to get it fixed. First time for all of us here, wont ever be back. If I wanted raw pork I could have saved the 2 hours and 20 bucks.
Bravo Cucina in Livonia is our favorite restaurant! The food is always consistently great and the service is attentive without being intrusive.
Good food, nice atmosphere, good service. We enjoy this place and keep coming back.
The food was delicious. However, the service was awful. Our waitress was okay initially but then got a large party and never checked to see if our food was ok. She was supposed to get us beverage refills, but never did. She dropped off a dessert menu and then we never saw her again. After 30 minutes, we flagged down another server to get our bill. It's difficult to recommend a restaurant with this experience.
We made a reservation for 5p. When we arrived we were told we had to wait for a few minutes to get seated as they were setting our table. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes before we were seated. There were numerous empty tables in the restaurant that we could be seated at while we were waiting. Poor service. Will not return any time soon.
The dinner was good, but the service was very slow. I do like to eat leisurely, but this service was ridiculously slow. Drinks were overpriced. We were served coffee, but there was no sugar on the table. We had to ask another tables waitress for sugar or our coffee would have been ice cold before our service returned. Food was ok, adequate. I'll not be returning for a long while
Our sever was absolutely awful. She took 10 minutes to even say I’ll be right over. She never got refills because she was standing at the server station talking to a cow worker. She tried to take my plate away after asking do I want a box, and me saying yes. After I said I want a box she said okay and then just brought us the check. I don’t know if it’s because we were young but I used to serve as well. We always tip well even if service was bad but this was absolutely awful.
