BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Livonia
Conveniently located near Twelve Oaks Mall, West Oaks Mall & Laurel Park. The following theaters are also in the area: AMC 20, Phoenix Theaters, Emagine Novi & Farmington Civic.
Food is always consistently good.
The staff made it a very positive and memorable experience. We asked for our reserved seating to be moved to an area that provided a slightly better ambience for business discussions and the hostess went out of her way to accommodate us. The wait staff and food were wonderful as well, and the price was right on target. Thanks to all!!
Ordered the salmon salad. The menu said it comes with field greens. The salad brought to my table had chopped lettuce. I should have sent it back, but did not. My bad. It was tasty, but not what I ordered. The tiramisu was very good for dessert.
Great food and the staff are top notch. They were well prepared to set up for a two year old with crayons and the table is covered with paper the experience was so enjoyable the two-year-old didn't want to leave and they got to make their own personal little mini pizza.
Mediocre. Used to be good
Bravo did an awesome job handling several customers with food allergies and Celiac Disease (Gluten Free)
We had a great time having dinner with our friends
The table location was great, away from the noisy kitchen as I had requested. The service was great, attentive, not to slow or too fast. The food was the issue. Spaghetti and meatballs were good. That’s pretty simple. Shrimp Scampi was okay. Could have used more flavor and larger shrimp, I was told. Veal Parmigiana was okay. One seemed scorched, like it was left in the oven too long. Chicken Marsala was the huge disappointment! The char grill flavor was over powering, it was dry and not much Marsala sauce which seemed reduced too much and too thick. We have had it many times and actually raved about it ahead of our dinner. We both found it a huge disappointment!! We were compensated which was much appreciated. If I did recommended the restaurant, I would definitely share my recent experience.
Great service, clean and updated inside and out. We were able to sit outside and it was very kid friendly.
Excellent service, will definitely be back!
The food and service were great! Even brought guests and they enjoyed it as well.
Service extremely slow. No refills in a timely manner. No water offered. Took 15 minutes to get a bottle of wine. Later, we asked for extra bread because we were waiting so long and they needed to make it...it came with the dinners. Dinners sat under a light for about 15+ minutes...I saw our meals with about 15 others sitting. Hot plate, lukewarm food. I ate about 4 bites of my noodles with barely any sauce and no meat. The same sitting situation with salads and soups up on the counter. Not enough cooks, wait staff, and mgmt were waiting tables, so no mgmt. in reality. It's really too bad this is happening because it was a good place to go eat. Now, we aren't so sure.
Great server. Food is average. Salmon was overcooked.
We made reservations for Fathera Day knowing it would be busy. We only had to wait additional 15 minutes to get our table. Once seated the only thing on our table were 4 plates. Our waitress took our drink and appetizer order. We asked if the meatball appetizer would be ok for our Daughter with a nut allergy. She indicated she would check. Our appetizer came, we still didn't get silverware for another 5 minutes. Still didn't know if our daughter could eat it. She abstained from eating it because it had pesto on it. The waitress finally returned with our warm lemonade and was annoyed that we asked again about the nuts and appetizer. She said she could eat it. We continued to wait. Fi ally after 15 minutes we asked for a manager. The manager said NO do not eat the appetizer their pesto has nuts in it! Needless to say we left. Poor and uneducated service staff.
I liked this place overall. We had a 3:15 reservation but waited til about 3:30 to be seated. There was nobody else waiting but myself, my daughter and my mother. Table for 3. That was annoying. Other than that we had a good experience with the food and the service was good as well. Definitely a good value spot and I would probably go back.
I was happy that we were able to make a last minute reservation for 9 people, the day before.
We had great service on Father's Day afternoon.
The service was great and the food was delicious. What a great restaurant!
Extremely disappointing meal. This was our first visit and we were considering having a large family party here. I would have been so embarrassed. The bread was undercooked. The server forgot the appetizer, my spaghetti bolognese had no sauce (ground meat on pasta?!?) and the chicken parmesan was edible but not good. I’d heard great reviews but I’ll never return
We were seated right away for our 5:30 reservation. We ordered our drinks and dinner quickly. When the bread came out with the olive oil it was cold and hard and the oil was very minimal unlike its usual standards of the bread being soft and warm and plenty of olive oil. Our food took about 45 minutes to be prepared and when our two steak entrees came out they were both well done instead of medium well like we had asked for. Once our waitress took our plates back, my boyfriend received his meal about 25 minutes later and a half hour before mine left the kitchen. We were neglected for refills it seemed and having bread since we had to wait for our food. The manager finally came to our table to let us know they were training a new chef and that she will make sure our orders are correct. She took both meals off of our bill which was nice of her but our date night that was supposed to be very special ended up crummy. Not super satisfied with the service like I usually am.
Service was a bit slow but aside from that, it was a lovely evening. The atmosphere was nice. The food was excellent, and the service was pleasant and professional.
Our table was ready when we arrived for our appointment, and the food and service were excellent.
We had reservations. Glad of that. Very busy, - waited a bit for cocktail and main dishes. A fettuccini dish had very little Alfredo sauce, so was a bit dry. Waitress was kind.
Ask for waitress Melissa, she is the best! My wife and I ate at Bravo for the first time. We celebrated our birthdays and wedding anniversary. The shrimp starter plate was awesome as was the Margherita pizza! Thanks Melissa for a first great dinning experience at Bravo Livonia!
Great food and drinks, good service, just a little pricey.
For my first experience at this restaurant on a Sunday night I found the food to be generally good and waitstaff smiling and courteous - a nice family atmosphere. Service was slow due to large groups. The mushroom soup and grilled shrimp entree were very salty. Chicken scaloppini, pasta woozy and caprese salad were good. Booth we were seated in was low to the table. I am willing to give it another try.
Food was good but super slow service! It took a long time for someone to even cone to our table. All courses took forever to come out.
Over the years Bravo has been a birthday favorite of mine. However they have a terrible time with service it seems. Our server, and we were a party of 7 - noted in reservation that it was a birthday, was also serving a private party. This party was within 5 feet of our table. We were treated like the lesser priority - clearly.
Waited lengthy times to order a drink, or receive one. We mentioned this to somebody, and it was my birthday, yet she did not comp anything or offer desert.
Not that it should matter, but the past Mayor, Kirksey, of 20 years was there. And i made the reservation under his name hoping we may get a good table/whatnot.
The woman who came over also told us which new dish they get the most complaints about, when i mentioned the menu changes. Why would she tell customers about a dish she deems bad?
Waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes...party of 3, simple order.
We are regulars at Bravo’s and each experience is just the 1st time. The food and service are great. Fatmer’s is great at making our dining experience wonderful, as well as, the rest of the team. Also, the chefs
do a great job; especially with the salmon entrees.
Food was very good. The only thing I would do is put less fennel in the meatballs, but that's my personal opinion
Food was not as always. Felt ashamed as I had taken my guests from out of town here! I asked the server but she seemed to be too busy to pay attention
I came to the restaurant with 5 girlfriends to celebrate my birthday . We had a very relaxing evening of great food and drinks. We were able to enjoy our time together and never felt rushed to complete our meal and move on. I'm sure coming to the restaurant in the middle of the week was a good idea. Definitely reccomend the restaurant.
Service is consistently slow here. Have the habit of bringing oil to the table and the bread isn’t ready so it comes out when the meal arrives. Had to flag down the server several times. Not a great experience.
Service was awful and they were in accommodating when they screwed up a meal
We attempted to do a two part dining experience. Mother’s Day and Birthday. With that we reserved a table for nine. Without going into complete details know that it wasn’t good. The first waitress quite on us after bringing us water and asking if we wanted appetizers. She only took half the orders at the table then left. After we called her back she said she thought we were finished.
Our back up waiter tried really hard to do things right unfortunately he didn’t. He missed everyone’s soup and salad. And a few of the plates came out cold. Needless to say we had to call the manager over who discounted our bill 30%.
To end the evening after receiving our bill we literally had to wait 20 mins for our waiter to pick them back up.
Fantastic service. Not that it’s ever been poor but this time the server knocked it out of the park by being attentive and efficient. Had a reservation and were seated immediately can’t say enough good things about our experience on Mother’s Day.
We decided to dine here for Mother’s Day and the food was fantastic! Our server was great and very attentive. We would definitely dine here again!
Outstanding food taste and preperation. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good tasting meal. My steak was done perfectly not chewy / juicy.
Bravo is usually what you expect, but my Caprase chicken did not have any vine ripened tomatoes or the fresh mozzarella slices...waitress said they no longer put it on chicken. Tip reflected this issue. Must have run out of ingredients.
