BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Little Rock - Promenade at Chenal
We on time for our reservations on mother’s day. We were sitted and we weren’t greeted for 20 minutes while waiters continuously walked pass us. Once we did get menu we felt rushed to order and the food was cold and after we weren’t offered a dessert menu just a check. Hopefully the next visit will be better......Hopefully.
They ran out of mashed potatoes.😟 Service worker was good, but over worked. Long....wait time for food
Great ambiance, food selection and options with ability to substitute. Service could have been a bit quicker but overall was great. Highly recommend due to location and atmosphere.
Food was fantastic!!! Very busy today so service was a little slow but I would not let that keep me from eating there!
Great Mother's Day celebration..the food and service were outstanding..Bravo is one of my favorites
The food was great. The service is not what I’ve gotten in the past and expected from Bravo. The waiter seemed scattered. One persons food came out on its own 15 minutes before the rest of our food. One of the orders was wrong and we had to wait another 15 minutes before she got her food. We were not offered any fresh Parmesan with our meal.
Food was great as always. Service was not what we are used to a Brove.
Great food, reservations via open table were awesome. Place was busy but not noisy. Service was excellent.
Excellent way to celebrate our special occasion. Great food, service and atmosphere.
The food was very good. We had a late arrival and the restaurant was accommodating. Service was good and quick.
Bravo has been one of my favorite places to eat Italian food. My wife chose it for her mother’s day meal to eat because it’s alway a great place to eat. It has been a while since we have eaten at bravo. So we didn’t know they had changed the menu which was a bummer.
The service was awful. We had to ask for the bread anytime we received any. Our drinks were empty a lot. The (I believe) manager got our drinks twice because we caught her as she went by. She was happy to help.
I was really disappointed with the whole operation on this night. I actually felt bad for my wife because it was her mother’s day meal.
I hope this helps Bravo have a heads up on an honest review.
This was the worst dining experience all around. Waiter was the worst (didn’t refill drinks and we had to wait for 30 minutes to get initial water), waited on initial greeting for almost 20 minutes at table, had to flag down someone else for bread, took an hour for food and it was incorrect, chicken was inedible, etc. when placing original order , I asked to place a to go order but waiter said I’d have to wait because he “had a lot going on” and his smell of alcohol was overwhelming. The worst experience!! This is actually just a start to the overall horrid experience.
Portion of salmon was less than half of what we usually receive at Bravo’s. We couldn’t eat most of it due to being burnt on the bottom.
Wait/Staff dropped 2 racks of wine glasses beside our table, striking our legs and feet with glass shards.
Only comment was “Guess that woke everyone up”.
This is usually one of our favorite places to eat....this time was a real disappointment.
Our server was great, very professional and funny 😁 my food was delicious but my husband's and daughters was ok.
Really enjoyed everything and Michael was very attentive to our needs. It was our first visit.
Our server was fantastic, and the food was great. It was a great birthday party experience.
Bravo is our go to special place to eat and it is usually excellent. This last trip 04/26 was not as good. The Insalata salad did not have hardly any dressing on it, pretty much dry greens. I always have the pork chops but this time they were overcooked, very dry. My wife's Chicken Marsala was very good.
The Chicken Scallopini was bland. Needs more lemon or spices. Several of us ordered that. We were a group of 12 and that little room with the circular table was perfect for us.
Food was good and atmosphere was nice really like outside seating except the table was not balanced so almost launch my wife’s drink off the table
We did not feel it was too busy for a Friday night but the service was not great!!! We had a party of 7, it was my daughters birthday so I treated her and a few friends. The server gave us water and then seemed a bit put off that we wanted more than just water. They no longer offer the appetizers we were expecting to have. We had to ask for silverware once our food came. We asked for bread 3 times that we never received more than our first basket that had 6 pieces. Didn’t even have enough bread for the whole party. We had to ask for refills of our drinks once we were all out of our drinks and almost out of water, from the glasses he filled to begin with. And the food was not great!!!! We have been several times in the past and I was always impressed. Not this time!!!! I could have gone to 2 Italian restaurants that were closer to home, spent less money, and probably would have had better service and food.
Bad experience with the food and menu
Our server was great. He keep our drinks full, made sure that we had plenty of bread, and he had a great personality. He recommended the grilled pork chops, the price was reasonable, and they were delicious. We will definitely be going again soon.
I visited the restaurant for the first time yesterday with my family. The food was delicious, the waiter was very attentive, and it was reasonably priced. Will be going back in the future.
Bland food. No taste. Would not go back. They dont stock any vegetables for past fra diavoli anymore. Will not be going back.
We came to Bravo to celebrate our anniversary. It was a wonderful experience. Our server was awesome. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the grilled pork chop which was the best that I've ever had in my life! I was skeptical at first because the pork chop was so thick. It was very tender and so full of flavor. I will definitely order it again. My wife had the grilled chicken marsala and it also was amazing. The portions are large and we had enough food for 2 meals. Bravo is our favorite Italian restaurant.
Food great and included gluten free options for one of the guests. We waited much too long for our orders to be taken and I had to finally flag the waitress down. Coffee was lukewarm.
Once seated it took about 10 minutes before we were even approached by a waiter. The food was mediocre at best. We came based on the good reviews, but feel that it didn’t live up to what other people said.
Host staff was very friendly. The restaurant itself was so cold... it was like a meat locker. Waiter was good and attentive. Food was average: bolognese, caprese, etc. Tiramisu was good.
Always great food and great service. Our waiter was A+.
Beautiful restaurant. The hostess was friendly and courteous. Our server, Stuart, was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. He was very helpful in helping us make our menu choices. The spinach artichoke dip was the best I’d ever tasted. The salad with roasted vegetables was delicious and just the right amount. My husband chose lobster bisque and the lamb chops. He said his meal was delicious too. One important factor was that the food arrived steaming hot (apart from the salad of course)! Too often, restaurant meals can end up cooling so quickly that the food is cold by the time you have eaten half of it. I would strongly recommend this restaurant.
This was my first visit to Bravo. Overall, the food was really good. The rosemary bread and sundried tomato olive oil that were brought to the table was delicious. Also, the Imbrigiolo (?) Pesto Pasta (with added grilled chicken) were delicious. The only thing that needed improvement was the Caesar Salad. The dressing did not taste like authentic, homemade Caesar dressing, and the croutons were flavorful but small. The atmosphere was really nice as well, but the music was too loud. Also, the music did not match the ambiance. I expect to hear soft Jazz or perhaps Classical music in an upscale Italian restaurant... not Pop music.
We’ve never had a bad experience at Bravo - and it was another great evening there last night with our favorite Bravo waiter, Callahan. He always makes our visits enjoyable and the food was fresh, hot and wonderful. Thanks again, Bravo crew for another great night out!
Server forgot to place the order in the kitchen for my seven year old. When the rest of the food arrived we waited a bit then flagged someone down. Asked where the good for the kid was and they couldn't answer. Eventually the server came back and blurted out some nonsense. After another 15 minutes finally got the kids food. Of course by then all the other orders were cold. Not even so much as an apology.
The food and ambiance was very good. I would recommend it and definitely be visiting again. The wait was extra long. We had a reservation but waited 20 minutes to be seated. Inspite of the wait, the food was fast, hot and delicious.
The night we ate at BRAVO they were incredibly busy, possibly because it was LR Marathon weekend and runners were carb-loading. As a result service was a bit slow. However, the busy-ness did not affect the quality of our dinner. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good Italian food.
We were charged full price for drinks which was supposed to be all day happy hour. We had already sent our incorrect tabs back once because the BOGO wasn't right, so we just paid for the drinks.
The pork chops and chicken marsala are wonderful. So are the salads. It's our special occasion place to go.
