BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Knoxville
This is the first of our many visits when we were very disappointed by the service. Food is good and we’ll be back. Hope it was just blip, not a preview of the future of service at Bravo.
As usual BRAVO comes through with a great Italian meal at a good price. The food was great - we really like the new menu selections, and the service was exceptional. Thanks to Open Table we didn't have to worry about a wait, either. We ALWAYS consider a restaurant on Open Table over one that is not.
Bravo was very busy for Mother's Day and we were so glad to have a reservation in place. The service and food was excellent. A sweet and personal touch occurred when the servers were handing out single live roses to all of the mothers celebrating with them. THAT was over the top and well done on their part. Would highly recommend the establishment for a lovely dining experience!
Very tasty food and service is excellent. I would highly recommend to everyone. Going back as soon as I can.
Service was great, food was splendid.
We were there for Mother’s Day. Our server, Casey, did a great job. Was very attentive and friendly.
Seated 30 minutes after reservation time. Waitress took forever to take our order and food was nothing spectacular. Two other Italian restaurants are much better: Altruda’s and Carraba’s.
It was Mother’s Day. They were packed! Very popular restaurant with good reason. Food was excellent! Thank you restaurant employees for being able to handle that day. Everyone was calm and respectful. We were serviced timely and enjoyed it. Good job!
Excellent atmosphere! We went on Mother’s Day, so the restaurant was very busy. We were well taken care of, the reservation was seated promptly, and the food was exceptional! Very pleased!
Good food, nice atmosphere, enjoyedit.
Tough question as to recommendation as it was Mother’s Day &Graduation weekend. Don’t think they were prepared for large crowds. Food was good but service definitely was terrible. If we go back to Knoxville I might give them a second chance, MAYBE.
Had a reservation months in advance for 6:45pm and weren’t seated until after 7:30pm. Great food and service after being seated but was unfortunate waiting 45 minutes to be seated even with a reservation.
Bravo's has been our go to restaurant for many years and it still is although our most recent visit was not the best. Reservations were running 15-20 minutes late due to UT graduation parties-the restaurant was packed- food service was very good but the food did not have it's usual favor and piazza. Definitely wil return.
They overbooked and had way too many people in the restaurant. We had too wait 30 minutes. After we sat down, it was hard to hear because of all the people crammed inside waiting. We will go back and if this happens again, we will cross them off our list.
They did a fabulous job considering it was Graduation & night before Mother’s Day. Only ran about 20 behind reservation time.
We went to celebrate two graduates and everything was outstanding!
Chicken cutlet was very skimpy and not cooked right. Meal was overpriced.
Wonderful quick service and delicious food. Great price for a sit down lunch
Excellent quality, ambiance, and value. A great find. It will become a "go to" place for us.
I always like Bravo, but this time I wasn't as happy as usual. Noisy children sitting adjacent to us..ruins my dinner. My pasta was a bit too al dente, but flavor was good. Dinner salad disappointing. Dessert was excellent; we had the seasonal berries with cake and gelato. Service was attentive, but waitress, who was really nice could not explain portion sizes and did not seem able say much about the dishes. It was a decent experience, but did not meet expectations.
First of all, Briana our server was THE BEST and will ask for her going forward. Everything was so good and huge portions. Definitely worth the money. Briana recommended the raspberry martini and OMG it was awesome. Thanks Briana!!!!
We are frequent customers and have always found the food and service excellent. Our only wish is that you would open another ‘Bravo’ out in the Farragut, TN area!
Keep up the good work!
Enjoyed a delicious meal, wonderful service and a beautiful setting for my husband's Birthday with a delicious dessert, complete with a Birthday candle. Very nice evening!
We were in a pinch and needed a good meal after a game. Found this place and gave it a try. It was late in the evening but we got a table for 8 with no problem. Good food, nice portions, and good service. We will definitely come back
Food was delicious. Service was great.
great grilled salmon and tasty lobster ravioli
Desserts were all good, ordered one of each to try them all. Bread was very good, although it would be nice to have the traditional olive oil instead of a pre made oil. Lobster bisque was served hot and had a great taste. Kids loved the appetizer pizza, more traditional than typical American pizza. Chicken Marsala was good. Spaghetti with meatballs was a perfect portion. Server was new and didn’t properly stage the meal. Perfect for family, date or business meals.
Jai lei is awesome always! Thank you again! See you again soon!
Bravo is one of my favorite restaurants in Knoxville and I love going there for lunch or dinner. Food was excellent as always. My only complaint from yesterday (3/27) was our waiter. I was not impressed. Service was not great and I hope we never get him again!
We are regulars and like Bravo. This time we were disappointed. The lunch soups and salads we all had were delicious and a good deal at your special $7.99 price. No complaints there.
My wife and I ordered the spaghetti Bolognese to take home and share for dinner. We are used to large portions from Bravo and expected enough to share. Well, the container was only about two-thirds full and it wasn't even enough for me. We had to add our own pasta and some Classico sauce that we had at home. No bread included either although that wasn't a big deal for us. The new spaghetti Bolognese recipe is probably very good but we wouldn't know because we added the home brew to it.
Consistently great food and service!
Excellent in every way
Bravo's was excellent as always. This is in our top four restaurant list in Knoxville. Brought a friend for lunch who had never been before and she thought it was great! We will definitely be back.
Food was excellent and service was superb!
Mixed emotions. Our birthday lunch was all messed up. Manager kept apologizing and even said he was taking care of 3 of the 10 people where order was not delivered in a timely fashion. Waitress took order and disappeared. Food was excellent once it was ALL delivered , salads and soup delayed for 3 guest. Tickets came and only ONE guest had $5 deducted. The other two no credit at all. Didn't say anything, tipped the waitress 20% and left. Don't feel this was right but it is what it is. Sorry.
Great! Food and service were excellent!
Just a small hiccup, set the table for 6 people and not 7. We were early enough for quick correction.
It was a dreary day outside but our spirits were lifted by the service and quality of food.
