Started with a great merlot wine, good ceaser salad. Service was good. Entree rigatoni had very little chicken kind of disappointed with lack of protein.
Love the food and atmosphere. The waitress acted uninterested in serving us. Failed to refill our drinks when ran out. Did not offer grated cheese on top of entree which has happened in all previous visits. Did not box our leftovers or provide a bag to carry in as is customary there. Service has been very good in past, but last two have been less than stellar.
I was very happy with my experience here. We got seated right away, the waiter was so nice & respectful - always checking up on us, made jokes, very friendly. Our food was served very fast, overall just really nice

I indicated via the Open Table app that we were there celebrating a birthday, but it was not acknowledged by any of the staff.
It was delicious, and service was outstanding!
Our son received a free birthday dessert also
Shrimp Fra Diablo is a dish that should be a little on the spicy side. The last several times, it has no spice at all. Really disappointed... you have ruined a good dish for us that like our food on the spicy side.
Good food. Attentive Wait Staff. Met friends there and were able to converse, since noise level was very reasonable.
Had reservations yet they told us we had to sit outside because they were so busy. I was a parent to a kid going to a dance and was not happy with the fact they had a limited menu to order from and could not order off of the normal menu even after asking. I understand wanting to make sure the waiters are taken care of, but they should not be forced into a limited selection. And the waitress we had lacked any kind of respect on how you treat a customer. She definitely had no issue voicing her opinion on how you ordered your food. No bread until after we had our meals complete. Had to ask for lemons several times. Would not recommend.
I made reservation for a homecoming group. They asked me if I wanted a special menu and I said ok. However there were some kids that just wanted to order off the menu and they were not allowed to. The waitress was super rude to the kids the whole meal. We will not be using your restaurant ever again for upcoming events.
The server was outstanding by meeting everyone’s needs without hovering or rushing. The food was first class as usual.
The Marguerite pizza was divine! The service was excellent. Can't ask for more!
Over priced for what you get, won't go back we'll go to a real Italian restaurant next time
I'm saddened to say, the worst experience I have ever had at BRAVO. We made reservations for my mother inlaw's Birthday at 4:00. Restaurant was not busy at all. We were seated immediately however no one greeted us. After about 10 minutes, a gentleman came over and asked if anyone had taken our drink order. We replied no... He took our drink order, brought our drinks and took our order. Eventually, he brought over bread and oil. Dinner was lackluster. I ordered the cacio de Pepe which was dry and flavorless. Food and service were forgettable. We will not return.
Food was average. Vodka tonic was great, martini was OK, but service was extraordinary !
Service very slow. Server had tables outside and inside. Food warm, not hot. Won't return any time soon
We found the food to be delicious, however there was very little to choose from on the menu. An additional charge of $4.50 for a salad with a $18 pasta dish entree was too much.
Bravo does not disappoint, excellent food and service.
The menu has changed on some of favorites. The waiter we had did a great job of taking care of our group.
My husband had work in the area and we stayed at one of the Marriott hotels by the airport. We looked on the hotel website for restaurants close by and Zona Rosa was on the list. We had no idea what to expect but we were happy with every aspect. The service was excellent and the food was so good. The lobster bisque soup was amazing - rich with little lobster chunks. I also throughly enjoyed the eggplant Parmesan. And to top it off- we had the seasonal sponge cake dessert - all I can say is true bliss.
I have been here twice for lunch and impressed both times have been impressed. The first time was with my mom. It was quiet enough for us to hear each other and we both really enjoyed the pizza. I came back for lunch with a group of friends. We all enjoyed our meals and it was quiet enough we could hear each other talk across the table. The service is warm and friendly, the food is delicious

We had a girls night to celebrate a birthday. It was awesome bc there was a band literally in the back by the outdoor patio and bar. Our dinner and drinks were delish. Our server was great! We would definitely do this again.
3 couples all celebrating 40th wedding anniversaries. We had a blast.
My food was not what I expected. They said they change the recipe from time to time, but I was really disappointed. Our Server, Scott, was excellent, as always.

We went a 3pm on a week day and there was noone else eating but still it took a long time to get service. The menu does not explain the food. Took forever to get it once we ordered. very small portions and my wife can make better at home. way too expensive for what you get!!
The cocktails were not at all good. They tasted of no alcohol. Just not good and they serve in the tiniest glasses of all. We tried 3 different drinks. I would stick with wine when dining at Bravo. Service was very good. Very hot night. Fans would be a great help on the patio to enjoy the music. One table had a stand up fan blowing directly on them but have not idea how they scored that1
Bravo is a restaurant that has consistency. That being: Everything is excellent. You can always count on the food, food servers, and atmosphere being far above other restaurants. Scott, our waiter, was outstanding. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time and really enjoy their food and its deliciousness. There were absolutely no problems or issues with anyone's food order or accommodating service during our lunch. The entire restaurant was very accomodating. Those things being said, I must add that improvement is needed when (one) employee accessed or interpreted my online reservations in real time, which left me stunned. I had updated the final number in attendance online for my lunch group three days prior to the lunch date and instantly received a confirmation email on that updated count. The morning of the lunch, I phoned Bravo to confirm that number of people in attendance in our lunch group. I was told by the person who answered the phone, "I have your group down for three more people than you just told me. Hold on, I have to find an IPad to change the number coming." So, I patiently waited on hold for no less than THREE minutes for that employee to return to my call WITH an IPAD so she could update the number in our lunch group, which I had already updated online and received a confirmation for. How hard would it have been for her to handwrite the number of people attending our lunch, along with my name, and resolve a conflict in number which was obviously at her end, that way rather than put me on hold? She could have also taken a second look to possibly realize she was reading the wrong information. This minor segment of one aspect of Bravo was in such high contrast to all the other seamless outstanding practices and procedures of this great restaurant. I do not think that the headcount inconsistency was due to any glitch with the online reservations system.
We had a spilled on the table before we order our food and no one helped us cleaned-up. Once we cleaned-up ourselves, we left a pile of over 5 napkins on top of the table and no one came to take those napkins away. Server seemed to have being more preoccupied with just taking orders rather than providing service even though the restaurant was not even half full.
Bravo is consistently excellent with food, service and surroundings. We will return!

I’ve been to this Bravo a ton and it’s actually my favorite restaurant so I am a bit biased. Not once have I had bad service or food. The place is beautiful and the ambiance is great. It’s clean, friendly and the service is fast. Not to mention the desserts, drinks and that delicious lobster bisque are magnificent! I’ve recommended them to quite a few people over the years and have never been told I was wrong to recommend them. Try it and see :)
