BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Indianapolis - Willowlake
The food was great and so was the service. Try the turkey meatballs!
Potion sizes and recipe has changed since our last visit but price of the entries remained the same. The chicken was dry and chewy.
Quality of food erratic and restaurant noisy. Not sure if we will return.
The food is good but I feel it's a bit pricey for the quality and portion size. We normally visit for special occasions only.
I took my wife for Mother’s Day lunch and we had a great meal and experience.
Had to wait even with a reservation
The menu was revised to include breakfast/brunch items, which is a welcome change back to as it was before. The service was a bit slow due to being Mother's Day, but we were seated immediately. Overall a good experience and we will come back again.
Extremely disappointed! This is the fourth year we have been to this location for Mother's Day. However, "corporate" decided no brunch on Saturday, the day before Mother's Day. Server was not at all helpful in recommending something for one person in our group who has a severe food allergy. Manager was somewhat better, but not much. We will not return to this location.
Was pleased with the visit, service was good, table of 6 and our waitress was very good. Food arrived much later than expected but was delicious. Was very disappointed with the amount of trash & litter in the area outside - was an amazing amount. This is a reflection on Bravo, sad to say!
We live very close but with the waitress we had, I would drive to the one that is further away. We did have a big group (13) however, the service in kitchen was slow (not her fault) but we waited over an hour for soup/salads with no apology. Waitress was very rude and had the tone of a server at a Dicks (that is not what I go to Bravo for). She brought me the wrong drink and then brough the correct one and kept asking which one did I want to keep (ok lady, I get it you are not going to leave the WRONG one that you brought and handed me but whatever, that was NO big deal to me..others in the group were appalled). I love Bravo food so will go again to a different one and/or make sure she is NOT the server.
Had reservations for four. That sat us at a 6 top, very awkward for conversation. Restaurant was loud and cold. Food and service were wonderful!
Not the best service this time. It was also VERY noisy.
The interior could really use a revamping. The ambiance is suffering because of the outdated decor. The service was just ok. Took a very long time to get drinks and food. We were pleasantly surprised by the food taste and quality, however.
Loved it! My 18 yr old was even impressed!!! Will visit again and recommend!!
Jack waited on us when we came in to celebrate my 60th birthday, he was outstanding, best service I've ever had ANYWHERE. Imagine how pleased I was when we had dinner here with some friends this past Saturday and Jack was our server again. He is JUST THE BEST!!!! Don't let him go!!!
We were there on a Saturday night with an unexpected snow storm. We were one of three tables with people and it took a long time to get our food which was interesting because several of us ordered the same menu item, so they only had to prepare three different items. The chicken marsala was dry and very salty. Some of the bread for the table was dried out. Overall, it was disappointing. Our waiter was very good - but we were his only table.
Family get together
It was a special occasion which I had let the restaurant know in advance but no mention of the occasion was made which was disappointing.
Excellent service and food.
You can always count on Bravo for consistently good food. Salmon is always wonderful and my husband went it for the pork chops but got the grass fed beef meatballs bolognese (for the second time) and loved it.
Great food and service! Went on a Tuesday night after our daughter's science fair and it was a perfect ending to our day. We will definitely be back.
Thank you for the two for one on entries for our meal. We went at lunch time on a cold day. Food was outstanding. Server could have brought the salad separately instead of along with the entries. But all in all good experience. Will return
Love Bravos. Great food! Great people and love love love the bread.
Wish they had more dairy free options
It has been years since we have gone to bravo, We were looking forward to the bread and dipping oil. The quality of bread has changed. Our server was terrible. We had to ask for everything. Service was extremely slow. They overcooked a steak. It was clear to our server the steak was overcooked. He took it back to re prepare. It took at least 15 minutes to get the meal back out. The order should have been escalated but instead was entered like an order. We had to ask for our bill as well as our to go box. Our server was interested in visiting with his coworker friends rather than taking care of his tables. Very disappointing experience.
Great food and atmosphere, as always, a consistent favorite
My Mediterranean salad was delicious and my husband's was what he likes which like the way the Italian makes it. Service was a bit slow in the beginning but our food server was wonderful.
Service was less than poor.
No spontaneous acknowledgement of special occasion
Waitress was abrupt, abrasive, inattentive, indifferent.
As a regular patron I was very disappointed that I brought my family that evening.
Our waiter was amazing. He kept checking on us, and always made sure we were fine. The environment is good overall. We were asked if everything was good by someone else other than our waiter. We were 30 minutes late to our reservation, but they were still able to find us a table within 10 minutes, which was great! The people who work there are very friendly and attentive. The food and wine were great.
Where to start?
Made a reservation and immediately got sat at a nice table. Waitress was nice and promptly got our drink order and appetizers in. We ordered our dinner and waited...and waited...and waited. It took over an hour for us to get our food. Once the food came out, it was cold and appeared that it had been sitting in the kitchen for quite sometime before waitress realized it was ready. After letting our waitress know, she took the food back and it seemed to be reheated in a microwave (it was back at the table in under 5 minutes and barely warm). We were comped a dessert as an apology and that was perfectly fine. Food was good but later caused upset stomachs in both of us. I wish it would have gone better, but it just didn’t. I don’t think we will be going back again.
Great, convenient, economical place for Valentine’s Day!
service a bit slow. had to ask twice for iced tea. took forever to get a drink for 1 party member. We are not terribly picky, but took a long time for food to come out. good news is the food was great.
Great for a girls night out. Enjoyed the Devour INDY Menu for a reasonabless price.
New ownership! We've been fans of Bravo for years, but lately, they've been 'off' a bit.
I see that they have new ownership, eager to satisfy, and the quality of the food is back up. Very pleased they're good once again.
I came for lunch with seven friends and had a lovely lunch. Wedding soup was wonderful!
Great place for Italian food.
Didn’t taste good at all, pricey, like a less tasty too expensive Olive Garden. No one was there so that was probably a sign that it wasn’t great. The menu was extremely limited so there wasn’t much to choose from either.
Slow server ... drinks took a long time.
Ordered lobster bisque and salad they didn’t come before the meal. Waitress asked if I wanted it to go. I still wanted it. The bowl came and it was mushroom.
I did get one to go.
