BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Indianapolis - Castleton
when you advertise on open table that lunch starts at 11 am, service, ie tea and hot bread should be available at that time, not 10 minutes after the opening. Just a suggestion.
Server was very attentive. Excellent food
The food was very good. We had reservations, tables were empty and we still waited almost 30 minutes to be seated. I think they needed more help.
Busy night on Mother’s Day. Too a little while to seat despite reservation. Server was very good. Food was delicious
We reserved a table for a Mother’s Day lunch. It was crowded due to the occasion but, the crowd began to thin out around 2:00. Out reservation was for 1:00. The server took our beverage order, brought waters and bread. We ordered wine and salads. Our food arrived before our wine and salads which was awkward getting everything at once. We requested additional bread, that never happened. We ordered desert, coffee and cappuccino. The coffee arrived cold and I was brought a coffee to hold me over until the cappuccino arrived which was almost 10 minutes. I then asked for sugar, I was brought Splenda and other sugar substitutes. I asked if I could have “sugar” this took another 5 minutes. The server returns with a small container with sugar. Besides the poor service, the food is horrible for the price. We will never return.
The service was okay.m which is understandable since it was a very busy Mother’s Day. The bar was out of many items. The food however was good.
Delicious food however we went during graduation/prom/mothers day season so it was very crowded and there is no where to sit and wait for your table. Plan ahead!
Service was amazing... food was delicious. Great atmosphere as well.
Food was great as always. Out waitress was new and poorly trained. Had no clue how to open a bottle of wine. Went with another couple and she got our bills messed up. Took forever to get things straightened out.
Love Bravo! Even though my salad was the last one served....... ;/
Food was great, and our server was very friendly!
With a reservation we still had to wait. I was under the impression that we would have a table at the time we reserved it for.
The service was ok, i was offered cheese for my dish and the gentleman never returned and we had to ask for refills on our water .
The food was good especially the appetizers.
My family often gets together at Bravo because it is convenient, they take reservations, and the food is good. We were a little disappointed in the service this time, but it was "prom" night and our poor waiter just simply had too much to do to accommodate everyone. Seems like Bravo should have someone roaming around to make sure everyone has what they need? Will definitely be back.
Consistently good food - not overpriced, and wonderful service.
Thank you for a wonderful evening... Our server Tom did a great job handling the 10 of us. Please let him know this... The Hedback Family...
Food was outstanding and or waiter was the best. Everything came out just at the right pace even though we were a party of 10. Very efficient.
Had the bartender for our waiter. He didn’t share specials of the day, but was attentive as he could be based on the fact that he seemed to be assigned a few tables in the dining area as well.
NOT LIKE IT USE TO BE.
Ordered lasagna- it was AWFUL!
It looked more like a casserole , very little flavor, a big fat zero on presentation
Food was very bland. Noone in restaurant but server apparently struggled to attend to us. I will wait out the line at Olive Garden
My only issue with this visit is the high cost of liquor. Just for “bottom “ shelf scotch (and not much of it) it was $7.50. Food and service however were excellent.
We are prior customers of Bravo and returned to see what new items were on the menu. The appetizer Shrmip Napoli is a tasty dish I would recommend. Our entree's were standard fare. I had Lobster Ravioli which seemed more like Shrimp Ravioli. Maybe the chef got my order confused?? My wife had spaghetti with meat balls. Unfortunately the meal had no special taste that would have me return to Bravo for another try, other than the appetizer.
We had never been there before and we love Italian food. We got right in, the place is so beautiful and quiet. Our waiter was awesome, very attentive. The food was amazing, both our plates were clean and even had dessert. We will definitely be back soon.
Absolute worst service I've ever had. Restaurant was crowded or super busy when we got there. It took the server 20 minutes to get just glasses of water to the table. The order was wrong when we got food, but we didn't bother to comment because we didn't want to have to wait any longer than we did to finally eat.
Overall the meals were ok, despite being incorrect. Ambiance was nice, and the restaurant as a whole is great. But if we ever go again, we'll be on the look out for the server we had and avoid her like the plague
We had a delightful evening with family. Our food was delicious and everything was served in a timely manner. Always a treat to eat at Bravo. The kids especially enjoy getting the pizza dough to play with at dinner.
Had to wait 15 min after our reservation time after showing up perfectly on time to get a table.
Great service & creative new menu with tasty shrimp Napoli, spicy & savory, great bartender mixologist & bread with signature dipping sauce, lots of specials if sign up for emails.
I have enjoyed going to Bravos for many years. We all truly enjoy our meals and will always come back. 3 of us had the awesome lasagna and the 4th had the steak and mashed potatoes. Again all four dinners were awesome and we have never had a bad meal at Bravos. Next time I will get the awesome Pork Chops I haven't had those for years and looking forward to them. I fully recommend Bravos!
My spaghetti bolongnese was outstanding. Daughter’s pasta Yandolino just ok. Good experience.
It was great. We took our 2 yr old in there this time and it wasn't too crowded and we were able to let him just explore the area and none of the servers appeared to mind.
Went on a BOGO Sunday night. Restaurant pleasantly full. Server took a while to greet us - was busy on computer. 'Fresh' foccacia bread was crisp and dry rather than soft and moist. Love their dipping oil! My wife had a specialty spaghetti which was tasty but small in portion size. I had their signature lasagna which seems heavier on the cheese and lighter on the beef than it used to be. Each of us had a glass of wine where their placido chianti was quite good. The server finally ran my club card at my seeming insistence. Including tip, $45 for a meal which I consider a moderate price for two. I will be back!
Always good food and service. Nice atmosphere and reasonable price compared to today's prices.
We were placed at a table right next to the serving station and couldn't hold any conversation over the noise. When asked to move our waitress walked away without a response. At which point we left and went to another restaurant. Overall it was a poor experience.
Good food. Good atmosphere. Clean and staff friendly
I was not impressed with the service or food. I was expecting much more from this establishment.
Great food and atmosphere. Disappointed in the fact of having a 7:30 reservation, arriving at 7:10, and still not seated until after 8!
Restaurant was packed and noise level high making it difficult to carry on conversation. Food was delicious.
Bravo just make you feel good. The best comfort food around.
The food was good, service was very poor. Wait staff never came to the table. We received our appetizer and completely finished it before we got our first Bread Basket or drink refills. We had to stop another waiter waiting on another table and to assist us with drink refills and bread.
The NY Strip was amazing. And the chops were even more amazing. My kids loved all of the pasta dishes.
