BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Greensboro - Friendly Center
Outstanding as always. New menu since a couple of months ago with new wine selections, but same great meal!
Miguel, our server, made our birthday celebration special. He was very attentive/not hovering and very engaging. Also seemed that he was very friendly with other wait staff...enjoyed watching them interact, and the smiles as they left each other. Same happened with our table: left us in smiles and very happy to have had him serve us. He is commended.
Ambiance was wonderful. Nick was our waiter and he did an outstanding job!! Definitely will be back & will ask for him!
A bit rushed—main courses came out while (small) table was still full of appetizer dishes. Drinks were well prepared and wine was a good value. Food was standard Italian chain quality.
Good experience. The server was pleasant despite us not being ready to order when she came by. The reception was especially friendly and welcoming!
Three of us had a nice, relaxing dinner
A friend and I met for dinner. The food was good.
The last two times we had RHONDA as our server. We love her!
Visits are always enjoyable. This visit however my wife's lobster ravioli was delivered cool and the ravioli noodles were tough. The meal was redone but I had mostly finished my meal before hers arrived. Waiter was ok. Normally spot on, a little off this time.
Mother's birthday, was nice and welcoming. Enjoyed the dinner, food was well prepared. Waiter was nice and friendly
Swell place for a nice Italian supper. Dined on some fine pasta whilst washing it down with a peasant Chianti.
The food was very good and we enjoyed our time there.. Nice experience.
Amazing staff, manager made our anniversary special, and the food is always delicious!!!
Service was not great.
The only concern ...we had looked at the menu beforehand & knew what we wanted to order but when we got there it wasn't on the menu other than that it was great!
My suggestion is to keep the Turkey and Chicken sandwiches on the menu they're delicious!!
The only thing I like was the reservations via Open Table. It took a while to get our drinks (2 waters and a child's milk). When our food came (arrival time was good), our son had a HAIR in his food. The server that was distributing the food apologized and took it back because the food hadn't even hit the table yet. Our 10 year old had to wait for what seemed like forever, which as parents we tried to wait to eat bc it didn't seem right eating when he had no food. Our waitress came back to apologize and said the food would be on the way. The food arrived, we all ate, and it was really good. However, we had to ask for refills after being empty for a while. In addition, a manager did not stop by and I'm just noticing that the kids meal was not discounted (we assumed it would be being that the food didn't hit the table so the hair clearly was in the food prior to its arrival). I wanted to enjoy a small celebration dinner for my new position, but I ended up just taking the food to go. I have never had a bad experience here, so I was really bummed at this point. I'm not sure that we'll return to this location.
I went for a business meeting and it was a great place to do just that. We were able to have great conversation, the food was wonderful, and service was great. I'm sure we will return for a future business meeting.
Maricia & her trainee, Ashton were absolutely phenomenal. Anytime they were within distance of our table they were willing to stop and make sure we were okay. The manager also came by our table to say hello and to ask if everything was okay. The young lady at the front as the hostess was wonderful and had such a vibrant and welcoming spirit. I love this restaurant and will be coming back!!
We eat there regularly, probably once a month or so.
Food was very slow coming out
Great place to take family and friends. Good food and service.
I ordered the pork chop. It was really good. They over seasoned the green beans. Too salty and I have high blood pressure. I had to force myself to eat them.
Our waitress did a good job. Could have been a little bit more cheery.
Overall, I will come back and recommend to others.
The front didn’t see my reservation and I had to reach out about my “no-show”. Opentable is a super easy platform. Host just have to pay attention.
Glad the menu has changed to include the chicken spinach flatbread and chopped salad .
Our hostess barely spoke to us and seemed more interested in talking to her friends, but our waitress was amazing!!! 5 stars!
We’ve eaten at this Bravo location several times and we’ve never been disappointed. On this particular visit our waitress Alisa was excellent- she was very cordial, professional, patient, checked in just the right amount of times and did not have to be reminded about anything. Our food came out super fast, was fresh and tasty. Bravo is always a staple!
We had a great dining experience and the kids had fun making their own pizza. It’s a family favorite.
Great food and great atmosphere. However, this was my one-off experience at BROVO my meal started excellent waiter was very attentive then once he was sat again and once and again it was like we didn't exist anymore. Food was not to my typical taste I'm not sure if its because I had reservations early, but it was just not the same. I will still return I'm just hoping for a better experience next time around.
Bravo is favorite restaurant and it never disappoints! Love their food, atmosphere, and drinks. Always have a great experience there!
My only complaint is that they changed their house Merlot. It used to be Parducci. This new one is ordinary to unpleasant. I love their organic beef/pork meatballs. You can taste the difference. I want to try the vegetarian version. I don’t do turkey or chicken in my meatballs. They give you a reasonable amount of pasta, but not excessive. I have a good appetite, and sharing a Caesar Salad was almost a push to finish my meal. Likewise, the bread isn’t worth the carb. I have to make a note of that.
Great dinner with my date and a friend!!Fantastic food and drinks!
Great food! Excellent service! One of our favorite places to celebrate!
Excellent food, especially the Pasto Bravo customized with a spicy cream sauce. Our server was wonderful and did an amazing job fulfilling a special request.
Never disappointed. The service was great. Seasonal dessert was scrumptious.
The ambiance, the food, and the service is consistently excellent! I look forward to treating my friends and family to a meal at Bravo! Cucina as often as possible. Great place for celebrations and occasions or just a nice lunch or dinner anytime.
The food and always fabulous along with the exceptional service from staff. The Calamari was especially good today. Not sure what happened, keep it up!!!
We love Bravo!!
Always an excellent meal and service!
We had a lovely evening. With our son from North Dakota and Greensboro friends who not eaten at your restaurant in several years. Our son had Lobster Ravioli, my husband had spaghetti and meatballs and the rest of us had the delicious grilled salmon salad. We were very pleased with the quality of food. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. Yup...can’t wait to come back.
Because we are Italian, friends give us gift certificates to BRAVO, thinking we would like it. We have only been there twice and have been extremely disappointed in the food. The ambience is wonderful, but the food has a long way to go to be quality Italian. The dipping bread was AWFUL, nothing more than gummy rolls and the calamari was nothing more than frozen strips taken out of a bag and undercooked. The waitress was very inexperienced and confused. She didn't even have the dessert menu on her person and couldn't remember all six desserts. Perhaps it is fine for American diners who don't know real Italian food, but nowhere near acceptable for those who know how this type of cuisine should taste.
Always a pleasure to visit!
