Need to book at 8:00 PM?Other great restaurants with availability.
We had a delicious meal
Our waitress was friendly but not very attentive. We were not offered a chance to order dessert and we had to make requests for other items more than once. She spent a lot of time conversing with the couple at the table behind us but would slip away before we could get her attention.
Love their house salad and always get plenty to eat.
Felt a bit rushed. Received our food a few minutes after our salad. Waiter was very apologetic though.
Great food prepared Exactly the way we wanted. Fast on time seating even on a very busy Friday evening. A bit noisy but we've experienced way worse we'll be back again.
Very tasty and the service could not have been better!
The restaurant was very busy and we still got the level of service we have come to expect. A very kind waiter who did a great job taking care of us. Thank you! Food was absolutely delicious
Someone already wants to bring me back to visit.. it was my first visit and I was highly impressed... Have and will recommend
Had a great time and great service!! I will be going back again soon!!
Our meal Thursday night was very good. It wasn’t terribly crowded and our waiter was excellent. He offered good food selections and was very attentive and pleasant. We will definitely return!
Bravo serves up a better than average Italian fair, especially for a chain restaurant. I feel like they charge as it were "fine dining" but the ambiance isn't much past a regular ole restaurant. I guess you have to add a couple dollars per entree so they can afford to create the faux old world architecture. That said, I've never left that place hungry, and most of the time leftovers to boot.
Our food was excellent, served in a timely manner by a great server. Highly recommend!
We loved everything about Bravo. Food was excellent, service was friendly and fast. Out of 4 people, three took home food because the servings were so large. We are all looking forward to returning and trying more dishes.
Celebrating 42nd anniversary with my wife. Great place to dine if you like Italian. I will definitely be back. Bravo.
We had a wonderful time eating an early dinner at Bravo on NYE. Our waitress was kind and attentive and rolled with our sometimes-difficult two-year-old. The food was great as always as well.
New Years Eve. Lobster fettuccine and eggplant parm. Were very good. Great waiter
We dined at lunch, but lunch menu not available- why? Per the website, lunch is served and had its own menu. Strange!
Excellent food and overall dining experience!
Service great, food was reliably good. Very accommodating as I always split an entree with sister as I am quite tiny.
Overall, great dinner.
Not as good an experience as I have had in the past. First a manager was yelling orders back to the kitchen. It made it difficult to have a conversation with the person sitting with me. Second one of us ordered Shrimp diavolo with angel hair. We were told they did not carry angel hair but could give us thin spaghetti. That was fine except the dish did not come with the pasta requested. Second my dish came with practically no sauce. I asked the waitress for additional sauce. This did not come for 15 min at which time my dish was cold, dry pasta. The house salad was not up to par either. It came as if it had been made in the morning and left in the refrigerator all day. Not a quality taste.Tomatoes were off and dressing tasted bland. No salad should sit in a refrigerator all day. It loses its flavor and seems old. I believe this is not the quality Bravo would like to leave with their customers. We drove 25 min to eat here based on previous service and quality of food and Bravo let us down.
Great place for a family meal. Everyone had a clean plate at the end.
The service was subpar. The waiter was not attentive and somewhat argumentative when asked questions. The Lobster bisque had shrimp in it rather than lobster. When I asked the waiter told me it was a garnishing but it was not on top but rather in the bisque. The ambience was nice. I’ve experienced better at Bravos before.
I have had some really great meals at Bravo in the past....this wasn’t one of them. Hostess was confused about our Opentable reservation, restaurant was very cold, service was slow - waitress had too many tables. Food was just ok. Slow on refills, etc. just an off night I hope. Will go again
The service for our table of nine was wonderful. Each meal delicious, hot and served well.
We would highly recommend.
Food was outstanding as always but service was lacking. Usually is very on point. But getting our drinks from the bar was very slow. Asked for more bread and oil and was never brought out to us with our meal. My son got his salad right before food came out and he has waited some time for it. Just seems slow overall. And the restaurant wasn’t slammed. Took forever to get our check. But it is Christmas Eve so we tried to overlook those things. Just not our usual service. Hopeful for better next time! Food was so delicious!
Great food, service and atmosphere. Celebrating Christmas Eve with family.
My family and I had our Christmas Eve dinner with Bravo this year and the service and food was excellent. Our waitress told us that she was new to waitressing but she did really well to make sure that we had everything that we needed.
Nice. Staff, food enjoyable.
Really solid Italian dishes with some good finds on menu like spaghetti with pepper. Table of 8 and everyone liked their dishes. Correct portions and comfortable seating. Service was not rude or slow just not polished but overall good experience.
Great food and service
We had a business type christmas dinner with 10 of us and I might have preferred a round table as I could not hear anything from the other end. We did all, however, enjoy the time together and the food was great. The service was really good as he kept up the pace and no complaints ever.
The pasta was dry, not enough sauce. It took to long to get our order.
The table they took us to , had not been cleaned. However, our waiter was very gracious and took very good care of us.
Made reservation at 7:15, but didn’t get seated until almost half hour later. Food is good.
We went here for my birthday. The service was slow, I had to return my steak as it was cooked well done instead of medium as I requested. When they brought back out my steak, it was good but everyone else at the table had finished their meals. I forgot to mention my silverware was filthy and had to return for clean ones. Overall, it as a decent dinner but I was disappointed with the service and quality of food.
Birthday surprise!! Server was great!!!!
Used to be great. Lasagna has changed completely, cheese melted over mush. My granddaughter had a chicken dish, chicken was overcooked and tough. Will not be going back
We arrived a few minutes early and were seated around the reserved time in a private dining room. So blah. After a few minutes we were the only ones in there. There was a large banquet table with scattered dirty dishes for the majority of the time we were there. Bravo has a really gorgeous dining area and yet I have a view of the parking lot, a large black curtain, and dirty dishes.
Our waitress, Diamond, was super friendly and attentive. She was definitely the bright spot of the evening!!
We got the calamari for an appetizer which is pretty standard for every restaurant we visit. I have to say this was possibly the worst ever. Very bland and not a fan of the sauce that came with it either.
My wife got the Chicken Alfredo which she thoroughly enjoyed. Very delicious and a good sized serving. I got the Spaghetti Bolognese. It wasn’t good. It was really dry as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp way too long. It was like dried meat crumbles and noodles and zero tomato sauce. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be. I’ve just never had it prepared that way.
We did have another glass of wine after dinner. The hostess came back there three times to check and see if we had left yet which was also annoying.
Overall it was not a good experience. I’ll take responsibility for accepting the table location. I have been before and this experience was outside the normal.
I was disappointed that our waiter Diamond didn’t refill our drinks and we had to ask for refills. The food was okay. One of my friends accidentally left her change. When she called the next day, the manager was suppose to call her back and they never did. I was expecting better service and experience.
The food as always was excellent and my server was wonderful. Always a pleasure to dine there.
The food was delicious but wish the entree salads were a little bigger for the price paid. So happy that the menu has changed and more of my favorites are offered!
