BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Greensboro - Friendly Center
Kids has received their food however they finished and we were still waiting for our main course to arrive after 30-45 mins. We ended up canceling the main course and left I didn’t want the kids to sit and wait longer after they finished their food and we still didn’t get ours.
Great experience. Chicken Alfredo and Shrimp Pasta Fra Diavolo was amazing. We got reservations and were sat down immediately. Appetizer and entree’s came out fresh and quick. Server did a decent job as well. Definitely will be back!
Ambiance was good and so was dessert. But the appetizers and entrée were not what I expected for that price. It is a situation of everything was just OK.
I had a reservation for 5 people to celebrate a birthday. When we was taken to our table it was a table set for four and we had to ask for the fifth chair. Once the waiter came over we had to ask for a bread plate for the fifth chair and again with the meal we had to ask for the fifth set of silverware. The birthday was never mentioned , we ordered ate and left with a poor taste for our waiter. Very poor service but the food tasted great. Just very aggravating considering we had made specific plans for five.
Probably won’t go back anytime soon due to the poor service.. We also ordered an appetizer which was not brought until after the food arrived and we had to ask about it. The manger did write that off the bill which was nice of him to do.
The food was amazing and our server, Rob, was beyond excellent!
Thank you Bravo for the good service
We enjoyed it
Very small portions for the price, waiter was very stuck up and unfriendly, 3 other couples came in after we did with the same 7:30pm reservation and we where seated last! I feel like my appearance had a lot to do with the bad experience.
Crowded, but that's expected on Valentine's day. Otherwise a great date night with plenty of other destinations nearby in friendly center.
Nice to have reservations. Efficient and friendly wait staff. Enjoyed the Caesar salad but I was not impressed with the extra cost. Fettuccine tasty. Best ingredient was the tomato. Wished for a different dessert choice, something more bite size. Overall enjoyable for Valentines.
Great, consistent Italian food. My only complaint is that they are too pricey but they always seem busy so I guess prices are working for them. I just wish side salads were included and not $5 extra to already pricey dishes. Would be on point if dishes were $1 or $2 more and included a salad.
Got seated when we arrived, Carly took great care of us as she could, perhaps too many tables per server.
Great experience, good menu selections, enjoyed the service and meal and appetizer.
Birthday dinner for daughter, great service and food
I went for my birthday, my server was wonderful as well as the hostess. The food was pretty good too.
I know that Bravos is a chain restaurant so that should tamper my expectations, but it is a nicer chain and a place we used to go frequently for birthdays and special occasions. This trip felt more like we were at Applebees. Our server was nice and friendly but did not seem to have had any training on how to wait tables at a nice restaurant. 4 of our party of 6 had salads, and when the food arrived 3 people had finished our salads. We handed her our salad plates and thought she would had food to the people who were done and give my husband time to finish his salad so she could serve his entree. Instead, she picked up his meal and stood there looking at him until he picked up his salad and she placed his entree on the table. So he held his salad plate in the air while he finished eating and she served the rest of the table. We were stunned. She refilled sodas but did not refill water. My husband and I ordered drinks from the bar. She returned eventually with my husband's beer and said she would be back with my drink. It had taken so long and we were nearly done with our meal so I no longer wanted it. She prebussed some of the plates but took only one glass all night. When we left there were 11 glasses on the table , two of which were bone dry water glasses. We waited for what seemed like eternity for our check, when we got the check, the drink I had cancelled because it had take so long was still on it so we had to wait again to have it taken off.
Chicken Parmigiana was terrible. Over cooked. Pasta Marina not good either
All was tasty and huge pork chop. My mom and I shared the entree and still had enough to bring home for another day. I love their pork chop and lasagne. Both are better than other places I've eaten.
Slow service, server just took salad plate without asking if we were finished and salads are not included in the meal. Average meal, high cost.
Great food and great service!
Tried the filet and it was very good! Would pick it again!
I took my daughter for her 22nd birthday. We haven’t been to Bravos in years. I live more than a hour away, so it was a treat to have dinner here. The staff is awesome and the food is amazing!
Birthday dinner great service
I have come here often. Both for special events and casual (you can get a big play of pasta for like 12$ so you do not need to worry about saving up for special days only).
I have never been disappointed or left hungry (good portions).
I will always recommend.
Nice time at Bravo. The calamari was superb. The Margherita pizza was bland. No pop from the tomatoes or basil. And the lobster ravioli was superb. Definitely the best dish we had all night. Also, the Tiramisu was outstanding as well. We sat at the bar and had a great time. We will be back.
Great food, fast service, good atmosphere
We had a delicious meal
Our waitress was friendly but not very attentive. We were not offered a chance to order dessert and we had to make requests for other items more than once. She spent a lot of time conversing with the couple at the table behind us but would slip away before we could get her attention.
Love their house salad and always get plenty to eat.
Felt a bit rushed. Received our food a few minutes after our salad. Waiter was very apologetic though.
Great food prepared Exactly the way we wanted. Fast on time seating even on a very busy Friday evening. A bit noisy but we've experienced way worse we'll be back again.
Very tasty and the service could not have been better!
The restaurant was very busy and we still got the level of service we have come to expect. A very kind waiter who did a great job taking care of us. Thank you! Food was absolutely delicious
Someone already wants to bring me back to visit.. it was my first visit and I was highly impressed... Have and will recommend
Had a great time and great service!! I will be going back again soon!!
Our meal Thursday night was very good. It wasn’t terribly crowded and our waiter was excellent. He offered good food selections and was very attentive and pleasant. We will definitely return!
Bravo serves up a better than average Italian fair, especially for a chain restaurant. I feel like they charge as it were "fine dining" but the ambiance isn't much past a regular ole restaurant. I guess you have to add a couple dollars per entree so they can afford to create the faux old world architecture. That said, I've never left that place hungry, and most of the time leftovers to boot.
Our food was excellent, served in a timely manner by a great server. Highly recommend!
We loved everything about Bravo. Food was excellent, service was friendly and fast. Out of 4 people, three took home food because the servings were so large. We are all looking forward to returning and trying more dishes.
Celebrating 42nd anniversary with my wife. Great place to dine if you like Italian. I will definitely be back. Bravo.
We had a wonderful time eating an early dinner at Bravo on NYE. Our waitress was kind and attentive and rolled with our sometimes-difficult two-year-old. The food was great as always as well.
