BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Greensboro - Friendly Center
The food and always fabulous along with the exceptional service from staff. The Calamari was especially good today. Not sure what happened, keep it up!!!
We love Bravo!!
Always an excellent meal and service!
We had a lovely evening. With our son from North Dakota and Greensboro friends who not eaten at your restaurant in several years. Our son had Lobster Ravioli, my husband had spaghetti and meatballs and the rest of us had the delicious grilled salmon salad. We were very pleased with the quality of food. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. Yup...can’t wait to come back.
Because we are Italian, friends give us gift certificates to BRAVO, thinking we would like it. We have only been there twice and have been extremely disappointed in the food. The ambience is wonderful, but the food has a long way to go to be quality Italian. The dipping bread was AWFUL, nothing more than gummy rolls and the calamari was nothing more than frozen strips taken out of a bag and undercooked. The waitress was very inexperienced and confused. She didn't even have the dessert menu on her person and couldn't remember all six desserts. Perhaps it is fine for American diners who don't know real Italian food, but nowhere near acceptable for those who know how this type of cuisine should taste.
Always a pleasure to visit!
All dishes served were well prepared and delicious. However, you would thing the servers would have some basic understanding of how to serve a bottle of wine - not the case for us.
Love Bravo. Visit frequently and the service, especially was outstanding!
It was great. However, our server forgot to bring us bread, refill our water or take dishes off the table. Normally I’d look over it but there weren’t that many folks in the restaurant so I’m not sure about the delay.
I am so impressed and excited! All of the pasta can be substituted for gluten free. They will also create any dish you ask. And they certainly know how to cook food well. It was so delicious. We agree to come back more often for a delicious pasta fix. Our waiter did an outstanding job, too. Thank you!
Went for my boyfriend's birthday. The waiter was a little dry and didn't attempt to connect. He did bring out dessert for my boyfriend's birthday--that was sweet.
We celebrated our anniversary with our grandchildren
Birthday dinner for my wife
Very friendly staff and loved the atmosphere. Waiter was awesome and food was absolutely delicious!!
Great Food! Friendly staff!!
Salad was weepy/soggy. Menu changed a while back and I think they made other changes at that time...not saying the menu is necessarily bad but that seems to be when something shifted. This was for a business lunch meeting...just ok. We used to come to Bravo often for their great Happy Hour...unfortunately they drastically changed that so it is not even on our radar for that anymore. Really not on our radar at all. Too many other GREAT restaurants in Greensboro to go to Bravo.
We could definitely tell the lasagna isn’t homemade anymore. What a shame when quality is lowered I would rather pay more to keep the great quality they used to have
While I love Bravo for lunch and dinner, I was disappointed in the brunch options. There are really only 3 items on the brunch menu, and they are not particularly interesting. I would not recommend for brunch.
Great food and service
Great place!! Love the food and the service was Great!!
We had dinner at Bravos Saturday evening. The food was average. Ryan was a very good waiter. He made the evening.
We had reservations at 6.30pm and went right in with no wait. After we were seated the waitress was prompt as we ordered drinks. It to 25 min. to get them. We finally ordered and it took 30 minutes for the food. I ordered another drink and never got it until we were leaving. It seemed as though all were new staff. The experience is the worst I've had there. It caused us to be late for an Appointment 8pm. May not go back for awhile.
We love dining here. Would have given 5 stars but the service was slow this visit.
We love coming here for a girls night out! Good food great service.
Waiter was new I believe . He made mistakes in our orders. It seemed like he wasn’t listening.. I had to tell him 4x that I wanted the salmon. My husband’s and my cousin’s orders were wrong and had to be redone. This was uncomfortable as my cousin and her husband were visiting from out of state and we treated them at Bravo because we knew everything would be great ... and it wasn’t. The manager did make sure the food was redone correctly and gave us some concession on the bill. But, it was uncomfortable when everyone didn’t eat at the same time.
Celebrating a birthday with friends. Food excellent, service outstanding, our server very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful experience, as always, at Bravos. Will be back!
Bravo! is one of my top picks for places to take guests and clients. The food is reliably delicious. Most of the time, the service is above average.
This place was excellent in every which way. Food .. service ... restroom lol. This place was so good. First time there and we will def be back.
I usually come for my birthday or group celebrations. The gang, overall, enjoyed the meal kept the bread & water up. I love the chicken scalipini(spell?). This time is was rather dry, less lemon/buttery on the pasta. I asked for plain olive oil for my bread 3 times & never got it. Others ordered shrimp, lasagna, salads & were happy.. I will continue to celebrate here. Thanks
From food to service, everything was amazing. (Now that they brought back some of the menu favorites that is!)There were a couple of things that we personally missed: 1)the paper “tablecloths”. I know it seems silly, but that occupied the kids while we dined. 2) My son loves to order the kid’s pizza from there because every single time he has gotten the opportunity to go back & make his own pizza, however, for whatever reason that did not happen our last visit & kind of took the fun out of the visit for my son. Otherwise a very wonderful restaurant with wonderful food & service! 👍👍👍👍👍
We sat at our table for 24 minutes before I finally got the manager and told him we would like someone to at least bring us a glass of water! The menu has changed......meatballs were not good. appetizer shrimp was smaller, over cooked and chewy. I also noticed that there were very few people in the restaurant at a time when it is normally very busy.
this was our first time eating at Bravo. we were impressed with everything. we will definitely be back!
It was great
I was first introduced to Bravo Cucina in the early 90's in Columbus, Ohio. Its amazing how the team has kept up the incredible service, ambiance and cuisine over many years. It is a real tribute to their staff. Wish we had Bravo Cucina in Wilmington, NC.
Bravo has always been one of our favorite restaurants. When we went this past Saturday we made our reservation online but when we got there they did not have any record of it.
Food portions were much smaller for all of our entrees. The insalata salad that I had was not as good as it used to be.
Very disappointed that they have switched over to grass fed beef.
Haven't been disappointed yet. Always consistent and service always great.
Great food, intimate setting, our server was the best!
We had a business lunch with 13 people. Food and service was wonderful.
As someone who has had some great times at this restaurant this is the second bad experience in a row so I will not be returning.
Not only did our server not return with refills until we received our cold food, we were never offered bread while we waited. It was not busy in the sense of clients but there seemed to be plenty for our server and another server to be discussing instead of being attentive to their patrons.
She did not return to ask us about our food, we had to flag her down to even get our check so we could leave this disappointing dinner.
Not sure if management changes have occurred in past 6 months but things certainly are not at same standards that they once were.
First time at Bravo. Open Table worked perfectly for making the reservation. Enjoyed it!
We have been many times to this location with large groups and this is the first time we were not happy. The restaurant was not busy at all so we thought we would have quicker, more efficient service. We did not. The waitress was fine but seemed overwhelmed. We constantly had to ask for more drinks and there was never but a few pieces of ice in them. Food was ok but it seems the menu has changed and there was not very much of a selection anymore. We ordered coffee with our dessert and would have liked to have had an additional cup for the price but she never came back to the table after leaving our checks. Luckily, we had the right change and could leave. It was a birthday celebration that fell flat. We were very disappointed and will not return to this location.
