One of my most favorite restaurants here in Fredericksburg. So sad to see them leave.
The day we dined was the last day they were open. They closed their doors that evening. Luckily we heard about the closing and were able to spend our $150.00 gift cards.
Too bad they are closing their doors at this location. We always enjoyed the food, ambiance and service.
I'm going to miss this place! It has been a family favorite for years.
Was an excellent restaurant with great food and great service. Corporate cancelled Brunch and changed the menu and despite some backtracking, they never recovered and closed.
We had the bartenders taking care of us, it was really nice that they wished my husband a happy birthday.
Their black cherry mule is awesome, the grilled pork chop is so tender!!
We were quickly sat nearly 15 minutes before before our reservation. After that, no server came to our table for nearly 20 minutes. The server at the next table kindly stopped and mentioned that our server was busy, but should be by soon. She offered a complimentary app and retrieved some drinks for us. The app arrived quickly. Ultimately, this server (megan) became our server and was very attentive. We left nearly 100 min after arriving. Though we didn't have other plans, this was far too long to eat dinner. Thanks to megan for noticing us!
Don’t order lobster bisque expecting lobster. Soup had shrimp instead. Talked to manager and he confirmed the lobster bisque was made with lobster broth but made with shrimp instead. Ordered glass of wine asking for specific brand. Was charged for higher priced brand. Food was warm. Our visit was New Year’s Eve at 5pm when only five tables were occupied. Not busy. Shrimp Napoli still is exceptional.
Waited 10 mins to be seated. No greeting just shown a table. Server take 12 mins to come to table. There was about 4 other tables and maybe 6 parties at the bar area which gives no reason for poor service.
Will have no reason to go back and will not recommend.
Moderately priced, friendly, excellent food. Waiter could have been a bit more experienced in opening a bottle of wine but I presume he'll learn. Perhaps a better opener would have helped.
Reliably exceptional dining experiences over multiple years of getting together for birthdays, casual dining, and special moments. From the food prep team to the servers, Bravo’s is a culinary asset to the Fredericksburg dining scene. Not to be overlooked, Kathy is an exceptional hostess, making everyone feel welcome and part of the Bravo family.
Lobster bisque was great! Everyone enjoyed their menu choice. I enjoyed the Pasta Woozie. Next time I want to try the mozzarella tomato side salad.
Great food, we have a child with allergies and the staff took precaution to prepare his food safely. The waiter was engaging and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Not cheap but good value for money.
Great service by Kara. Food was good. Excellent experience.
Sunday may not seem like the best time to visit Bravo Cucina Italiana restaurant in the Spotsylvania Towne Centre but at the time we knew it would be better than most places to dine in Fredericksburg, VA. All previous visits to this Bravo have started with being greeted, at the door, by a hostess. We had to wait 3 minutes for our hostess to get back from her break. Not terrible but not normal for this Bravo. We requested the newest server, since we are rather patient and understanding of little problems. Why not give the rookie someone to spill the soup on. Although our server was very delayed on her arrival, she more than made up for it in friendliness and efficiency. She did an excellent job of taking care of our table. The most important part of any visit to a restaurant should never be the server, the ambiance, the hostess or even the price; it should be the food. In this area, Sunday night was a great time to visit the Bravo in Fredericksburg, VA. First was the Crispy Shrimp Napoli. Tender shrimp with just a little more sauce than normal. The best we've had in quite a while. Although the Lobster Bisque can sometimes be a bit salty; not this time. It was hot and perfect. I had the Spaghetti Pomodoro which is a very simple sounding meal that most restaurants can't seem to get right. Well, bravo to Bravo's Sunday chef. It was that good. My wife had the Pasta Woozie. That is a Chicken & Spinach Alfredo over fettuccine dish. As much as I loved my Pomodoro sauce, the Pasta Woozie was awesome. My Brother-in law had the Eggplant Parmigiana. This is not normally my go to dish but the amount of mozzarella cheese, crispy eggplant and Pomodoro sauce almost made me want to trade. So it sounds like a perfect meal and it was. What started slow at the beginning turned into one amazing night dining at Bravo.
Excellent as always.
Food and service were great! No complaints
1st time here. Impressed. Hard to get water refills tho. Daughter asked twice but no water came.
One of our favorite restaurants stopping on 95. Also, make sure that you share an order of their cheesecake!
This was our first trip, and we were very impressed. The menu options and ambiance were great, food was excellent, and the service was very good (server was spread very thin, but exhibited "grace under pressure"). Table was quiet, per our request, as we were hosting my aunt, who wears a hearing aide (and lives in Fredericksburg. Wish there was one near me in the Baltimore / Washington / Annapolis triangle . Would go there again in a heartbeat.
We need more places like this in Stafford (Fredericksburg)
Service was poor. Guest became ill after eating chicken parm. When she got home.
Our table was ready upon arrival. The waitress was very attentive. Food was fabulous!
Great decor and very friendly staff...Food was outstanding.
I made a reservation for 8 people (family visit). waiting too long for our drink, cocktail, wine, and foods. overall visit was OK. I'm not sure the restaurant has enough staff working in the kitchen?
Excellent at Italian food and good service
Excellent food in a great location. The shrimp scampi is delicious. They also offer gluten-free options.
Always enjoy Bravo, atmosphere and food. Met a new acquaintance there and it was her first time. She enjoyed everything.
Great food, Dona is an attentive server. Enjoyed the meal.
It was good. The pasta lacked flavor and seasoning
Our waitress was fantastic and courteous
Thank you! Always pleased
Traveling to our family this is our favorite stopover in Fredericksburg. Always delicious.
The food was fabulous the service was amazing the ambience was exceptional what a gem you have here
Nice for family lunch.
I like the restaurant in my past experiences but this was likely my worst trip. It took about ten minutes before anybody came to our table. The waiter seemed new/enexperienced, the bread was hard and the food was subpar.
I’ll try again in a while and see if things change.
They have, by far, the best lasagna. We are also able to order the chopped salad which is not longer on the menu. We have never had a bad experience there. The wait staff is attentive but not intrusive. The food is delicious. The Cacio de Peppa is my personal favorite. You cannot go wrong selecting this place for either a casual meal or special occasion.
The evening was amazing. I booked a table for 8 and we were put in a private room. This made the evening even more enjoyable. The wait staff was attentive and accommodating. The good was delicious and seemed freaky prepared. The drinks were well made. We didn't feel rushed and we're able to enjoy a wonderful evening with friends enjoying fine food and company. Definitely recommend them highly.
The service was extremely slow and the restaurant was basically empty. Only 2 other tables. It took an hour to get our food and when we finished eating, we waited another 25 mins until the server came by to see if we needed anything - which we needed our checks. The checks were wrong and had to be redone. The food was fine. Overall, the restaurant was fine, but I don't see myself going back.
Wonderful Place for any adult gathering. I celebrated my 50th and it was wonderful. Food was reasonable price. Not very cheap but not expensive. Parking was a challenge because it was in a town center. Our waiter was ok BUT for a Nice restaurant the waiter need to be more outstanding. I would give the place a 5 star but feel the waiter could have been upscale all smile and cheerful. He was not bad but needed someone more talkative and friendly. But other than that it was a wonderful Experience.
Loved it went with my husband and Father and we all loved the food our waitress was outstanding.
