BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Cincinnati - Rookwood Exchange
Food was excellent, waitstaff were very courteous. They also accomodated my request to move my table next t that of my friend's. Even the manager came to find out if things were going well.
Would definitely recommend!
I made a reservation for 6 by open table. We get there early and the hostess can’t find our reservation. The manager then “finds it!” The hostesses were not friendly or who you would want welcoming to your business. They were young and need training.
We had movie tickets and needed to be out at a certain time. We were seated pretty much past our reservation. Then we had to rush our orders. Our waitress was fantastic.
So we really could not enjoy our dinners. A few of the pasta dishes came out not very hot.
Unfortunately the cooks did not look too happy either as they were so busy. We saw how hard the managers and servers were working. Overbooking maybe?
The eggplant parmesan and olive oil with the complimentary bread were DELICIOUS. We got a receipt that said we'd get a coupon usable sometime in the next 3 months for completing a survey. However, upon survey completion, the coupon is supposedly only good for 1 month. I am disappointed because I will not be back in Cincinnati for another 2 months so I guess I will not be returning.
Service was a bit slow. They seemed to be staffed well, but service was slow. 3 of us ordered the Warm Chocolate Cake for dessert. All 3 came out cold. The cake was also more like fudge instead of what we would call cake. We sent them all back and had them removed from the bill.
My veal parm was a bit soggy and the cheese was not completely melted. I chose not to return it so that my wife and I could eat a meal together on Valentine's day.
It was a packed house for Valentines Day dinner and the Bravo staff did an outstanding job of handling the crowd and still making it a special evening. Our server, Corbett, did a great job keeping up with everything and in between time, we had several managers stop by our table to see if everything was all right. The food was delicious as usual, even on a very busy night. We were impressed at how smoothly everything went - definitely a good place to go for a special or every day dinner out.
Excellent food excellent service for Valentines Day crowd. It was cold outside and the cool air was on, we mentioned to management and they fixed immediately. Recently went to Brio and this was just better. Won’t be going back to Brio at Newport on the Levee.
It was Valentines Day and they gave us good service.
Great food and great service! Went for a Valentine's Day date and had an amazing time!
The service and food was great. Parking up front is a challenge but we parked in the garage behind and walked through the building to the front. Will be back.
Good comfort food and a reasonable price. A downside is that our wine was served too warm. Fortunately it was an inexpensive wine by the glass to which we could add an ice cube or two without sacrilege. Not sure if, like some restaurants, they keep their more pricy bottles in a wine frig.
It took a very long time to get three Mediterranean salads! The kitchen was too slow!
The food is great! Also our waiter was spread too thin, he had too many tables.
Have dined at this location a few times while visiting the area. This experience was average. The service was average at best. The waitress incorrectly entered the wrong meal (mine) and only realized it when the meals were brought to the table. She apologized and said they would get my meal out as quickly as possible (Sat evening and busy...not likely). As predicted, everyone else was pretty much done eating by the time it arrived. Nothing additional was done, no manager visited to apologize. This should have been acknowledged, but I'm sure she didn't want to mention her mistake to the manager and thus nothing was said. Based on previous visits I would still return, but if this had been my first visit I would not be returning.
Our food and drinks were just fair this time. The manager did reduce our bill.
We had a very nice dinner before a downtown performance. Service was prompt and all our needs were well met, food was good, and we made it downtown with time to spare. We frequently go to Bravo locations in Cincinnati. Typically our meals there have been very good quality and an acceptable value.
My pasta was cold.
We waited 30 minutes despite having a reservation. Our waitress stopped by our table 4 times in the 75 minutes we were at our table. Worst service I have ever experienced. The food was good but not that good.
The food is good and the server was great.
We had a reservation but were seated more than 30 minutes after our reservation time and it took another 60 minutes to get our food
We had to wait 30+ minutes for a table even with a reservation, front desk said that the open table time was just the time when she was going to add us to the wait list for a table..we waited for 45 minutes for the basket of bread, terrible service. Never offered refills on water..Two meals ordered for 2 people and each came 20 minutes apart. So we ate separately.Unlikely to recommend to anyone and more likely to tell people to not come here.
The people that came in behind us said they were there for their open table reservation...they were also told they would have to wait 30-45 minutes for a table.. they did the wise thing and just left for a better restaurant.
We had to wait an hour to get out table then another 45 min to get our food.
We were seated 45 minutes AFTER our reservation time. The waitress was fine but our salads did not come out until an hour after sitting down and then after talking to the manager. when the dinners finally came out, 4 were delivered with the comment the other two were coming. The server then proceeded to clear the table next to us before getting the other two meals.
The kitchen obviously could not keep up with a full restaurant. When we spoke to the manager (before the salads) he said he would take care of us - that resulted in salads but nothing else. He was not interested in hearing on our departure why we would not be back.
Had to wait an additional 30 minutes beyond reservation. Out of what I wanted to order and what I did order was overpriced.
Out of Mediterranean Olives And Eggplant Parmesan!?
Wonderful meal to celebrate with family. From apps to dessert, each course was a delight.
Really good food but very noisy
Good food, good presentation of food, excellent value . A bit noisy but it fit the ambiance. Great comfort food. Service was excellent and will split salads into two plates.
Bravo was the perfect restaurant to host a large party. The servers were attentive. The food was delicious. I would definitely come back.
Service was disappointing and my pasta entree was dry.
Rhonda our server was amazing. She helped us with our drink selection. Turned out we loved it. Also helped and suggested adding feta cheese to my salad which made all the difference. So much better service at this location!
Great service, 116 Dayannana W was excellent, attentive and very accommodating. She is great and made the meal comfortable.
Wonderful meal and service. On a side note...with empty tables around, it would have been nice to put us further away from the kitchen. And the birthday gelato that was discussed at the beginning of the meal was forgotten. Overall, it was a very nice evening!!
Pleasant server.Able to accommodate people. Food was like home cooking
i MET A FRIEND FOR LUNCH. wE BOTH ENJOYED OUR FOOD, THE SERVICE AND THE
RELAXED ATMOSPHERE. oUR WAITRESS WAS EFFICIENT AND DID NOT MAKE US FEEL
RUSHED AT ALL. wE WILL RETURN AGAIN. tHANKS
Waited 25 minutes to even see our waitress! Place was not crowded so there was absolutely no excuse! When we spoke to manager he made no apologies. Would never recommend this place.
Excellent!! Thats all I can say
We had a great family experience and will return!!!!!!!
Excellent food and service on New Year’s Eve! Will definitely recommend!
Excellent service but the menu was not very inspired. Would I go there again? Sure but not as a first choice.
