Great service. Food was fine, but nothing special. The Italian wedding soup was wonderful. Spicy and flavorful.
Our reservation was for 6:15pm and our table was ready when we arrived. Our waiters were attentive, pleasant, and accommodating. Our main entrees were plenty enough for 2 (price range $16-Pasta Bravo, chicken Marsala, Pasta Woozi). The meals were very good and flavorful. Would definitely go back.
We ate outside on a beautiful summer evening. Service was excellent. The greens in the salmon salad were a little tired. Tiramisu was super, as always.
This place is supposed to be Italian, and they do a very good job. The pastas, both spaghetti and the lobster ravioli had excellent color, flavor and texture. The beef and pork meat balls also had great texture, seasoning, portion size. Our waiter was actually a little too attentive and talkative, so I have to mark that just ok. Also the restaurant was almost empty on a Sunday early afternoon, so we were a little surprised when the nice young hostess tried to sit us right next to the kitchen which is open and a little more noisy. We were allowed to sit wherever we wanted and we took a table at the window, overlooking the outdoor seating area. Pricing vs food quality is a great value. I'll go to brio again.
Bravo is a great place for quality Italian food. I love going to Bravo for any meal, including bruch. They have a nice amount of options on each of their menus. The lunch menu is great because it has lunch portions offered as well as lunch combos. I absolutely love Bravo's bread and dipping oil which is always included with every meal.
I have celebrated my birthday there the last few years. The waiter needed to be more attentive. More importantly, the food quality has gone down and the menu needs to be changed or updated. It’s gotten boring with no new offerings to choose from.
This place is a slightly better than average mall chain. The best attribute is the food. It’s good, not great. The service is fine and the atmosphere is ok. The fact that it is located in an old failing mall doesn’t help. This strikes me as a place to go for a casual work lunch or after church. They do advertise a military discount for all current and former vets. That is good.
The service was almost none existent. Passed out dessert menus never came back to see what we wanted. Then just brought bills twenty plus minutes after dropped off first half of bills
The shrimp scampi was extremely disappointing. There were very few shrimp and the sauce wasn't flavorful. It was certainly overpriced.
Server rushed us, forgot my drink order until entrees came, charged us for 2 kids meals when we ordered it as we do at every other Bravo, salmon with buttered noodles as the side, she brought her a lump of pasta, not sure it was buttered, salmon over green beans but no fruit cup. She handed plates across the table for us to pass down (only 4 of us and access from both sides). My kiddo’s salmon was burned. Just not a good representation of a Bravo, we frequent another one and this one pales in comparison.
Fathers Day. Was nice dinner with the family. The pepperoni pizza was under cooked, but the Manager took care the situation very quickly.
Menu seemed limited. Chicken Parmesan was very over cooked and dry. Not appetizing at all. Overall very poor food and experience. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
Birthday for my son
We dined here for the first time with a group after my son's high school graduation ceremony. We arrived about 30 minutes earlier than expected and they were able to accommodate us without a problem. The food was excellent, as was the atmosphere. The server was new, and he told us so. He worked very hard and we were patient with him when he had to consult others to answer our questions. Overall, it was a great ending to a happy day for our family. We will be visiting again.
Fabulous! Food & service is consistently excellent. Great bang for the buck.
It was fine
Great food and service!
Decided to try Bravo for the first time on Mother's Day due to the convenient location of those meeting up. The food was OK but, not great at all. My food was overcooked and under seasoned. Very blah. Our server took our drink orders and said she would return with bread. We never received the bread. When the food was delivered, I mentioned bread, she looked at us irritated and returned a bit later with the bread and just plopped it down - no apologies or any words at all! It was way overpriced for the quality of food and service. I would not go back again. I did not complain to management because the food was average and we did eat a big chunk of it. Just sad to spend so much money on a special day and it just be of just OK quality.
Great food and service as usual at the Briarwood Bravo location. We do miss that large planters they had in their dining room. Made the space even more elegant.
We had a great time, it was to celebrate graduation and the food was good as it always is. Easy to get a table and it was not too crowded.
We had 2 kids with us and they didn't have 2 high chairs, only one which is absurd for a restaurant of it's standing.
Had. Great lunch today.
The chicken meatballs were very disappointing. I have always liked most things I’ve ordered there which is why it surprised me. Service was good but not great. Cheese appetizer was excellent!
I normally like Bravo but this experience was sub-par. It was graduation weekend and they were busy but I had to flag out waitress down for basic customer service. She wasn't attentive and that weakened the experience. Because of the poor service, that's the thing I remember most about the experience unfortunately. But....this wont stop me from going back because I do like Bravo...overall.
One dish unfortunately was so salty the sober couldn’t eat it. And it tooo a long time for the food. We were having a good time but it was a Kong wait. Server was very nice
Traditional Italian fare in a fun atmosphere. Food served hot and delicious.
Nice area that allowed a larger party for graduation
We've only eaten here twice but we've had two wonderful experiences. The food was delicious and we can't wait to return!
It was okay, but not what we were looking for. When I made the reservation, I was under the impression they served Sunday Brunch, because it came up under options when I filtered for "good for brunch." There was no brunch menu available.
Everything was very good.. My waiter did not check on us, like he did with the other guess.. Made me feel some kind of way... Its sad when my daughter notice how he checked on every else many times... I had to score low with the service, because of him... But the hostess was very welcoming.
Food was very salty, soup ice cold. I did not realize it was a chain. Food was mediocre, waitress was nice.
I appreciate the vegetarian options. I had the spaghetti and veggie "meatballs". Delicious!
We were first greeted by the manager who took our order to help out the server, she was awesome! I expressed disappointment over the salmon preparation was different and she said they could prepare it with balsamic glaze. It was delicious! The manager was was more attentive than the server!
We've dined at Bravo Cucina Italiana multiple times and always receive great food and service.
Always good food. Service was slow to start but once we got someone's attention our waiter was excellent. I love the fact that they print how many calories are in a dish; so helpful. The salmon is excellent and any of the pastas are awesome. Don't have to battle Ann Arbor traffic downtown and we get a great meal.
Bravo has top excellent service and fabulous food. It's my daughter's favorite restaurant. We can't go there without getting the spinach and artichoke dip. We also love Pasta Bravo. We are part of their rewards program and I would recommend getting the app and joining.
Good food with family. We had excellent service. I marked 4 stars for value as I think their drinks are overpriced. Other than that, five stars for th other ratings.
Restaurant has changed from a higher class restaurant to a ho hum.
Bravo Cucina Italiana pulled off an extraordinary evening for myself and my "date". The server was both smart and delicate as she entered and exited the table, while also zeroing in with superb timing when delivering our salads and entree's. The food was piping hot and delicious, as well. I had the single Large Pork Chop as was floored at it's seasoned flavoring. The Golden Mashed Potatoes were ideally prepared and the green beans lightly seasoned and crunchy. My date chose the Salmon which was ...well...perfect. I highly recommend Bravo! Fabulous!
Service is mediocre at best but the food is well prepared
