Braven is by far one of the best restaurants in Edmonton. The food is always amazing and the staff are very professional.

First time at Braven. Was nice. Ambience was nice but think it could get loud in there with the restaurant being more then half full. Food was tasty but was a little over valued. My ribeye steak was roughly 3/8" thick...a little surprised at that for an $78 steak (no sides). Wife had the tenderloin, said it was the best ever. No alcohol. Service was adequate. Whole meal with tip cost us $250. This exact meal at the Keg would be about $100 less and would taste just as good. Wouldn't go back on our own, would if friends asked us to join them. Just our experience...

Our steak was unusually below expectations. It was dry and lacked flavour. Great server though.

It was our second visit to Braven. The ambiance is stylish and well-suited for adults, but I wouldn’t consider it very baby or kid-friendly. The music felt a bit off for the sophisticated atmosphere of the restaurant. We tried the Prix Fixe menu this time. The food was decent, but unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with our server. When asked to choose between carrots, mushrooms, or broccolini for the steak frites, it wasn’t made clear that these were additional sides at an extra cost. We assumed it was part of the dish, only to find it added to the bill and ironically, we didn’t even finish the extra side. It left us feeling a bit disappointed, as better communication could’ve easily avoided the confusion. Overall, still a good place for a date night for adults (not kid or baby friendly), but some improvements in service clarity would really elevate the experience.

Chef Austin, Chef Jason and their entire team create a dining experience that is second to none. The food, service and ambiance are impossible to beat when in Edmonton and it’s easy to argue that the deep fried cheesecake could be the best on the planet

We went for our 27th Anniversary and it was game 2 of the Oilers Stanley cup final. The atmosphere was awesome and the dining in the restaurant was perfect for us just enough fancy but also had the big screen within our view. First time for us & it did not disappoint.
