Had an excellent dinner with business associates. The staff was friendly and attentive. The meal was excellent. I had the Steak Frites. Fries were very good. Steak was good also. When factoring in the cost of the meal with regards to the quality, this is a very good deal. Will be going again when in Boulder.

The only reason I gave them a 2 was because they did the right thing in the end by not charging me for my dinner. Poor service, poor food, and the LOUDEST restaurant I have ever been to. (We went on a Monday.) The manager was very “cold” and told me they “never” have any complaints about their salmon. All I wanted was a nice dinner on my birthday. I will never go back. They did bring me a surprise, complimentary dessert, which was nice after all their other failures.

We were pretty disappointed in this restaurant.

My sister was in from Chicago, since I am a fan of The Med and Via Perla, I made a Sunday Brunch reservation.

The host was pleasant, greeted us kindly, and seated us immediately. As we passed the bar, there was a nicely appointed couple talking about the business. I would later find out that they were the operation’s management.

The server arrived and offered beverages. He seemed nervous, mentioning that he was new at serving. We asked some simple questions about some menu items, and he needed to checke with someone else for the answers.

Our orders were basic, a Benedict, a yogurt with granola, eggs & fruit, etc. When one in our party ordered the Benedict, the server asked what kind of toast she wanted. I suggested that since that meal already included bread, perhaps other options might be offered. He seemed a little confused by my suggestion and went to check.

He returned 10 minutes later to say that there were other side options, including French Onion soup. Not only did my cousin order it, but my sister and I did as well. 15 minutes passed and the server brought additional cutlery. A soup spoon for me (only), and a steak knife for my sister (to help her eat her yogurt?).

My sister ordered a glass of the fresh made juice. It arrived quickly and our group were looking at each other because we thought we were being pranked. The average sized wine glass was filled approximately 1/3 of the way up with ice; the juice did not even come to the top of the ice. I would bet the cost of the meal, that there was not even two ounces of liquid in the glass.

Only 2 soups were brought, so my sister opted out. We requested the silverware we needed and dove in. The yogurt granola was dry with lots of oats and barely enough yogurt to slightly moisten it. Plates were cleared while some (embarrassed) folks were still eating.

The small restaurant was barely 1/2 full, neither manager ever came by to check in.

Brasserie Ten Ten has so much going for it! Great atmosphere, great food, great service and excellent value. We enjoy it whenever in Boulder. Best yo make reservations because it is too hot to drop in and expect a table.

A local favorite, and often packed, the only downside is the above energetic noise level. Some nights it is almost impossible to hear someone sitting across from you. At times we and friends choose a different restaurant when we have topics we want to discuss. Great food, great value, usually great service, but not a place to interact, unless next to someone at the bar. Still, we go often because of all the good points.

We were visiting from out of town and was here a fees years back. It was just as good as it was then. We had a lovely lunch, use of seasonal ingredients was very tasty. Definitely will come back when in Boulder.

I live 60 + miles away but make a point to come for lunch once or twice a month. Food is great, service is warm and professional and I am reminded of a real French Brasserie while dining there. Decent wine list, not over the top prices.

I have been a long time customer here and I am not sure I will ever go back. I had a drink spilled all over me without apology, it took over an hour to get out food (everyone around us was eating first) and when it came good was cold. I’ve never had a bad experience until this - was always a highlight in Boulder but this was rough.

A treat of a a restaurant. Food was delicious (the brick-pressed chicken is one of their most popular items) and the French fries are seemingly endless.
Also went back for their daily happy hour and enjoyed inventive cocktails--the "pants on fire" cocktail tastes of green chile--very autumnal! HH sliders are also scrumptious, but the stand out is the chou-fleur or the curried, roasted cauliflower. I could eat this dish everyday, every meal.
The only downside here is that the noise level is high--one of the side effects of being so good and subsequently so popular.

Interesting menu, well prepared except that the steak tartar was much too salty, although my wife ate a good portion of it. We told our server that she might mention this to the chef and when we got our check we noticed we were not charged for the steak tartar. This was a very classy gesture that we hadn't requested or expected. The onion soup was classic and very fine as was the chicken salad with walnuts. Very good wine list and dessert menu. Only downside was that it was extremely noisy for us (seniors). We had to lean into each other to converse. After a couple larger groups finished and left the noise level was tolerable and permitted us to have a normal conversation without shouting.

We really like your restaurant with mostly excellent food, BUT the barrata cheese appetizer was shockingly bad! We've had it in LODO restaurant that was really excellent & also made at home which was way better too. The price for it was outrageous with extremely thin, small slices of toast & the cheese itself was tasteless & had a film on it that was bad too. If we had it to do over again, we'd have sent it back. Desserts were great & so were entrees.

A great find on Walnut street for lunch. Started with the pate, really good and creamy. The lamb slider was excellent as well as the French dip, although the bun for the French dip could of been crispier. Our server (she's was originally from California) was superb, efficient and funny. The noise level was low as it was a later lunch. Kudos, we will be back.

Very lively place for a Sunday night dinner! Food was very good, my partner and I split the bouillabaisse. The kitchen plated it as two servings, and it was equally ample for us. Good wine selection by the glass and/or bottle. Would definitely go back the next t9me we are in Boulder.

The service and atmosphere were quite nice and friendly. We had a group of 3 with appetizers, entree, and dessert for all. Appetizers were good. We had 2 chicken entrees which were both fine, not inspiring but tasted fine. The Salmon was almost inedible, luckily the salmon eater filled up on bread, mussels, and fries.

My wife and I have visited Brasserie Ten Ten each year to celebrate our anniversary, and whenever we have out-of-town guests. We have never been disappointed, and this visit was no different.

I want to give a shout out to Amanda, our server. She was outstanding in her knowledge of the food and the wine (especially the wine).

We will definitely be back.

My wife and I had a mid-afternoon meal at Brasserie Ten-Ten before attending an event at the Boulder Library. This may be the best place in Boulder to enjoy good food and service in the middle of the day. The waitstaff is always attentive and accommodating. We had several of the smaller plates. I had the charcuterie and it was excellent, especially the "Penta Creme Blue" cheese. My wife enjoyed the onion soup, the brie chaud and the jambon gruyere crepe, all of which we've had before and highly recommend. The house wines, while not exceptional, are quite satisfactory and went well with the food. The best thing about Brasserie Ten-Ten is the ambiance, no rush, attractive, comfortable and all-in-all just an excellent Boulder restaurant.
