Consistently delicious food. Prompt and friendly service.
Brasserie Ten Ten always provides a wonderful dining experience!
Adam was very kind and helpful. Food was delicious!!
Service was impeccable and so was the food.
We ate outside, so the noise level was low. Inside it is loud. The food, as always, was excellent, as was the service.
It's one of our favorite restaurants - lovely for an anniversary and also for a relaxed evening with friends. The food and service is always great, but it can be a bit noisy. The pate is always amazing.
Great meal at Ten Ten with the family. We had the special first for the evening of mussels- just outstanding!
Delicious food and wonderful wine! A great place for a fancy lunch or special dinner.
I do not recommend restaurants I love. Because then everyone would go there. It’s hard enough to get a reservation now
The Brasserie staff did a great job of accommodating my friend's small bridal shower brunch this past weekend. The waitstaff were lovely and helpful in making sure I got the table looking great and that the pre-ordered macaroons were set at each place setting before guests arrived. The food was delicious and since the table was in the back, the noise level was not too loud.
This is our favorite restaurant in Boulder - the service and food always amazes us. Thank you!
Food and service outstanding, our server Nathan was exceptional.
We have been returning to Brasserie for several years now and always enjoy the entire experience except for the noise level. We are usually with friends and anymore, no matter where we go, the noise is so intrusive to the experience. Our usual plan is to eat early and leave before the crowds come in...This seems to be everywhere anymore. We are still grateful for the quality you deliver.
We have been to Brasserie Ten Ten several times and it never disappoints. We were celebrating a birthday and thought this would be the place to go. The food was excellent - the Steak Frites was cooked perfectly and my tablemate had the special snapper and salad. There is a great drink selection with some reasonably priced options. Service was spot on even though the restaurant was full.
Amazing in every way! Also had unique single malt scotches!
Brasserie Ten Ten is one of our favorite restaurants in Boulder. We celebrated my husband's birthday here in April and mine this month. We had the Delaware oysters as a starter. Wow, were they good. My husband had the trout and I had the hanger steak and they were both amazing. Our server was attentive and the food arrived promptly. We'll be back!
This has been a favorite restaurant of ours for many years. But recently it has changed, probably as a result of chef changes. We dined most recently on August 4th. Here are some of the changes we observed. First, the menu used to include a decadent starter - homemade potato chips covered with a marvelous blue cheese sauce or deep fried green beans with an aioli dipping sauce. This time the specialty was tempura sunchokes with horseradish sauce, a dud at our table. Next, my husband's brique poulet was OK but not as good as before, while my traditional choice of bouillabaisse was a huge disappointment. The fish should have been a white fish like cod or halibut, but this time it was salmon - a strong and negative flavor for this traditional French dish and not a fish any French restaurant would have imagined. The langoustine shells were empty and the shrimp were tough and overcooked. Something had changed about the rouille spread on the toasted bread slices - it was no longer spicy, not spreadable, and not the same. Such a treat if it is done right, but dismaying compared to the last time I had it.
So.... go there but do not expect the French excellence that used to rule this restaurant. Or... maybe wait for the next chef rotation and hope for better days.... My insider recommendation would be, CHANGE the kitchen!
Food was wonderful everything I expected and more. Tables are way to close. Not once but twice two different waiters spilled drink glasses with their backside while trying to help the table next to us. While they had someone else come to clean it up they were less than concerned. And when I mentioned it to our server she apologized and then went directly to the first waiter who spilled and they laughed. Not appreciated and ruined a wonderful meal.
I base my opinion of this place largely on Steak & Frites. In the last several years, the steak portion has gotten smaller, the french fry portion larger, and the price of the dish has gone up about $5. The steak cut is once of the cheapest cuts on the cow. Service was inferior. The server seemed flustered and stressed. (He asked for a drink order literally the second we sat down, we couldn't even look at the drink menu. When we asked him to give us a minute or two, he never came back. This actually happens at a lot of places, servers don't seem to understand "please come back in a minute or two." That's 60 seconds, not 15, 20 minutes. We were then waiting at least for 15 minutes with no drink.) Wine by the glass is also creeping up into obnoxious territory, with nothing under $10. There is a limit to how much people want to pay for a glass of wine, and shocker, it's well below $15, 17. 1010 is an institution, but in my opinion it is entering the category of disappointing, overpriced fine dining that doesn't fully deliver, a movement that is taking over all of Boulder. I go to 1010 2-3 a year, but I will be looking elsewhere from now on.
Brasserie Ten Ten is one of our favorite restaurants in Boulder. It is always delicious and the service is exceptional. Try the brick chicken dish. It’s outstanding!
Simply OK French food. Nothing exceptional, but solid good food. A pleasant, noisy, energetic dinner place.
I’ve been dinning at Brasserie Ten Ten for over 20 years. Food has always been outstanding.
It’s a wonderful “up” restaurant. Service on the mark. Our table was set, and no waiting.
A great menu...something for anyone. Only one downfall, very loud. Talking to our table guests
difficult, but of course it’s an extremely popular, busy place.
Always consistently good. Great value, service and ambience.
Service was great. One of the main courses was so ok overdone it was sent back.
Music selection was atrocious. The owners should visit other restaurants to hear how well good music stimulates the mind and the palate.
Excellent food, service, ambience, pricing. This place is a gem. Wish I’d found it sooner. Would definitely go back. Brian is an amazing server. He was friendly, on point, and right on with his recommendations.
We visited Brasserie Ten Ten because my daughter, who is finishing up culinary school, chose it as the "spot she wanted to try while visiting Boulder". Space & service were lovely. Food was top notch! High recommendations! One critique - for a table of 6, our seating was tight - like it was a table for 4 with two chairs pulled up to each end. For a restaurant and food style that uses several plates and utensils, it made the table space quite crowded. Our compliments to the entire kitchen team!!
Wonderful place, always a great night out when we are lucky enough to get a reservation.
Food and the server (Julia) were excellent. The staff also accurately saw to it that the Birthday celbarion was honored
I'd wanted to dine here for quite some time and finally got the opportunity to have brunch here. I booked a 2 pm reservation on open table. I was given the option to be seated inside, or wait ~15 - 20 minutes for a table on the patio. My friend had just played a full 18 holes on the course, and wanted to be seated inside, where it was cooler. We were seated promptly. Charming ambiance for sure. We had a table by the window, which was the next best thing, if not sitting on the patio.
I started off with a bellini and he with a Bloody Mary, yet he chose to substitute it with a better vodka, and ended up having two. I like poached eggs and duck, so I ordered the Canard Confit Hash, based on our server - Bryan's recommendations. My friend ordered the special, which was a Halibut Sandwich and he chose the French onion soup, for his side. Mine was tasty, but nothing exciting. My croissant was delicate, flaky and buttery, yet I would definitely order a different dish next time. Perhaps a crépe, French dip slider, saumon fume, crevettes Avec polenta, or even the croquet madame, which you can never go wrong with. I just know I liked the ambiance and attentive wait staff enough, that I want to give Brasserie Ten Ten one more shot. I may just pop in to enjoy a pain au chocolat and an espresso.
The food was hit and miss, as well was the service. The French onion soup and oysters were great, but I probably wouldn’t order the bouillabaisse or the lamb there again.
Charming atmosphere with a wide-ranging menu. Happy and pleasant vibe.
Noise level was so high our table of six could not communicate without shouting. The food was inconsistent. Soft shell crab special was extremely salty, the $25 charcuterie plate was very small for the cost. Two plates of lamb chops had very different sized portions.
A predictably excellent restaurant- sets the standard for reliable quality in Boulder.
We ate here recently and had a mixed experience. The place was very busy and our server seemed overwhelmed. One of the items we ordered never arrived. The food that made it to our table was good, but the service was not.
We ordered small bites to share and everything was fabulous. Don't be in a hurry, however. While we were seated right away and our food came out in a timely fashion our waiter took a long time to come to the table. take our drink order, take our food order, clear plates.
We went to brunch with friends from out of town and Brasserie did not disappoint! We all loved our food choices, the service was spot on and we will definitely be back!! Highly recommend...
My wife and I traditionally go to Brasserie Ten Ten for our anniversary, and when we want a special place to bring friends/out-of-town guests for dinner. This latest visit did not disappoint, as always. The food, the service was outstanding. The only improvement might be to have the lights a bit brighter. My wife needed the light on her iPhone to read the menu, and I saw some other patrons doing the same.
Great dining experience with food and wait staff! Noise level was very high however...
Everything was top notch except for the noise level. I don’t know that they can improve that so we just talked louder. Delightful lunch. Thank you!!
