BRASSERIE TEN TEN
I've been to this restaurant twice while visiting my daughter in Boulder. This is not a stuffy French restaurant. The staff is so friendly, and the service is impeccable. From appetizers to desserts, the food is outstanding and the portions are generous. The prices are fair too. You will not be disappointed dining here.
We reserved our table on Open Table, and as soon as we arrived, we were seated instantly. The pork chop was amazing and the chicken was perfectly done. The servers were extremely helpful and attentive. We’ll definitely be back again!
Excellent service, delicious dinner. If only the noise at 1010 weren't so overwhelming!
Great restaurant! Haven't had a bad meal here. One of the top restaurants in Boulder.
Best happy hour in town. Love reservations, staff, food, drinks
Outstanding meal! Took my daughter for her birthday dinner. Everything was very good. My daughter loved her duck, her partner and my husband had the Bouillabaisse. The broth was just the right amount of spice. Not too spicy. I was craving a hamburger and was not disappointed. The burger had a wonderful sweet onion jam and goat cheese. We all were very happy with our choices. Our waitress was attentive and helped stir me away from tree nuts due to allergies. We will be back!
We were a Party of Five with a with a reservation at 4:15. We were seated and ittook 10 minutes until somebody asked if we wanted water and another 15 until we finally got something to drink. Guinness whas not available Coke was a problem too. After 50 minutes or so he finally asked if we could have some bread. How much longer I don't remember until we finally got our first order. We ordered a lot of happy hour food! At the end we ordered dessert and coffee. Coffee was finished by everybody no dessert on the table. Sitting at the door out to the street the door was always open it was cold and very uncomfortable. I love to go to the happy hour to your place but this time was a total failure.
Great meal. Started off with escargot and tempura haricot vert. Escargot could have used a hint more salt but it is easier to add it than over salting. I had the short rib ravioli, my wife the black and blue salad. Ravioli was awesome. Just wished the portion was a bit bigger but the sauce was so rich that a little baguette to clean up was great. Add a very nice rhone wine (Saint Cosme) and you have the ingredients for a great meal. Service was awesome. We will be back.
Unique menu, delicious food, envigorating atmosphere...reliable and consistent, yet always pushing the envelope!
PI DAY date night at Brasserie Ten Ten. Started off with Kir Royale then on to Foie Gras and beef tartar. Another excellent dining experience for us.
We went early because that was the only reservation available and the happy hour Martini is great value but when we ordered entrees they didn’t seem ready for it. Ordered the sea bass and it was luke warm when served. Not very appetizing when half cooled already.
We loved our experience- the food was fabulous, so it was not a surprise that the place was packed! I ate too much, and can't wait to go back.
This is one of our favorite places to have brunch, happy hour or dinner. We’ve never had a bad meal at the restaurant. The service is great.
Great food and good service but too many tables for such a small room.
I wouldn’t describe the food as authentic French but it was still very tasty. (I may be spoiled on French food given that our preferred restaurant is owned and operated by a couple from Nice, France)
It was challenging to navigate the restaurant and difficult to be seated with so little space to shift our chairs and remove our coats (which I would recommend you do before being seated).
It was loud enough that my date and I were practically yelling at one other. We also missed two occasions to order food because the waiter did not hear us. It was not his fault but it would have been nice to try one of their appetizers and a dessert.
I love this restaurant the food is always awesome. The service is was a little goofy this time but still a great experience.
It was all good; Mardi Gras; my date and I are both from Lafayette, Louisiana, so we are familiar with Cajun and New Orleans cuisine. The flavors were excellent. The only disappointment for me was that the gumbo was served lukewarm and got cool quickly. Perhaps the rice was colder than the gumbo and cooled it down too quickly. Anyway, the taste was fine, but I'm not expecting cool gumbo. Noise level fairly high, the place was quite busy, but not a great problem. Everything else about the meal was fine.
The food was excellent and the wine list was great with fine bottles at reasonable prices. We were there for a late lunch at 2:00 and the restaurant was still comfortably busy.
My all time favorite restaurant in Boulder. It never fails! I bring out of town visitors, we got there for family celebrations! It's just perfect no matter what the occasion!!
Great food and outstanding service.
Definitely the best restaurant in Boulder. The onion soup, the merguez slider, the mussels are exquisitely well prepared. The whole menu is well though of. I have eaten there several times over the past two years and have never been disappointed.
Everything was great except once we ordered I felt like the waitress didn’t come back and really checking on us forgot catch-up and jelly. Had to wait 15 more minutes before she came back over
Even though we were on the happy hour menu, the service was impeccable. We were greeted wonderfully at the door. The waiter was knowledgeable, prompt and interested.
We were placed in a booth upon reservation request. Our waitress was very helpful in suggesting a wine for us. And the food was superb. It was a great dinner! I’ve been here a lot and I will always come back.
Had a lovely dinner, as usual. The trout was perfection. Thank you!
The experience at Brasserie Ten Ten is always wonderful. The only thing that could be improved is the noise level. Even with the music level a little lower (which I requested and someone kindly lowered it) the acoustics is terrible. It seems that to be heard one has to speak very loudly.
I had reservations for 7:15pm. I arrived at 7:08 and was told that people were still sitting at my table and that they didn't know when those people might be leaving. I wasn't seated until 7:23. It was annoying to have made reservations and have the restaurant somehow mismanage its tables so that I had to wait past my reservation time.
I haev noticed the past three times I've eaten there that the tables are very packed in. I actually had to have a woman who was sitting at the table next to mine get out of her chair and move it so that I could get to my chair to sit down! Although at one point during the meal I had to use the bathroom, I chose to hold it rather than do the dance of the chairs to get out and back in again.
The noise level was deafening in the restaurant. There were too many people packed into the space, and the music was cranked up loudly, so that my friend and I literally had to shout in order to hear each other.
The food was good, as was the service of our waitress, but I have had enough of the noise and the sardine-like accommodations, and the fact that my table wasn't ready was just icing on the cake. I used to love going to this restaurant, before any of these things were true for it, but it has changed so much that I no longer enjoy my experience there. I won't be going back.
Only the waiter who serve you responds you. Otherwise, none of the others just looked at you when you waved them, they won’t even help or say anything at all. Very rude!
Generally pleasant experience. Very helpful for our group of 5. My huevos weren't up to par, but other selections were very good.
I'm glad you have a question about the noise level. It is crazy loud in the dining area, at least on a Friday night. My wife commented on the futility of trying to play music over the din. But, we had an excellent meal and otherwise really enjoyed our experience. Thanks. Craig
Brasserie Ten Ten has a good happy hour. For dinner dining however it is extremely loud and hard to hear across the table. The service was decent but my fries were stale and they had to bring me another side of fries to go with my chicken. The food is not bad but not great either and considering many entrees are $26-$28 we found it over priced for the value. There are better restaurants in Boulder in our opinion.
Great food and great service. Happy hour is awesome!
As always a favorite place, we are here all the time. It was nice to enjoy our snacks while the snow fell wildly outside. Good times! Wendy and Kelly will be back soon.
Delicious French food at reasonable prices. I can’t believe I aventurine been here before.
Went for my friends bday. Awesome happy hour menu. Tasty food and great service. Definitely had a good time! Good job!
Exceeded our expectations
We came back because our first experience was so good, sadly the second time wasn't. The salad that was the highlight of the meal last time, lacked in flavor and ingredients this round. It's not a very large salad for the price, but it's flavor profile and quality was spot on first time. This time, skimpy on the lardons, watermelon radish and pickled onions. And the service wasn't as good this time, she barely checked on us and never brought more water. I'll go back hoping it meets better standards next time.
Food was great. Service was lousy
Brunch was very good. Love the space. Service was good too.
