Next to Museum of Modern Art, right on street, large windows, lively scene, sophisticated food, attentive service.

The chairs are plastic patio chairs and were uncomfortable, especially weird considering the standing of the restaurant.

I have been often to this brasserie and always enjoyed it. The food is excellent (I recommend the spicy salmon tartar, and the dishes with sausage). The service is friendly and efficient. There is a good selection of wines, some of them available by the glass or carafe. The place is busy at lunchtime on weekdays or in the evening before the shows start and a reservation is needed. It can also be quite noisy at those times. Everything else is perfect!

It is good. Can't say it's perfect mostly because you have to REPEAT and YELL to have a conversation! The interior is all glass and hard surfaces. There is ample room on the walls between the windows to hang rugs or designer acoustic tiles that would match the feel of the place. I told them this 2 years ago but it's still NOISY!! I return there because of the convenience to Place des Arts. The food is good, the service and decor is nice, but please do something about the acoustics!

The food is always good. But the service is very robotic. Maybe they were short staffed but this seems to be the norm. They take your order, someone else drops it on the table and then try to get something like salt or if there is something not right with the order, forget it.

Perfect spot for Sunday brunch while attending the Festival Cinemania. Food was tasty although very limited, uninspired menu. Enjoyed the light (effectively outdoors on a rainy day in this glass container), but the noise level was far too high, inhibiting conversation.

Too noisy and loud. Service was dreadfully slow. Food was decent but not Touque! My vegetarian bean salad was partly warm and seemed rushed out to the table. My wife love her Couquille St Jacques’s, very rich and creamy.

I have been a loyal client for years and I decided to go elsewhere because the menu is very limited and does no vary from one visit to the next.

It's such a hassle to get into some of these restaurants and then once you get there it is overpriced for underwhelming meals. In this case I ordered the salmon confit with the fennel salad. Fortunately the fennel was good because the salmon was raw and unseasoned. I could only eat a few bites. There are a lot better options in downtown Montreal than this resto.

On va ailleurs!

Got last minute reservations not realizing it was part of the Toque! empire. Tasty food at moderate prices. Well-curated wine list. Tasty mignonette and steak tartare. Salmon confit was exceptionally tender and flavourful.
