A Friday evening Happy Hour run wasn't too bad. Definitely get the drinks, more than worth it, and they're burgers are excellently seasoned. Wings were a bit too salty, but change your sauce, if anything.

The food was very good and the service as well. I enjoyed the large spacious dining room. There was an excellent selection of drinks to suit everyone’s tastes. Overall my son and I had a very good experience.

I went on valentines day, the place was almost empty, only two other tables. the server kept forgetting parts of the fixed menu and the food came out cold. I've been here before and I am disappointed at how cheap they have gotten. the "jumbo shrimp was so tiny" and the mixed drinks where made with cheap liquor. They have lost their touch.

This was hands down the worst place I've been in many years. Slow food is okay, but perplexing when there are only two other tables. Service was bad in that they kept bringing three of the same dishes and leave the last one hanging (party of four). Also, brought dessert without cleaning the main dish off the table, and asked if we were still working on our main dish AFTER they brought out the dessert, which was AFTER checking with us whether or not we wanted our dessert. Food quality was below average, not at all worth $55 pre-fix for the holiday season. There are tons of other places you can go in that neighborhood, so please choose somewhere else. Not worth the time, money, or the experience.

the food overall was average. calamari however was our favorite (actually really good). everything else average- nothing great. grilled menu is very small portion. sangria was made upon order (??). Service was extremely slow and we were 1 of 3 or 4 tables seated in the whole restaurant when we ordered. I saw some negative reviews before going, but I always like to give places a chance. It's not worth going out of my way to revisit...

The waiter forgot to put my order in and so I was only served when my companion had finished their meal. When we sat down they told us to review them and we would get a free glass of wine. When I complained about the service and the lack of their making a modification to the bill, they gave us 10% off. Which was less then the drink I had. No explanation was given, no attempt to speak to us about what happened. We got a feeble. "I'm sorry, your food is coming" when you are sitting for 30 min without food isn't acceptable.

I loved everything about my time and meal at Brasserie Seoul. The happy hour is one of the best i've been to in Brooklyn. I ordered off the special menu, the duck which was cooked to perfection. I was happy to hear that the special menu changes weekly so I can come back and keep trying new dishes. I would recommend to anyone who is sick of eating the same food all the time. This place has fresh, fun, interesting dishes for all food loving people to try!

I like this place, but my last experience there was less than great. I like that they have happy hour discounts and the food was good. Their online menu is not updated to reflect food items they are currently serving. So I went there looking forward to an item that was not on their printed menu. Also... the menu item I did order was supposed to come with spinach and it came out with kale. The kale was good, but I really wanted that darn spinach and no one said a word about the substitution....just tell people guys! Also, whoever the young girl with the long black hair is, I wish she'd stay out the kitchen while they're making my dinner, unless of course she's goin to tie her hair back. They have an open kitchen and you can see whose working with the food. She was not a chef, but did carry some meals out to hand them off to a server. Last thing...my waiter disappeared after dinner. I waited 15 minutes with no invitation to order coffee or dessert. I had to go find him to get my check...that's just annoying. Come on people....this isn't rocket science. A little common sense goes a long way.

Not sure what the deal with this place is but the service was horrible, food below average and the construction work they were doing felt like it was not ready to be open. This area has way better options than what we got.

Service was all but nonexistent. After about 20 minutes, had to get up from the table to track down a waitress to take our order. Food didn't arrive for another 30+ minutes after that, and one of the dishes was lukewarm. Food was unremarkable. We didn't receive water that we had requested until after our food arrived. We never received the beverages that we ordered, but the waitress still tried to charge us for the beverages. Never again!

The first clue about this restaurant was availability on a Friday night offering 1000 points! Surprised to find its location in a Holiday Inn, I might've thought to go elsewhere due to the hotel's brand of mediocrity. Right from the get-go, there is a disconnect in the flow of this place. With a name like, Brasserie Seoul, one expects either Korean, French, and/or some sort of fusion of the two. Nothing on the menu comes close! The kitchen staff looked bored, the wait staff chatted as if they hadn't seen each other in years, while only three tables of patrons waited. When we finally called our server over, he thought he had already taken where the ambiance is refreshingly inviting, the cheap knives that barely cut feel more like children's utensils; and where the prices are reasonable, the attitude of staff is not. I would love nothing more than to bring my friends to this place to turn it around. Start with branding it according to its name or menu and get a new staff that wants to be employed. I've had more care from Bareburger servers than paying the cost of eating here. Such a waste!

There is nothing Seoul about this restaurant. It's just a "French" menu The food was ok. The service was very odd. Our server actually left mid meal because he "didn't feel well." This after he'd handled our plates, cups, etc...It was a higher priced meal for what we got. I wouldn't go back.

I have been to this restaurant twice with several friends as a pre-theater dinner get together with 4-5 friends. The menu is not extensive, but what they serve is consistently delicious. All of our meals arrived in plenty of time and were perfectly cooked to everyone's specifications. All of us thought that this was one of the best meals we've had in a long time. Highly recommended!

False advertising. This is part of the Holiday Inn but that is not disclosed on the website or the Seamless app. Only learned this fact upon arriving at the restaurant. Had I know it was a part of the Holiday Inn, I would not have gone. Bad experience to find out the way I did.

Was more than upset about this visit. We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday with chef Parks highly praised cuisine just to find out that he is no longer working there and the menu has been switched it to the most blunt And an interesting Mediterranean cheap café. It didn’t help seeing that beautiful decor was converted into the holiday inn eatery. It seems like a deliberate cheat that after the famous chef’s departure the restaurant has not been renamed and when making a reservation you don’t know that you are going to have a very different experience. Shame!

It was probably my poor investigation, but it was in a Holiday Inn- under staffed and poor. After seating on a morning it took over 12 minutes to get a mimosa and the blood Mary took another 10 minutes. Food was the worst we had in Brooklyn for our 4 day stay.

I sat at the bar and the waiter I believe his name Jaton ( sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) He was excellent, all of his suggestions were great and delicious. My drink black magic was so damn good. He was so attentive, so prompt. Every bar should have a waiter like him. And Eduardo was very welcoming. He had great energy as well. Great Spot and Great staff! I liked my sliders , not to keen about my wings, truffle fries were decent. I should have went with the grilled octopus like the waiter suggested

Service was super slow. There was only one waitress and a hostess attending to patrons at the entire restaurant. But there was only 4 occupied tables including ours. When the waitress finally took our order, she didn’t write it down and had to come back and check what we ordered again. Brought out the wrong salad twice, the bill calculation also came out wrong twice. All in all it was a mess from beginning to end. The food was not good either.

They had a new and updated decor which was nice. Service was a bit slow however and at times forgetful. Food took awhile to come which was surprising because the place was empty, but the waitress was very nice. As for the appetizers, the wings were tasty, and I loved the brussel sprouts. In terms of entrees, salmon was good but nothing special. The steak was a small portion, it was okay but needed some seasoning or sauce and the fries were a little greasy. Last time I came here the dining experience was better. I think they have a new owner and menu now. The place may not last because it wasn’t crowded at all. Food isn’t bad but needs a bit more finesses and food service needs to be faster. Not sure if I will be returning.

Very disappointing. Ordered truffle fries to start with house made smokey ketchup. The fries tasted like they were cooked from frozen, barely had a hint of truffle, and the ketchup was the regular kind. We asked for the smokey ketchup and they made us some - but by then our fries were cold. Luckily we hadn’t ordered our mains so we paid our bill and left. The server was nice and the bartender gave us shots on the house but they couldn’t make up for the subpar food. Only a few other dinners there at 7pm on a Saturday night.
