Brasserie Provence Ratings and Reviews
This was my first dining experience at your restaurant and everyone in our party was extremely pleased with their meal and with the level of service. Our waitress was very outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable, answered our questions about the menu choices and efficient and professional.
I had dinner with my fife and we were little bit disappointed:
Out appetizers, snails and foie gras are both had almost no salt.
The sea bass was little bit better.
For dessert pistachio gelato was not available.
Honestly our visit last year was more enjoyable.
After being seated quickly we waited nearly 20 minutes for our waiter. Our table ordered two steaks. Both medium rare. One steak came out so charred I couldn't taste the meat. The other steak was cooked medium well. Both steaks were cool, one to the point the butter couldn't melt on it. The staff was pleasant and we received complimentary dessert for our wait. This was my second visit and hand a much better experience the first time.
We went to Brasserie Provence for our anniversary, and it did not disappoint! We went based on the recommendation from friends, and we were so glad we went! We were seated by the fireplace, which was so special, and the food was amazing. I ordered the coq au vin and my husband ordered the trout, and we both left thinking that was the best of each we'd ever had. A great place for a special date night away from the kids, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We didn’t know until we got there, it was a set price for 3 course menu but it was very good. We weren’t disappointed. I had the tomato/goat cheese tart, salmon, & cheesecake; husband had salad, shrimp & raspberry custard-type dessert. Everything was very good & we were full!
I had never been before, but really enjoyed the whole experience. There wine list was fairly extensive and our waiter was helpful when making a selection. I had the Ruby red trout and my date had the pork chop. Both were delicious. I will definitely go back.
I decided to make a reservation for this restaurant while planning a surprise date night for my wife. We’ve eaten French cuisine many times before and this is one of our new favorites. The service, food quality and taste, and atmosphere was all top-notch. The presumed owner was very active in welcoming guests, checking in on tables, and also managing the food service and staff which was very nice to see. Very pleased with this restaurant - we will definitely be back for another date night or even a causal dinner at the bar.
We dine here often and are always pleased with each experience. On this visit, there was a large corporate group who took up much of our servers time. She was challenged to check on us as often as usual, but we understood this to be unusual. Great drinks, wonderful food, deserts to die for, table by the fireplace on a cold night, a knowledgeable and charming server...what more could you want? We’ll be back soon!
We were greeted immediately by a very friendly hostess. The lunch menu had many selections and we chose the soup and sandwich combo which was surprisingly reasonable. There is a nice wine list with many French wines. The food was promptly served and pleasing in presentation. Every morsel was delicious!! During nice weather, there is nice seating outside. Definitely one of our new favorite places!
Service was great, atmosphere was good, food tasted good, but the portions for the entre' was not what I would expect for the price. A much cheaper restaurant would have dolled out twice the size. Overall, a good experience and will, most likely, visit again.
Excellet food and service. The owner visits each patron.
The owner served our Chateaubriand, and the waiter was very attentive.
Select this place for a romatic anniversary, an evening business dinner, or just the night out.
Definitely worth the time and price.
