Wine dinner. Excellent service and food.
Every course of the meal was outstanding. The wine pairings were great. A wonderful evening!
Great food great atmosphere we had a lovely time
The food was delicious. Really enjoyed everything we had.
Food was filling and reasonably priced. Absolutely loved the flavors.
We have eaten at Provence many times and have always enjoyed the food and service. It's a great place to sit back and enjoy good food and a nice glass of French wine. I don't know what I'd recommend as I've never had something I didn't like.
Calm quiet business lunch with great food and service.
We went to Brasserie Provence for our 20th anniversary and had a spectacular meal! The melange, chicken and steak frites were delicious! They brought a delicious cake to celebrate. Everyone was masked and social distanced. The ambiance was perfect. Thank you!
Always enjoy my experiences here. Guy and the entire team do a fabulous job of providing amazing food and service time and time again. One of my favorite go-to spots for lunch and diner.
Always a great dining experience. One of my favorite restaurants.
Delicious food, great ambiance, great service
My wife and I chose this restaurant due to two reasons: a recommendation from a family friend and seeing the owner on tv.
The Saturday evening crowd was very light but we were seated in the very middle of the dining area. Our location was at a table where we had wait staff passing by continually. They stopped several times to check on us. However, the one glaring absence was the owner never once even acknowledged out presence. He made stops to engage with the five other tables in the area. I attempted to make eye contact but apparently Guy was unable to take the time.
For our dinner we started with a cheese plate which was very good. For our entrees, my wife had steak frites and I chose the pork chop. The steak was under seasoned and fatty. The pork chop was excellent though as were the gratin and ratatouille.
We are very fortunate in Louisville to have some terrific restaurants. Dining out, especially at this time should be a holistic experience. Given all of the options, we would likely not return to Brassiere Provence.
Marvelous food, great wine selection, pleasant surroundings, as well as attention given to Coronavirus precautions.
My fiancé and I went here for our two year anniversary and were blown away! Our experience was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
Great dinner, loved the French onion soup, charcuterie, escargot, and mushrooms , can’t wait to come back
Wonderful luncheon; excellent and authentic French cuisine in a friendly atmosphere.
Delicious food, nice atmosphere. Most of the entrée prices are reasonable.
Great food and service every time. Well worth a visit for any occasion.
Sea scallops were a bit saltier than I prefer. Everything else was perfect. We appreciated precautions that this restaurant takes during these Covid times and felt very comfortable there. Our waiter was top notch.
Great food and excellent Covid-19 safety measures!
The food and wine were excellent as usual and the coronavirus precautions were reassuring. For that reason however the ambience was less warm that it has been in the past; it's difficult to create a warm ambience when everyone is wearing a mask.
Very under rated restaurant in Louisville. Food and service is always top notch! The best french onion soup! The best pork chop! The best trout! Great burger and steaks too! The owner (Guy) will usually stop by your table to make sure things are good and your a happy diner! Highly recommend giving it a try!
We always love to go to Brasserie Provence. Best mussels in town. I have to say that if you want to dine somewhere and feel safe, this is the place to go. Every precaution is made to make sure you have a safe and wonderful dining experience.
Absolutely impressive in keeping social distance and everything was so clean and it was the most comfortable place I have been in some time since the pandemic. The luncheon was delicious and it was my second visit in two weeks. I would regard this as a great place to meet friends for a meal.
Just the best food and service and we took advantage of 1/2 price bottle wine night on a Monday so that was great too!
What a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and food was better.
As usual the food and service were outstanding as was the ambience of the restaurant. It is one of our favorite places to dine!
Was really wanting to try the French onion soup. Was nothing what I was hoping for. Could have went to Friday’s and got better.
I brought 4 friends to lunch and it was lovely. We felt safe, the place is beautiful, food excellent, and we adored our waiter! Couldn’t have been any nicer!
Red ruby trout so delicious.
Cosmopolitian I wish it used-ocean Sparr cranberry juice.
I don’t like the brand they use.
Great restaurant though.
Everything was wonderful! The service and the food were outstanding!
Best most favorite of all places to eat.
We were thrilled that Brasserie offered an outdoor seating option at lunch, and they appear to be doing a brisk business, I mostly enjoy their food quite a bit. The crab cake, escargot and mussels were superior. The foie gras was cold and lacked viscosity and the scallop dish was slightly under seasoned, with heavy and dull rice and a side tomato that managed to be boring and heavy at the same time. But these are slight detractions from a great lunch. We'll go back again and again.
Best meal ever. Absolutely perfect. Our favorite place.
Always a special night at Brasserie Provence!
Everything was great! We were distanced in a north away from other customers, as we had requested. Everything was clean, service was cheerful and quick, we felt that we were very important customers!! And, they brought us a birthday dessert!
As always, excellent cuisine and service. Highly recommended.
Wasn’t as good as usual! My swordfish was cold. Waited too long to bring back! No compensation. I don’t remember being charged for bread. Disappointed!
