                                                          My husband and I went here for a Sunday brunch. We had a good time. The tables were very close to each other, so everyone could hear other’s conversations. The food was good, nothing mind blowing. Desert was delicious and the service was amazing. Our overall experience was very good. We would go back although we will continue to explore other restaurants in DC. We are new to the city since the pandemic started so we’re now able to get into what DC has to offer. Coming from NYC which has some of the best foods, our experience with food in the DMV area has been some what of a disappointment but we will continue to explore.

                                                          We chose this restaurant to celebrate my son's graduation. It was a festive atmosphere and they reserved a nice table for us. It is a large restaurant and it was quite busy the night we dined there. Although the service was a little slow, we did enjoy our food and beverages. I would eat there again.

                                                          Great experience for my family. The food was excellent. Our server Justine was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and accommodating of our kids feeling unadventurous that night. Atmosphere was just right - not too quiet, not too loud. Had a great meal and really enjoyed it. We’ll be back!

                                                          The food was tasty and the ambience was lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside with an umbrella and lights. The service was very slow, however, and we waited a long time to order and then to receive (and pay) the check. Also, I wish the menu had more whole grains and vegetarian options. Further, the items we ordered (especially the croquettes) were too salty.

                                                          Went here for my birthday dinner, and was absolutely impressed with the excellent food, great service, and gorgeous environment. The dishes were all classically French and done beautifully, with a great drinks list that was a hit with everyone at the table. I will absolutely come here again next time I am in DC.

                                                          We were seated in their patio, so we didn’t see much of the interior of the restaurant. However, the service was very good, the food was beyond delicious and my family and I would certainly visit Brasserie Liberte again!

                                                          We will continue to visit Brasserie Liberte the food is always outstanding. This visit we were outside on a chilly afternoon, there should be several area heaters installed to help guest feel more comfortable.

                                                          It was Mother’s Day and we went for brunch. The food was very good! The gazpacho was an excellent start as was the French onion soup:). The only issue was that My eggs Benedict arrived to the table cold and I sent them back and they brought me two new eggs but it took some time so the two people I was dining with were basically finished with their food. The crème brûlée was excellent and the staff were very attentive! We will return next time We are in the area!

                                                          Waiter was very nice but a bit inexperienced. Food was well done but ordered medium. Waiter did not notice and did not seem to think it was an issue. Came back to check on the table to long after receiving meal so everyone had finished before my steak was recooked. Mentioned birthday in reservation but no mention from staff to make it special or dessert suggestion

                                                          I went to Brasserie Liberte with my mom to celebrate the end of my sophomore year of college. The host we had was amazing and he was very welcoming. However, our waitress was incredibly slow and didn't seem to care. At first, we were given bread with butter with was way too crunchy. Then the Shirley Temple I ordered wasn't carbonated enough. As an appetizer, I ordered escargot which I normally enjoyed but tasted horrible here. For dinner, my mother and I shared steak frites cooked rare on a New York Strip. The meat was rubbery, flavorless, and cold. I will most likely not be coming back.
