   Service was erratic. Primary waiter was inattentive and slovenly; shirt splattered with food stains and unbuttoned. The 20% service charge (while fairly clearly shown on the menu) is a very poor gimmick for underpricing the cost of already inflated menu prices. Even though the food was quite good, I have NO intention of returning.

   Too long wait. Had to wait more 30 mins for our orders taken ans more an hour to get the main menus. 20% service fee set as default. Not comfortable at all.

   Had a reservation for 1:45 and was not sat until 2:15. Once we got to our table we did not receive water or bread for at least 20 minutes. We had to call the waiter for him to even serve us. Waited another hour to actually receive the food once finally placing an order. When we complained to the manager, they were not apologetic and instead extremely defensive. I understand it is a busy day as it was mother’s day, but prepare ahead of time. There were several empty tables yet the service was extremely slow and the food came out cold. Used to love this place but very disappointed now

   The food is fine. Be aware they add a 20% service fee that they say is not a tip. And that tips are not expected but appreciated

   got multiple of our orders wrong and brought one member of my party’s food out 40 minutes later than everyone else - and we had to remind them multiple times he was still waiting and what his order was! Completely disorganized and not worth the price.

    Service was okay, didn’t see our waitress except for when she took our order. Waited a while for the check. The mandatory tip probably didn’t provide any incentive for good service. Food was also okay! 3 stars.
