Buffet style Christmas dinner. Food lacked flavor, seafood was either under cooked or overcooked, ran out of beef 1 hour into service, and a lack of information on the food we were eating. Service was sub par. The service was bad if you didn’t get the wine package which they pushed. I was offended when the server counted out the cash I placed in in the bill right at the table three times as if it wasn’t enough.
