    The Martini and white negroni very well prepared & the mussels and onion soup definitely worth it. Overall a very nice dinner outing

    This was the perfect final stop on our Miami anniversary food tour! Great vibes, awesome Sunday brunch music, and an incredibly knowledgeable server who made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back for a dozen oysters next time we’re in town!

    As always, the team/hospitality at Brasserie Laurel are world class. The menu is terrific and changes enough so even regular attendance includes surprises. Just a wonderful, reliable, fabulous experience

    Perhaps it was an off day. But brunch was extremely underwhelming. The staff was nice though.

    The chocolate soufflé was not a soufflé it was very dense and did not rise. Not good.

    I have been going seen they opened. And it is still amazing from all perspectives food, services, ambiance, cocktails, wine selection! It is very difficult to be a great restaurant in Miami with that kind of quality. Congratulations!

    The flavours were quite French without any fusion elements which was exactly what we wanted. My wife loved the duck breast entree which was caramelly crispy on the outside which synergized with the ducky flavour of the protein. The beef wellington was exactly how I wanted it, crisp and flaky on the bready outside shell and soft and tender on the short rib. The entrees were both 9.5/10 but two of our three appetizers did not reach those same lofty heights. The beef tartare was not at the same level as the other Michelin star restaurants around town and the escargot was just average. The foie gras with the canele however was one of the best interpretations of that dish we've ever had. The service was also just as good as Ariete where the kitchen was extremely attentive to plating and the staff to the table cleaniness. We would suggest to go early so that parking is not an issue and enjoy the outside walking space after dinner. Deserving of a Michelin star for the overall experience; flavour, ambience, and service.

    We celebrated a birthday here and it was exceptional! From the service to the food, everything was 10/10. Highly recommend the short rib wellington!
