   The flavours were quite French without any fusion elements which was exactly what we wanted. My wife loved the duck breast entree which was caramelly crispy on the outside which synergized with the ducky flavour of the protein. The beef wellington was exactly how I wanted it, crisp and flaky on the bready outside shell and soft and tender on the short rib. The entrees were both 9.5/10 but two of our three appetizers did not reach those same lofty heights. The beef tartare was not at the same level as the other Michelin star restaurants around town and the escargot was just average. The foie gras with the canele however was one of the best interpretations of that dish we've ever had. The service was also just as good as Ariete where the kitchen was extremely attentive to plating and the staff to the table cleaniness. We would suggest to go early so that parking is not an issue and enjoy the outside walking space after dinner. Deserving of a Michelin star for the overall experience; flavour, ambience, and service.

   Really good overall. Went for Easter. Brunch surface was outstanding. Food was very good and authentic.

   We celebrated a birthday here and it was exceptional! From the service to the food, everything was 10/10. Highly recommend the short rib wellington!

   We ordered the tasting menu and it was very good. The server Thalia was excellent and the attention to detail was beyond expectations. The one issue I had was that there seem to be a lot of gnats in the restaurant.

   All dishes were excellent, right down to the bread. The grouper was an absolute standout! Easily one of the best preparations I’ve ever tasted. Will definitely return!

   We had a fantastic dinner celebrating my birthday at brasserie Laurel. Very impressed with the outstanding and incredibly flavorful dishes as well as the staff hospitality. Highly recommend!

   We had few time to have finner because of the Miami Heats NBA match and the staff helped us to manage this hurry. We ate fast but it was delicious and the service was perfect too

    It is impossible to praise Brasserie Laurel too highly. This is a world-class restaurant that has refined every detail of cuisine, ambiance, and service to the highest degree. You will leave satisfied, refreshed, and feeling valued. There is no pretense, only great skill and true hospitality. Go and enjoy!
