Everything was awesome! Very unique nostalgia, and environment! Loved everything. The escargot was small, and very chewy. The ravioli was by far the best dish! Will be back for sure!
The sole was very delicate and the pairing with various vegetables made for an excellent combination.
Beautiful restaurant with excellent food and waitstaff!
Great food and service. Good value as well on both food and wine. Very engaged staff. Excellent GM.
Good was delicious!
Nice place with great service. It wasn't crowded. It felt like an intimate dinner. I liked the food.
The food was great! Our waiter was very informative and polite. He was very helpful assisting us with deciding on our meal.
Wonderful experience! I took my sister for the first time and made a special request. The server was so friendly and so efficient. The food was really good , temperature could’ve been warmer but overall really tasty. I was impressed by the level of service more than anything else.
My daughter and I were the only two people dining in which made me a little sad. The wait staff all wore their masks and were very courteous. We enjoyed a delicious dinner: LÉGUMES DE SAISON ET GRITS TRUFFE and RAVIOLIS AUX CHAMPIGNONS that was accompanied by slices of freshly baked baguette bread.
I bought a gift certificate to show our support for this wonderful little restaurant.
I can't wait to go back and try their other menu options. There is so much to like about this place. It takes me back to Paris.
First off, the chef is an idiot to take the duck confit off the lunch menu. Because of this we won’t be going in as much as we used to. He wouldn’t even make it for lunch when they have it on the dinner menu.. like really? You have only one other table in this restaurant?! Why not?! Too lazy and loss of love for cooking I guess. Anyways we both went with steaks which were a tad overcooked, it comes with fries which you can definitely tell they’re bagged/frozen, and a very small salad. They should allow you to add on a soup for $4 just like their other entree choices but they’re money hungry and make you pay $6 for a CUP of soup. I can get a cup of soup at Phoenicia next door same quality for $3, thanks bye. Bread & butter is usually good but man this time it tasted like straight up refrigerator. Eww!! Sorry brasserie but you sucked today and have been sucking. Add the duck confit back to your menu and take off that lame coq au vin that I’m 100% sure NO ONE is ordering bc who wants a hot red wine braised chicken leg? Sounds so unappetizing. But a crispy tender duck leg, yes. Bye for now.
My experience at Brasserie du Parc was lovely overall, the service was great, and the food was fantastic! Definitely a visit-again location and would highly recommend.
Excellent experience!! Also- very much adhering to social distancing rules! The food was top notch. Don’t miss out on the French onion soup - wonderful!
Given the circumstances (pandemic, riots and no view due to the tapped windows) it was nice having dinner at this place. The food tasted great and service personnel was very attentive.
I would definitely recommend this place.
Was excellent meal - wine service and ambience...
We were only ones in restaurant when we dined. I feel so sorry for those businesses affected by the Coronovirus. We had our own server all to ourselves, and she was great. She did not hover, but was there to check on us. Food was fantastic.
All was fine but service could definitely have been better
Great service and great food!
Food is coming close but service needs to improve massively to be in par with its older sibling
A little bit of Paris in downtown Houston ... ask for server Michael !!
Went for my cousins birthday. Food was great and the service was wonderful!
Stopped in for dessert and drinks, both were excellent. The staff were all very friendly, though a bit slow, but it was still a very lovely experience. Will be back in the future 💕
Solid traditional brasserie food done well. Decent wine list, as well.
Excellent service and the food was outstanding. The short ribs were the best I have ever eaten. Very tender and flavorful. My wife’s risotto was also very good. She ate every bite. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Had a great time with excellence service and dinner, will be back again.
Food was very good and tasty, service was slow and distracted. Management should consider bringing more people and more focus for special days as St Valentine’s.
Brasserie du Parc was a great choice for Valentine's Day! My husband and I both enjoyed our meal, but were disappointed that we were only given a preset menu to choose from (which was not disclosed on the site or when booking). The lobster bisque and the Panna Cotta were our favorite dishes, with the entrees being good, but not as memorable as those items. I would definitely recommend Brasserie du Parc to anyone staying at the Marriott Marquis as well, since it is only a short 5-minute walk from the hotel. Cheers!
Nice quiet spot. Really good food. I
Went for dinner and will return. Also will try happy hour.
Always a winner. Brasserie du Parc is our go-to restaurant. Food is always excellent. Salvador, our server, is one of kind. He makes our visits to the restaurant even better. If you’ve never - you need to go. You won’t be disappointed.
Great food, service maybe slow, difficult parking
Nice ambiance, nice staff, unexciting food. Nothing objectionable about this restaurant, but it is just average in cuisine.
Fabulous in every way!!!
Gorgeous place and delicious food. Was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night. Would rks definitely come again!
Beautiful setting, wonderful service from Tiago and yummy food!
Dinning prior to Rockets game
Excellent French food, nice ambiance
A very relaxing atmosphere. Staff was more than kind and attentive.
Always a pleasure, never a disappointment. Salvador (server) always makes it pers ok nal and special.
Amazing service and food was delicious. Happy hour apps are very reasonable. Disappointed that they were out of mussels but otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and would definitely come back!
There are many great restaurants in downtown Houston, but Brasserie du Parc is our choice for pre-concert dining. The prix fixe menu is a wonderful option with a number of choices, most of which can also be found on the regular menu. The preparation of all the dishes on our most recent visit was simply superb- not overly sauced or fussy- just like true brasserie French should be. The favorite was the cassoulet with lamb in an heavenly reduction, and the table shared a nice fromage tray with escargot. Service was very attentive, and questions about the menu were addressed knowledgeably with some excellent recommendations, including wine suggestions to pair with the entrees. Consistently great food + consistently great service will keep us going back!
