We were so glad to finally make it back to the Brasserie and it was a wonderful experience overall, great food, great and the drinks were great!
It was a quiet time - 2:00PM Sunday and the tables seated by us were 12 feet apart
Chris was an awesome waiter and always masked.
Food and drinks were outstanding!
Our server was spectacular- this happens to be my favorite restaurant so no surprise that the food was delicious. I love everything about this place.
Superb food, service desert was amazing. Really an excellent experience.
Great service
Excellent meal and service!
Enjoyed the night and would definitely return. Our server, Cory, was great. He was very attentive. Would recommend the braised beef, coq au vin, and the mac and cheese.
Was great as always
Great place. Food and service were top notch. It is one of our new favorites.
Best burger and French onion soup in the city. Good value on wines and cocktails are yummy.
always great food, great ambience + great service!
Wonderful meal, *of course*; it's Brasserie. But we were very impressed by the service and especially the COVID-19 precautions they were taking. We love Brasserie!
Fantastic experience. Food is unmatched.
It seems that the restaurant may have forgotten our order in the kitchen after several tables around us were served and finished before our food was even noticed missing. Once the error had been acknowledged management brought a free mousse and free drinks for compensation, making for a LONG but enjoyable experience. The food 4 stars simply for the wait... otherwise completely amazing service and compensation for the errors.
We’ve made many a drive just to enjoy brunch. It’s always a delight.
My friend and I LOVED our Sunday brunch experience at Brasserie! We felt safe in the pandemic environment. All employees wore masks, guests wore them too as they moved about the restaurant. Tables were spaced generously. We shared the lemon curd French toast and the eggs benedict. Unexpectedly, the kitchen split both meals into perfect sharing portions for each of us! The food was divine! Caleb, our waiter, was lovely! He helped us pick some delicious cocktails. We never felt rushed or harassed - it was the most perfect brunch experience! We’ll be returning most definitely!
It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Chris, our server and the rest of staff were just so delightful, fun and Attentive. Our little girls were in heaven. Couldn’t have asked for better a better birthday. Thank you.
BEST SETTING AROUND AND GRACIOUS AND TALENTED STAFF. I ordered the chicken and wasn't too pleased but none of it went to waste.
Perfect for a date night, great environment with delicious food!
My husband and I had a wonderful time at Brasserie! Drinks and food were amazing and excellent service!
Excellent meal and experience.
We are transported to a Paris Bistro! Thanks so much!
The food at Brasserie by Niche is always exceptional. Tonight (New Year's Eve) we had Cassoulet (excellent), the Vegetable Galette, the Braised Beef and the Gougeres appetizer, followed by Ile Flotante for dessert. Each dish was delicious and their bread is exceptional. The service was also excellent - the server was warm, friendly, efficient, and fun. Despite the Covid restrictions, they have created a safe, welcoming environment. Overall, Brasserie is always one of our best restaurant experiences.
This was absolutely the best dining experience we have had in a very long time. Both food and service were outstanding. Will go again.
Classic French Bistro food that consistently delivers. They rarely veer from the same menu but they don't have to because they deliver on the classics so well. I have never had a bad experience (food or service wise) and we eat here a lot. Plus there is something to be said about a mid-high priced restaurant who offers an affordable delicious brunch on the weekends. They have THE BEST eggs benedict I have ever eaten. Since the COVID pandemic we have gotten carry out when we want a "fancy" dinner at home and they have translated a carry out menu beautifully...Not sure what to get for take out or where to go for a nice dinner? Like French food? You can always count on Brasserie. While I would label this as a mid-high end restaurant that you would probably use more for a date night, we have brought our toddler here when we wanted a nice family dinner and they were incredibly accommodating to us.
Had a really nice time and enjoyed the evening. Thanks for working hard through all this Covid mess.
The food was delicious and service was impeccable and safe! Thanks for a great brunch service!
I had lunch in the heated tent. I was the only occupant on Christmas Eve day. Considering the outside temperature was in the mid 20's, I was reasonably comfortable.
Service was excellent, attentive and friendly. Boudin Blanc with a glass of white wine was out standing. Considering COVID, I was very pleased and felt very safe.
Always good Inside or out authentic French items , reasonably priced in French atmosphere
Brasserie is probably my favorite restaurant in St. Louis. I was unaware that my dining choices would be tent or next door. All was fine otherwise, but we come for the atmosphere and would have chosen a different time had we known. Maybe I missed the fine print somewhere.
Great meal with fantastic, friendly service. I felt very safe with the social distancing set up.
Was very disappointed. Based on reviews, this is supposedly an amazing place. Friend and I each ordered French onion soup and split a croque madame sandwich.
Soup was cold and devoid of both onion and beef flavor with an over abundance of sherry.
Sandwich had a cold dollop of mornay sauce atop a sandwich sparse on both ham and cheese.
French fries and ice tea were fine.
Pre-tip, our bill was $50 which is outlandish to start with but compounded by lousy food.
We had outstanding service and food to celebrate our anniversary. Only negative was our table was right by the door so I was cold most of the night. Would have been perfect if I was in a warmer location to really relax and enjoy.
During this tough time with restrictions on indoor dining all across the country, Brasserie always delivers. We always feel welcome and have a special experience. Jennifer, the general manager, is always accommodating. Ask for Cory, as he is very experienced and great at his job.
Everything from the bread, to the starters, to the main course was delicious. The service was great. I highly recommend the French onion soup as an appetizer. The bistro steak was really, really good.
Sat outside under the heaters and loved the blanket service. Food was outstanding - one ofbthe best cheeseburgers I have ever had.
Steak Frites was excellent. Drinks were excellent.
We came here to celebrate our 9th anniversary. We were worried about bringing our three week old with us, but no one seemed to mind (she slept the whole time anyway). The atmosphere was nice but casual. The music and lighting were low key. Our server Chris was great. He was helpful, friendly, and attentive. The cocktail we tried was delicious, and all of the food was flawless. We split the charcuterie plate, the fromage plate, French onion soup, and the three course special. The special was a salad, the braised beef meal, and chocolate mousse for dessert. The braised beef was phenomenal - melted in my mouth and was perfectly seasoned. The mousse was great. It was rich and portioned well.
We have always been a fan of Niche restaurants, but this was our first visit to Brasserie. We look forward to coming back!
I had the pumpkin soup made from fairy tale pumpkin, sliced red grapes, cream and topped with a little granola. As delicious as it sounds!
My favorite dining out experience is brunch at Brasserie. Beignets are crazy good.
