Really disappointed with our overall experience at Blanc Brassiere. Food was average, like a harvester pub. Venue looked tired. Service was a little hit and miss.

Disappointing Experience - Wouldn't Recommend for Breakfast We arrived at the restaurant at 10:00 AM for our booking, only to find out it hadn't been confirmed. Despite that, we were eventually seated at 10:10 AM. The staff informed us that breakfast would end at 11:00 AM, which should have left us with plenty of time — but that wasn't the case. We had to repeat our order multiple times to the same server, who seemed confused and disorganized. Even then, most of our order didn't arrive as requested. Something as simple as two slices of toast took over 10 minutes to be served. By the time all of our food finally arrived, it was already 10:47 AM, leaving us barely any time to eat or enjoy the meal. Adding to the frustration, I was refused a seating preference - despite the restaurant not being busy at all. Overall, the experience felt chaotic, rushed, and poorly managed. We left disappointed and won't be returning.

From being met with a lovely warm greeting to the food and ambience we can’t fault the place. The decor is classy, the food extremely tasty with lots of flavours going on (particularly in some of the deserts) and service fabulous. Highly recommend and would defo return should we be flying from Manchester airport again.
