   Amazing service and food loved the venue and the layout of the place alongside the Friendly staff and delicious dishes

   From being met with a lovely warm greeting to the food and ambience we can’t fault the place. The decor is classy, the food extremely tasty with lots of flavours going on (particularly in some of the deserts) and service fabulous. Highly recommend and would defo return should we be flying from Manchester airport again.

   Wasn't quite what I expected as it is open plan in the bar at the hotel so the food was served across the bar as well so didn't really feel anything like a restaurant nor did we need to book. Shame about the venue, food seemed to lack seasoning in some parts so whilst decent food and well cooked there were some elements that didn't hit the spot. Thats not to say it wasn't value for money, it is and if I stayed in the hotel I'd have been happy for that is what it is, decent hotel food. Think the name Blanc over-promises... The staff were really nice cant fault them in any way. Maybe the restaurant area should be self-contained and screened off to make it private.
