   The steak night meal wasn't very good , the steak was just ok but the sauces were terrible !! No burger available for the kids and when we received the bill they charge us for the glass of proscecco who suppose to be a good gesture for the birthday request ! The only thing was the waitress who was very friendly and the pistachio soufflee that saved the night !

   Fabulous meal, great service and free bottle of wine on steak night. Chateaubriand was excellent and flavoursome.

   Amazing food from their new autumn menu. Excellent and friendly service from the service staff and really good value for money. Highly recommended.

   My wife, mother-in-law (95) and I enjoyed a very good lunch. The food was good and the service excellent! The ambiance was a little lacking, with only three other tables occupied. Due to my mother-in-law’s age and appetite we only had one course and a drink each costing a total of £60+ which I felt was a little bit pricey!

   Another excellent British restaurant group Cf to The Ivy. This is the in-house dining room at the seaside Marriott. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner throughout our stay. Highly recommend hotel and restaurant. A classy place with lovely views. Only drawbacks are it is a bit remote and hotel lacks an indoor pool. Restaurant is worth a visit.

   Really enjoyed our meal here. Only disappointment was the crème brûlée which was not rich and creamy like it should be. Our server removed it from the bill and overall the service was very good. We would go back but the chef does need to take a hard look at that dessert. Raymond Blanc would not approve!

   Some excellent food, the pork was delicious and the squid, chick pea and chorizo mix was delightful. Excellent service from Justin.

    Overall the food was good but desserts were disappointing as pistachio soufflés was served in a chipped ramekin and crème brûlée’s top wasn’t hard so it had to go back
