Brassa is a new grill restaurant that will offer the best quality meats and freshest seafood from around the world.

The “simply prepared” menu will allow guests to create their dish, with all proteins cooked in a “Candela” charcoal grill. The wine list will be expansive, featuring wines from around the world, and an innovative craft cocktail menu using the best local ingredients will be available. In addition, Brassa will be a social gathering place for the community, suitable for all celebratory occasions.

Very expensive. I asked for coffee and they charged me for each cup, and did not fill them up more than half full. Be careful of sneaky charges. Music was very loud.

This restaurant was amazing! It is very pretty and the service is impeccable. Angelo gave us excellent service and was a delight to talk to. We had the short rib and filet, both with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. The steaks were perfectly cooked as requested. But it was the desserts that stole the show! The key lime dessert was a unique mix of frozen and toasted. The chocolate lava cake was served with vanilla ice cream. Both desserts were so good! We had the most amazing dinner in such a beautiful setting. It was a perfect evening!

I was disappointed in the way that the food was seasoned - too much salt. The service was really good. I would like to have seen more authentic Dominican cuisine.

I had the pleasure of dining at Brassa recently, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly special. They greeted me warmly and even referred to me by name from the reservation an impressive and personal touch that set the tone for the evening. I was celebrating a birthday, and the staff didn’t miss a beat. They acknowledged the occasion with genuine enthusiasm and made sure every detail was perfect. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member was attentive without being intrusive, and their professionalism and friendliness elevated the entire experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, but it was the exceptional service that truly stood out. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like a VIP especially for a special occasion Brassa is the place to go. Highly recommend!
