   The restaurant had a cute vibe, but it has been touted as an amazingly wonderful dining experience which it was not. Service was mediocre, and the food was nothing special and quite pricey. I will say that we went for brunch and not dinner. Perhaps dinner is a much better experience

   Overall a super experience. Wonderful food - we had the endive salad, the scallop crudo and the swordfish and the mango semifreddo. Everything was inventive and delicious and we liked the vibe. Our only complaint was the wine by the glass list - it was small and pricey, considering the wines were not great. A bonus is plenty of free street parking on Sunday nights

   The restaurant had a lively atmosphere and an interior that felt eerily similar to El Che. Service was excellent—attentive, professional, and well-paced. The food was undeniably high quality, though the flavors didn’t quite hit the “game-changer” mark for us personally. That said, I can easily see how this could be someone’s favorite spot. My fiancée and I have been fortunate to visit some truly standout restaurants recently, so our bar may be unusually high. Brasero certainly surpasses many others in both execution and experience, and it deserves recognition for that.

   This dinner experience was so unbelievably good, the flavors were so unique. The service was amazing and I haven't had food like this in Chicago before it was so great.

   This was me and my lady’s first time and we LOVED it. The wait wasn’t too bad, but luckily we had reservations because the place was stacked. The clams were amazing, the asparagus was so good she wanted the recipe and the surf and turf was fire! Anytime we come back to Chicago, this will be a must stop. Our waiter also made for an even better experience and was absolutely personable. Thank you guys for the experience.

   Blake was an amazing server. He walked us through the menu and had amazing recommendations. Everything tasted great highly recommend the noodles and steak here. The coconut soft serve was delicious and great way to end the meal.Our group was able to chat comfortably there music wasn’t too loud. The staff cleared our table quickly and didn’t miss a beat when being out the next dishes.

    After having a spectacular and special dinner at Brassero, brunch was a disappointment. Something felt off...the service was not coordinated or attentive and despite beautiful presentation, the food was mostly just ok. However, I will note the ham and cheese danish was delish! I have recommended Brassero to a lot of people since our amazing dinner, however, I am a bit reluctant to continue after this past experience.
