   We were a little bit disappointed with our experience. The reviews were all so stellar we really expected to be blown away. We were greeted very nicely and despite it being crowded, they honored our reservation time and made us feel very welcome. Our server started out strong, but then, even though they seem to work together as a team, our table was often overlooked. It took us two requests to get anything, including side, dishes, extra plates, more water, and dessert. The various meats were all delicious and plentiful although we did have to request the nicer cuts such as the fillet- I feel like if we had not asked for them, they would not have offered it to us, which requires guest to research all the different offerings. It might be nice to perhaps provide a checklist at the table so you can make sure you are trying everything? The other disappointing thing that happened was that the door handle came off in the bathroom stall of the men’s room and my son was trapped in there for a couple of minutes which was a bit scary. Finally, we were not warned that on Mother’s Day dinner there would be holiday pricing so we were quite surprised when we received the bill. Usually when you make your reservation on open table, they warn you about holiday pricing and I also did not see this price increase on the website. They did however, offer us a free birthday dessert and a coupon to come back and the waiter apologize and said it was exceptionally busy still for the price a little bit of a letdown.

   We went there for Mother’s Day! Absolutely wonderful experience. On top, each mother got a gift certificate card for a free meal next time! How great and thoughtful gift!

   My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant. We celebrated his birthday in April there. We celebrated my birthday with 25 guests on May 3. We just had a dinner date there on yesterday. Our servers, Carlos and Mario were outstanding. I don’t remember the manager’s name but he was awesome as well. If you ever need a venue for a special occasion, you don’t have to look any further. Gisele, the event coordinator will take care of everything. My birthday dinner was amazing. All of my guests except for one, that was their first experience eating there. One couple has already went back to dine in again. So yes we’re team Brasao’s, loyal customers for life!

   This was our first time at Brasao Brazilian Steakhouse and we had a fantastic experience. The customer service was top tier. The food was delicious! We have visited other Brazilian steakhouses and this was above all. Will definitely come back.

   First time visit with my wife and we went for lunch. The food, value and service was amazing and truly surprising. We didn’t expect the quality and attention to detail the employees showed us! We will definitely be back!

   the customer service is always over the top I would recommend anybody to join them for brunch or dinner the Freeman‘s are always there at least once a month

   Absolutely delicious food and impeccable service! Highly recommend the Executive Lunch. We treated my father in law to a birthday lunch here and he was so impressed with everything. We’ll be back!

   Stevie and Estella provided world-class customer service, and the food is spectacular. Highly recommend! The sausage and filet mignon were amazing. Brasao’s well-trained staff are so attentive, friendly and engaging. The grilled pineapple with glazed brown sugar is phenomenal and complements the ribeye steak so well. Top it off with a bottle of 2021 Cakebread Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon wine, and you’ll have the perfect meal. Would give them all 10 stars if I could!!

   Best holiday experience for a large group. We have been to Brasao with a group of 2 ,4 ,6 and with a group of 10. All of those times were perfect! The customer service is always a 200 out of 10. You could not ask for more perfect service. If you are missing something it’s not for long. They are so attentive, friendly, polite and they all seem so sincere that they want to make your visit the best they can. The food? So delicious and always cooked how you like. So many choices everyone in your party can be pleased. I also love that the music is not too loud, enough for ambience but not so much you can’t hear the people at your table. Thank you for a wonderful holiday lunch with my family.
