Pizza

Our Pizza dough is made fresh daily with Bob's Red Mill Flour and allowed to rise for 24 hours. We bake these pies in a Neapolitan style oven featuring a stone deck heated to over 650 degrees, backed by an open flame. The crusts are slightly charred, in keeping with the tradition of this oldest of pizza styles. Add house salad $3.
