Seafood and soup excellent. Steak and green beans and sides very good. Service by Jerry awesome. Friendly. Romantic.
Best bone in ribeye ever! Jerry always provides excellent service!
We had a gift card for Brandywine Prime so we decided to eat on a Friday during lent. Bad idea, the scallops I got were ok, not a good choice since this place is know for meat! The salad was amazing! We also got two sides, baked and mashed potato. Mashed was very good but the baked potato was dry and bland and for $6 not a good value. I make better baked potatoes at home! I had a couple of glasses of wine and my daughter ordered the salmon which was very good. We got carrot cake and a martini (expresso) for dessert. The bill $126. We knew it would cost a lot, but unless you are eating the filet, I wouldn't recommend eating there. Michael our server was outstanding. Overall a good experience.
Celebrated a friend's birthday here they loved the food and the Ambiance of the place.
Their steak was fabulous and so were their drinks.
First visit. The guy waiter with the beard was very off putting and quite condescending when he talked about steak. At the end of the day steaks were just ok, atmosphere very nice and drinks very strong. Not a place that draws you back. B-
We love everything about Brandywine Prime! The dinners are out of this world (the steaks particularly!), Happy Hour is great, and the Sunday Brunch is one of the best kept secrets around.
Love Sunday brunch at Brandywine Prime. Staff is so friendly and food is excellent.
Great night, good service and excellent food. Michael and his team are always at the top of their game. Happy to return
We went to happy hour before dinner and had their oysters and flat bread. For dinner we had the special, the cowboy steak. Everything was delicious but the steak was definitely one of the best we have ever had.
Our server Chris Hoopes was excellent making food and wine suggestions. He was efficient, friendly and non-intrusive during the meal. Steak special and barrel cut rib eye were perfect. Thank you Chris.
Went for Sunday brunch. Food was great as always and they were very accommodating to my son with food allergies.
The food was delicious and well presented. Our waitress borderlined on rude. We felt we were inconveniencing her with our presence. We waited for service, had to ask more than once for coffee and she walked away while answering a question we had. The food was worth the stop. We hope to come back and get a different server.
Have frequented this restaurant since they opened over ten years ago. The food is always good and the drinks are always spot on. The one consistent inconsistency is the service. Our waiter the other night was particularly joyless and it was obvious he would rather be somewhere else. Questions about the menu and specials were greeted with a taint of annoyance that left us cold. That being said, I have also had many pleasant service encounters that have made for a very enjoyable dining experience -just wish I could tell in advance which one we were going to get.
It was our first time at this restaurant. Our waiter was friendly and happy to serve us. The food was excellent and more then we could eat and the dessert was delicious. We intend to make this a regular stop.
Great atmosphere and food was outstanding. Waiter was attentive and engaging with the menu options
Food was excellent, the only reason I wouldn’t rate it higher is that each of our “medium” fillets came between medium rare to medium well. Other than that it was a great experience and the wait staff was attentive and friendly.
I've been to Brandywine Prime for their delicious steak, this was my first time trying their Sunday Brunch. The brunch was outstanding. It was part made to order and part buffet. The price was extremely reasonable for all that you got, you could visit the buffet as often as you wished.
Buffet had several types of salad, meats/cheeses/fruit, seafood, soup of the day, and desserts. Something for everyone.
Our waiter was excellent; I'd have given him 6 stars if I could. He made the experience that much more enjoyable.
Birthday party for 11 16 year olds
One of our favorite restaurants
I was hoping for more. I didn’t get a welcome feeling from the gentleman who greeted me at he door. I asked about my reservation and got the cold shoulder. Food was good, not great. Appetizers were the best part of the meal. For about $60 per entree, I was not impressed. I’ll come back for bar food, but not a dinner.
Great ambiance. Very quiet in dining room allowed for great conversation. Food was very good and service was great. Would recommend for date night. Good wine list.
Our waiter, Michael, was outstanding and he made our 39th Anniversary dinner very special!
We come here 3-4 times a year. A little on the pricey side so we can’t afford to go all the time but the food is absolutely wonderful. The only place I know I will get my steak cooked the way I want so the price is absolutely worth it. We were celebrating our friends expecting a child and it was there first time there. Our friend is a chef and was blown away by the meal he got. Thanks for always giving us a wonderful dining experience. We will continue to enjoy our special occasions there.
1st time at Brandywine Prime, for my fiancé’s bday. The barrel cut steak was amazing!! Bread pudding was awesome! Jerry was a GREAT waiter. Will go back!
Excellent food and service for our 38th anniversary
Happy hour had good food and drink options which gave us time to kill prior to our dinner reservation. There is a very reasonable corkage fee which allowed us to bring our own bottle of wine for dinner. Excellent steaks for my girlfriend and I with perfectly sized side portions. Overall great night out and the food lived up to the hype of others I spoke to prior to visiting.
We went for Valentine's day and it was a later reservation (9:00) so the dinner crowd was kind of dying down. After being seated we waited awhile and when our waiter did arrive he seemed rather disinterested in being there. However, the food was excellent and we enjoyed the evening. In general I'd recommend it.
Valentines Dinner for two. From the time we entered the restaurant til the time we left it was a great experience. The food was fabulous and the waiter was very attentive. We were big fans of the ambiance and the flow of everything from the seating to the lighting! What a treat. We will definitely return for dinner for another special occasion or just because! Thanks for making Valentines a great one! Highly recommend! #CremeBrulee #Vino #Steak #Fish #Crab #Ambiance #Wow
Another exceptional meal. Food was outstanding, wait staff was very professional. Can't miss here for a great evening out!!
Excellent food and drinks. Seated on time with reservation.
I had made reservations in advance and asked for 6:00. Told that5:15 was the only time available. We dined in a room which throughout our dinner was 75% empty. Not sure why couldn’t have been accommodated at around 6:00 PM. With that said not only was it Valentine’s Day but also my wife’s birthday. It was mentioned but unlike the past no Birthday dessert was offered. A bit disappointing but I guess they didn’t feel it necessary to acknowledge her special day
This was an excellent meal for Valentines Day. The steaks were delicious- my wife had the prime strip steak and I had the prime fillet. The char and seasonings were perfect. Came with green beans. The grilled romaine salad was okay, the Brussel sprouts excellent according to my wife who eats them. The glass of Cabernet was great. Octopus app was fantastic. Service was a joke - the female server took the order and disappeared. Had to track her down to get the side of sprouts and she acted put upon. A joke for what BP tries to be - top notch steak with equal service.
Brandywine Prime is 5 star all the way. Had dinner upstairs, nice and quiet. French onion soup oh so fantastic and I've had many. Filet and ribeye both perfect as well as twice baked potato. Dessert not to be missed either. Fine service from Carmine for a finishing touch to a perfect pre valentines dinner. Not to be missed, a magical restaurant that ticks all your boxes!!
My wife and I had a wonderful dinner. Our server elaborated on the meat selections and even as far as the history of the building. Top notch!!!
We have never had a bad meal at Brandywine Prime. Service is outstanding!
I love Brandywine Prime! Yesterday my daughter and two granddaughters went for brunch. The food was delicious (as usual!) and our server, Michael was wonderful!
Food is consistently well prepared and presented nicely. Wait staff very knowledgeable about the menu and food preparation.
The food was amazing.
We had a great meal, our server was great. Brought my mother and father in for their birthday. We love BP and always find excuses to come back.
I am never disappointed with my meals at BP and the wait staff are always attentive and extremely knowledgeable. We ordered the spinach salad which was excellent. Unfortunately BP was out of swordfish so I ordered the ravioli, which were very light and had a tasty blush sauce.
