We celebrated my son’s 21st birthday and Brandl did not disappoint. The food and service were outstanding! The tuna tartare appetizer was amazing! The lazy lobster and mushroom risotto were delicious and the NY strip steaks were cooked perfectly medium rare as ordered. For dessert we had the chocolate and white raspberry soufflés, which were so yummy and enough for all of us to share. The service was attentive and very professional. I highly recommend Brandl. We will definitely be back!

We are regulars at Brandl as we love their food and hospitality. On the evening we went we enjoyed the nightly burrata offering that had roasted tomatoes with basil oil, delicious. Entrees included the seafood special of blackened sea scallops served over Mexican street corn. This was a delightful combination of flavors and very tasty. We also orders the mushroom risotto that was very creamy and flavorful. A side order of Brussels sprouts was also fantastic. These little bulbs are deeper fried to a delicate crispness then drizzled with pomegranate molasses which imbued a wonderful flavor.

Food came cold, especially sides. Biggest miss was the medium rare steak that came well done and took another 10-15 minutes to arrive, well after everyone had finished their meals.

The staff was warm and well-intended but this place failed on every level: Venue is run down and poorly maintained - crumbs on a chair at our table, chain restaurant decor. Main dishes took over an hour to arrive from the time we ordered - pleasant server but never came over to explain the delay or check on us after the meals were served. Food -terribly outdated both in presentation and composition. A 1970's style wedge salad with bottle style dressing...filet mignon ordered well done was completely burned. - NOT charred - inedible. And the Lazy Lobster Risotto, or as they called it "their signature dish for 23 years" consisted of overcooked risotto topped with shelled claws and tail of a diminutive crustacean drowning in a sea of clarified butter. Menus and venues need to evolve. I usually speak up on the spot so I don't feel compelled to complain online. But this was beyond egregious.

The most delicious lazy lobster I had on Saturday ! Served on top of asparagus risotto .. everyone’s dinner was delicious . Veal chop, rack of lamb, filet mignon and chicken…I most definitely recommend Brandl for a delicious dinner to remember! Also had the escargot! Yum
