   Wonderful and inspired dishes, quite innovative and nothing standard about them. The Brocollini is a marvel, and the fried polenta that accompanies the Iberico Pork is a masterpiece.

   This was an outstanding meal, from the opening cocktail. Friendly, professional service. Well designed room. Good, good, good food. Inspired by Italian indeed. Don't be put off by the strip mall location and the odd entrance. Well worth the trip.

   Amazing & dynamic food, well seasoned and prepared with nuance. Fantastic service takes it over the top. Must go spot and I will return!

   New hours-now open every day! So of course I made a reservation for Sunday, after seeing Trojan Women at CSN's BackStage Theatre. Started with a Pisco Sour ($17): A foamy refreshing citrus sipper. New menus and items! There's an Apperitivo [sic] Hour menu, all set at $9. Chose the Prosciutto: Three crunchy breadsticks, with the thin salty sweet slices wrapped halfway up the crispy batons and liberally sprinkled with cheese. The tomato jam was a sweet dip. Relatively new to the cocktail menu, Life Gave Us Lemons ($18): Twist on the limoncello martini, floral with great balance between sour and sweet. Strong too. Main Menu Pasta-Rigatoni Alla Gricia ($26): Plentiful short tubes, silky sauce punctuated with crispy bits of rich pork and pepper, all lightly dusted with pecorino. For dessert chose a snifter of Bigallet China-China ($12) and Canestrelli ($9): A dozen or so of the snappy cookies. Simple but a good light finish. Value: I am always going to praise fresh takes, frequent updates, with reliable high quality and craftsmanship both at the bar and in the kitchen. Bramàre smashes it on all counts. Service: Super engaging and professional from entry to exit. Special mentions to bartender (Michael) G, Chefs Joe and Joel, and owner Constantin for enhancing the elevated but accessible vibes.

   Not sure how it happens, we had a party of 9 for a birthday and half of the entrees were incredible, the other half were inedible. The service was incredible but sent dishes back, most just took a bite and declined to eat the food. Overall the check including tip and bar was over $1000. An unfortunate choice, we won’t be returning.

   Hi Darin, I am sorry that you had this experience. I do not recall anyone sending anything back that day as I would have made sure to stop by and try and make the experience correct, but I could have missed it. If you could let me know which dishes fell flat, I would be grateful. I'm glad that you enjoyed the service from Marc and some of the dishes, but am obviously disappointed that we failed you in other regards. I would appreciate the opportunity to make this up to you in some way. We always strive to provide an incredible experience, but we obviously fell short in your case. Please reach out to me.    Food quality and price are very good. Great selection of cocktails and wine. Great place to go to eat before going to the Sphere. Or, you want to escape from the hotel restaurants.

   Great dinner with my family. Loved the variation of the dinner menu. Great selection of food, especially like the starter Brocollini. The waiter was very informative and professional, great recomendations.
