   This was our first time dining at Braised and it was great. The portions were perfect and the service was excellent. We decided to get dessert and we were not disappointed with the Carrot Cake. It was delicious. We will for sure be back.

   A beautiful menu with plenty of variety. The appetizers were delicious, the sweet potato fries are a must! Started with delicious cocktails and ended with an incredible carrot cake.

   Everything was fantastic French Onion soup is off the charts. Sea bass was cooked perfectly and must have been 10-12 oz huge piece of fish. Chicken Marsala was one of the best I’ve had. Lemon Tart for dessert was excellent.. Five stars!!

   It is very loud. If you are seated at a table in the middle of the restaurant it is going to be very difficult to carry on a conversation. The food was good and the gluten-free items were a pleasant surprise. We will go back.

    My new fav night out restaurant/bar and so excited they are in our sweet town of Tulare! Love the menu options, decor/layout, quality of food, service and everyone we encountered were soooo nice. It was such a pleasant evening with delishous food and drinks. Yes, it's a bit pricey but I don't mind paying for a classy alternative in our sweet city. We had the Salmon Cerviche to start. (Appetizer special). Really great flavor and nice summertime addition. Then we split the Beet Salad w/goat cheese and the Lamb Lollypops. The salad had a generous portion of beets and the dressing was spot on. I could have used a bit more goat cheese but it could be that I'm obsessed with goat cheese. I'll ask for more next time. The lamb was cooked perfectly and the had a really yummy crunchy coating. We decided on the Strawberry Fizz 🍓 for our cocktail and it did not disappoint. I heard the Berry cocktail is a good one too. Overall.. there is nothing like this restaurant anywhere in the Central Valley and I look forward to supporting them and trying everything in the menu!

    I have been here a few times now and love it! If your looking for a more quiet and relaxing dinner I would recommend going mid week and early, the weekends get busy and a little loud. It is a cute and fun place anytime you go. It is on my favories list for sure.

    The food was excellent. The service was great. I don’t think our water glasses were empty for more than a few seconds. Everyone was nice and attentive. The overall feel of the restaurant was great. The decor was beautiful. It was kind of like dining in someone’s home. We will definitely be returning.

    The food was excellent! I hope they invest in some acoustical dampening in the future. The staff could use a bit more training on the finer points of service in an upscale restaurant. I enjoyed the decor and look forward to trying again for more seasonal specialties. We enjoyed the house board, the potato and leek soup, calamari, canaloni and parpadelle. The only thing I thought that could be improved was the French onion soup. I would definitely recommend for the food and specialty cocktails.

    Delicious food, wonderful staff, beautiful restaurant. What more can one ask for! They were very accommodating for our baby including having a fully stocked changing table in the men’s restroom! Definitely will dine here again!

    Excellent experience everything was on point. Reservations at 5:30pm immediate service Great seating perfect music staff friendly and attentive. My boss was in town for our monthly meeting and his favorite place in this area is in Visalia. He enjoys GOOD food service and atmosphere Braised impressed him making it his new favorite restaurant and mine too!!!!!! From the appetizer to desert perfection. Thank you Braised.

    Amazing place! Food and wine was wonderful. The owner was so generous and gracious. The Pappardelle the best I ever had. Got to try most of the desserts lemon tart,tiramisu,carrot cake which were all amazing. Lamb chop was also one of the best I’ve had. All around excellent food. Everything is done by scratch also.     The nights special was sold out by 1 1/2 hrs into the dinner service. Waited 45 mins for our salads. At an hour we were told our meals would be another 10 mins that the kitchen was behind. Normally we would just wait, but my husband has been working for the last 25 days straight. He was exhausted and just wanted to go home. We asked for our check. The waitress ran off at that point someone from the kitchen came out. We said we just wanted to go. $60 for 3 salads (the wedge had no flavor can make a better one at home), glass of wine, ice tea and a soda. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Nothing like the reviews.

    Husband and I had a good time. Some of the components of the dishes seemed underwhelming but most of it was great and appreciate for the price. On a busy night staff still did their best to be as attentive as possible and it looked like the manager/owner helped out as well. Gotta go back because we didn't have room for dessert!

    Eating here was such a fun experience. The décor is so modern but makes me feel right at home. The menu is full of flavors that you cant really get anywhere else in our area. Every single employee was beyond friendly to our group. Will definitely be returning!

    Absolutely love this place. I am so glad they chose Tulare to establish their restaurant. We no longer have to drive to Fresno or Visalia to get an outstanding meal. Our server, Evelyn was second to none as was our food. This was my second visit to this outstanding restaurant and I look forward to coming back soon.

    Great restaurant and service. Disappointed in flavor or lack of flavors in the food. Presentations where excellent, food is just missing great flavors, example being Wedge salad, looked spectacular, but flavorless blue cheese used and dressing had a lack of great buttermilk flavors.     The lamb lollipops were wonderful! Stand out favorites were the seared Chilean sea bass and the beet salad. The tiramisu, carrot cake and flourless chocolate cake were delicious! The service was excellent with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will return.
