Braise is a Willow Glen restaurant focusing on share plates and select main courses and a full craft cocktail bar. Headed by Chef Anthony Jimenez, formerly of The Table, Braise offers an upscale twist on classic comfort foods, meat savvy dishes, and a modern take on seasonal vegetables.

With a focus on quality, we rotate our menu regularly to incorporate locally sourced and seasonal ingredients whenever possible.

    My husband and I love coming to Braise! We normally always get the burgers (mouthwatering!!) and we look forward to the cocktails as well ("My Life in Pink" is summer in a glass). Service is great, the owner always comes by to chat, wait staff are wonderful. Can't wait to go back!

    We were very displeased with the food. The steak was all fat I mean all fat poor cut, the risotto was not risotto and barely any on the plate zero flavor. The burgers were good, and the drinks but that’s it. We won’t go back for the prices we paid for the food. Also the server never smiled and looked like she definitely did not want to be there, disappointing when you are out to celebrate my daughters birthday

    Braise left much to be desired. The floors were dirty, and the tables wobbled. The Artisan Cheese Board disappointed us with its small size and lack of substance, dispute a decent selection of 4 cheeses. The Cheddar Beugnets were overly salty but still enjoyable. Unfortunately, the Shaved Green Papaya Salad lacked any discernible papaya flavor. The Seared Pork Belly was flavorful, though the portion was small. The PB&J was subtle bone marrow undertone. However, the scallops were undercooked, fishy, and discolored. Overall, this Mother’s Day dinner was a disappointment.

    We were there for our anniversary . The restaurant served us complimentary champagne which was a very sweet touch. For small plates the cheddar beignets & beets , arugula & goat cheese salad was delicious. The cocktails were pretty strong & tasty. For the main had the fried chicken which was very crispy and good. The New york steak & fries could have been better. The service was excellent.

    Braise is always amazing. The menu choices change pretty regularly but they have their staple items which are wonderful and tasty. I have never had anything there that was not wonderful. The cheddar beignets, the Tam and Jam and their brunch omelette was great!

    Amazing food we touch all sides of the menu. Scallops, pork belly, burger and fried chicken. All the food was incredible but the burger was to die for. One of the best for sure and the decor and restaurant was great.

    Food was tasty. Front of house service was pretty good; there was only one server managing lunch on a Friday, but only 3-4 tables were occupied, and he was fairly attentive. Food took much longer than expected to be served though, which was disappointing. It’s a cute neighborhood spot though, and I will definitely go back.
