Set in the 'Garden Village' at Tankardstown, Brabazon Restaurant has become a true destination for diners and lives long in the memory of all who visit.
Head Chef János Sárközi and his team offer a culinary experience based on seasonality and local produce; some of which is derived from the estates own kitchen garden and polytunnels.
A la carte and Tasting menu for lunch can be enjoyed Friday and Saturday from 1pm to 3pm, and for dinner Thursday to Sunday. Afternoon Tea is also served Thursday from 1pm to 3pm.
Guests can dine on the terrace in Summer when the weather permitted, in the intimate surrounds, beside the open fire during the winter months or in the new Morris Suite.
With recent accolades including 2AA Rosettes and RAI’s Best Hotel Restaurant in Meath and Best Chef in Meath, Brabazon Restaurant offers diners a feast for the eyes and the palate.

Served with a selection of freshly brewed teas, both classic and exotic, to satisfy your palate. For a truly special occasion, we recommend adding a glass of refreshing Prosecco or Champagne. Could’nt fault the food or service, Karel and his team were so professional. Attentive but not on top of you. The restaurant itself is a beautiful space with tables well spaced out. Highly recommend it for a treat or to celebrate a milestone.

This was our first visit to Brazabon and it was a really good experience. The waiting staff were very polite and friendly, unusual these days to see well groomed male waiters in suits. The three course lunch was of a good quality, well balanced and light. The atmosphere was pleasant and though our meal was served in a timely manner, it was unhurried and relaxing. Brazabon could never be described as run of the mill, it is fine dining at its best.

Such a lovely restaurant. It was a special occasion and so glad I choose Brabazon. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Food was lovely. Couldn't fault anything

This was one of the most beautiful meals I've ever eaten. From the friendly and professional staff to the delicious flavours on our plate. Worth every penny and I'll be back for more. Thank you.

Went to restaurant for Sunday lunch for family of 4 at 2pm. We were seated in the conservatory under a large skylight. Ambient temperature felt like 25 degree; all the windows were closed. I asked a waiter if window could be opened at about 2.15pm; Nothing was done. Eventually a staff member opened an automated vent in the skylight at about 3.15pm & temperature started to drop, but we had finished our meal at that stage. We won’t be back anytime soon;

The chef deserves an award for the food here. Every course is amazing, the way it’s cooked to perfection,, the flavours, everything about the whole experience here really is outstanding. The staff are fantastic, friendly and attentive. Overall outstanding.

Our family of three dined here for Sunday lunch, availing of the 3 course menu. On arrival we were greeted warmly and shown to our table. The dining area is very comfortable, bright and airy. The service and food did not disappoint. Food presentation was also good. We hope to return soon.

A really lovely afternoon with the girls having afternoon tea. Great selection and fantastic service in a beautiful setting. Well worth a visit.

Outstanding location for afternoon tea. Excellent food and superb service, especially Sinead, who made us feel most welcome, and very knowledgeable.
